They sent out two individuals for the job. It was fine! They did high quality work. My only problem was there was a language barrier so that made it difficult to communicate my needs. They still did a nice job though!

We had purchased a deal for four hours of house cleaning, which translated to two people for two hours. We have a 1525 sq ft house, which while not immaculate, is kept fairly clean- aside from a bit dusty in the hard to reach places. The cleaners did a good job. My only complaint was that they seemed to take a very long time to get the work done, so long in fact, that it spilled over into another .75 hours for both workers. I don't know if it was just poor time management, but it seemed a little excessive to spend the first hour in what is probably the cleanest room in the house (master bedroom). The total cost ended up being $165, and took 2 people 2.75 hours to complete. In retrospect, my wife and I feel like we could have done similar quality work in the same amount of time, on our own, and for the cost of babysitter. That said, in a pinch, we would use the service again.

I have used them twice. My experience with them has been great. They actually stayed beyond their time and finished the job. They were on time and they were a good service provider. There was no drama. They followed my directions and all my specifications. They were great. They beat out every other one checked out. I got more than what I paid for. Their communication and scheduling were all good.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was fine. They were very good. I called to see about having a contact with them. But I didn't like their rules. So I decided not to hire them permanently. But the cleaning job they did for $99 was very good. I didn't want to sign a contract there were too many restrictions for a person my age. So I decided not to do that. They were very good. They were very thorough.

I am very happy with the services of YB Cleaning. The ladies arrived a little before the appointment time. They were loaded with cleaning supplies, including their own ladders, and brought everything into the house. They worked quickly and constantly, doing the tasks I asked them to do. I had to prioritize since I had only purchased 2 hours. They completed the work in the time allotted. I was actually amazed at how good a job they both did. One attacked my upstairs bathroom and hall, while the other gal stayed downstairs. When finished upstairs, she came down and they worked together. I was shocked - I had purchased so many products to clean my stainless stove, and nothing worked to my satisfaction. When she finished with my stove, it looked like it did last year - brand new. I am very, very pleased with their work and will have them back.

I ended up paying for an extra hour. They did a decent job. I would use them again.

The crew showed up at the scheduled time and place. They did a thorough job and completed their task withing the time frame they promised. I am very happy with their work and I will use them in the futures.

They were very good. They are professional, pleasant and quick. Their price is average because I have had somebody come privately and paid about the same.

The service turned out very well. They arrived on time and did a good job. They were also very thorough and cleaned the plantation shutters very well. The kitchen and bathroom were also cleaned. They were only here for 3 hours, however. Scheduling was fairly easy.

I have been using YB Cleaning for 10 years at 4 different homes and they have never let me down. Prompt, courteous, and thorough. I have seen the same crews for years (not much turnover) and even different crews and not been disappointed with their quality of work. When the occasional item gets broken (a light globe a year ago) they quickly and without hesitation replaced it with a like item of my choosing. I trust them with the keys to the castle and will continue to have them twice a month as well as recommend them highly.

again.The cleaning was very well done. Because I am infirm, my place was a mess and very dusty--complete with webs. They did much more than I had anticipated and I was very happy with the job. The toilet and tub cleaning needed additional work, which was done when I pointed it out. Their cleaning products were close to odorless which was a big plus for me. After they left on the second day, I noticed that a bright blue dish which had been lined up with others on the back shelf of my stove was missing, I called to bring it to the attention of the office. They queried the crew who had no recollection of the dish. So far it has not turned up. However, I did find the few trinkets that were in the dish. YB was very accommodating. They and I went on the internet to find something similar, and I did locate something that was acceptable. When it arrived the supervisor brought it to me. All she and I could figure out was that perhaps it fell off the back of the stove. There was no way to get underneath to check. It is not the same as the original, of course, but I do feel that the company made more than a good faith effort to right the situation. I will use the company again.

They arrived when they said they would. I gave them a priority list - kitchen and bathrooms, and those rooms came out sparkling clean. I can never get the stovetop as clean as they did. Although they said the price didn't include dishes, they did wash a few miscellaneous dishes that were around. They even started cleaning inside the fridge. Make sure you don't leave too much extra clutter around - it will get moved around so they can clean all the surfaces. They have now given me a bid for twice-monthly cleaning which is very reasonable.

The two woman crew did a thorough job, even wiping down doors and finishing with a nice damp mop. They worked quickly too which was very nice to see. The office followed up to see how the service went. No complaints

Very efficient, hard working women. They arrived within the window of time promised and got right to work. They had a challenge with built up grime and they worked through it. I only had them for 2 hours, but was happy with what they accomplished. I would recommend this cleaning service. I purchased a special offer for 4 hours of cleaning for $99. The office person was quick to contact me to set up a date. While the women were at the house working, I received a call from their office to check on the work. I would use them in the future.

Very thorough! They bring all of their own cleaning supplies, including a vaccuum. They also brought a step ladder so they could start at the top and work their way down while dusting everything in sight. The best part is that they made my stainless steel appliances shine like brand new! And two weeks later they're still shining! The ladies were courteous, professional, and spoke English well. We haven't used a cleaning service before, so we weren't sure how it would feel to have strangers working in the house. They were so professional and unobtrusive that I felt comfortable being in the house or garden while they were cleaning. I was able to schedule an appointment on a Saturday with short notice, and they were quite responsive to my needs. They do weekly and bi-weekly cleaning, but I haven't yet signed up for that. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I will keep this short and to the point: Fantastic deal, money well spent you will have 0 regrets. Scheduling was easy-breezy, crew was awesome and my place looks like a million bucks. I will for sure use this service again.

They were awesome! I had bought the deal for 4 hours of housecleaning for $99. I have a big house so I knew they wouldn't get through everything in time. So I had a list of things for them to focus on. They did just what I asked them to and really worked hard. I was so impressed. I literally have hard water stains on my shower I have NEVER gotten off and they managed to get them off. They did such a great job. I will definitely want to use them again.

It went well. They cleaned and left just in time as my guests were about to arrive. I made the appointment for a Saturday, only the day before, so a little lateness was understandable. They adjusted to complete what was needed in the time permitted.

I only heard from them when I talked to someone at Angie's List about not hearing from them. I received a list of the dates they said they emailed me, but I never any other correspondence from them. I purchased their service believing that I was unable to do the work myself because of a compressed nerve in my hand. I have since had surgery on my hand and I have regained some strength and am now more able to do more than I could before. It is possible that I may need help in the future, but until them, I will be attending to cleaning myself.

Cleaned our whole house. Did a quick job. The areas that need a deep clean were left less then satisfactory. Upon inspecting, there were many areas missed. Seemed as though a lite wipe down happened and not a deep scrub as I would have preferred.

They cleaned the bottom story of my house, including the laundry room. The were efficient, organized, and even managed to clean the inside of my refrigerator.

They did an amazing job especially compared to other housecleaning companies I have hired. They first contacted me by email and then I called to schedule the deal. Everything was fine and I have no complaints.

The "deal" was 4 hours of service by one tech or 2 hours by 2 for $111.00. When the two ladies arrived they asked me exactly what my priorities where then got to work. They worked solidly for the two hours and cleaned better (and more) than I expected. Having a modicum of Spanish helped me in communicating with the ladies but the house was very clean in any language. I'd definitely use this service again.

Arrived on time. Two house cleaners were friendly, efficient and thorough. The cleaned a lot of room in a short time. I will use them again.
