They did a fantastic job. They were on time and reliable and updated me if they were going to be late. Professional and courteous. Hard workers. I was very pleased with their work.

They came at the approximate time they said since morning traffic was bad. My kitchen became spotless, specially the stove and microwave oven.. The bathrooms were spotless as well.They also cleaned the dining room fan with crystal glass which was a difficult chore for me but it was done in a jiffy. The 2 hrs job I contracted was actually not enough for the job i wanted done since my house really needed maybe 4hr job by 2 people.. The ladies started working as soon as they got my instructions and they wee very polite.

Even though I was told the ladies might arrive late, they were right on time. They asked what was priority and went right to work. They did a great job in the time they were here.

I just moved in to a house where the previous owners had lived for 33 years. It might have been that long since they cleaned the kitchen. There was just a coating of grease every where. The bathroom wasn't much better. And one of the bedrooms had some spiderwebs in the corner. I wanted to have everything cleaned before I even moved any of my stuff in there. I actually found a handful of industrial cleaning services on Angie's List, but what got me to go with yb Cleaning was their flexible hours and more importantly, they were the only ones to call me after I made an e-mail inquiry. I guess I wasn't worth the time for the other cleaning services. YB Cleaning had an Angie's List special of $99 for four man-hours, which translated to two hours for a 2-person crew. I had a feeling it was going to take longer than two hours to tackle this cleaning job, and I let the office know I was willing to pay more to keep the crew on the clock until the job was done. When the crew arrived there had been a miscommunication somewhere and they had a work order that only authorized them for two hours, and then they had other jobs booked after that. I immediately called the office, explained the situation, and they got everything straightened out. Good thing, because the crew ended up spending almost four hours to get everything in shape. Before the crew came I didn't want to touch anything, but now I'll walk around barefoot without giving it a second thought.

It went well. They sent two technicians. They were here on time, and were here for around two hours. They did a good job.

YB cleaning services did a great job. They were professional and left my place feeling clean and sparkly.

As noted above, they did just about anything you would want done, and did it in 2 hours. Unfortunately, they had to work around my mess as I have been temporarily under the weather and unable to do anything except fix meals and do dishes.

We were extremely pleased with the work done and with Guillermo and Soledad. They were quiet (which we really liked) and professional and followed instructions to the letter and left the house spotless. We will definitely call for them again. Jessie, the manager, was very kind and courteous on the telephone and follow up. Much appreciated!

It went so well that I now use this company for 2x/month regular housecleaning services. I like that they know my name, are trustworthy, friendly and pay attention to detail. I highly recommend this company, especially Jessie as well as the team who regularly provides my home with cleaning service!

First, please be aware if you purchase the $99 for 4 hours Angie's List deal. i ordered the $99 deal with the assumption that it would be for 4 hours of cleaning like it stated. After I purchased the deal, the coordinator then told me it was $99 for 2 hours because they would need two people. That bothered me because nowhere in the fine print did it state those stipulations. I thought I would be getting 4 hours of cleaning not 2. Next, the scheduled time for the cleaning crew to arrive was 12:30 pm. They arrived at 2:10 pm. I asked the coordinator for an extra half-hour of cleaning because of the wait time and because of the 2 hour vs 4 hour mishap so they did allow for an extra 1/2 hour of cleaning because of the tardiness. In 2 and 1/2 hours the only thing that was cleaned was my hardwood floors. So that was disappointing. I at least thought they would be able to clean my kitchen or some bathrooms. Unfortunately I would not use this company again.

Do not recommend Bate and Switch!! It took 2 cleaners 2 hours each to do 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The workers did not speak English, 1 not at all, 1 very little). I told the dispatcher that I used the Bona system on my floors and needed someone familiar with it. The worker did Not know how even though instructions, In Spanish, were on the bottles! They mixed with water and were cleaning with the polish instead of the cleaner! Thier Vacum Cleaner got jammed and they spent 20mins on that-- it was a men's suit button from someone else's house!! The Dispatcher kept calling asking how much extra time did I want to pay for?? It ended up being two more hours ( no. Reedit for the lost 20 mins) and the next day she kept calling and calling to get my credit card number and even threatened me with a fee if I did not respond in a certain time! I had just gotten out of the hospital for Cancer surgery and really neede the help! It was awful!! I don't think it was the 2 cleaning ladies fault! We had a hard time communicating because of the language issue! Because of the time left to clean

It was ok. I wasn’t thrilled. They missed a lot of things. They brought their own products.

Jesse was in daily contact with me, but it took too much work to get on their busy schedule. The day of the cleaning, Jesse called and said "did I get her email about time change?" Never got that email. They were scheduled for 10:30 to 11:00 AM, got call from Jesse saying they were about a half hour behind, and they finally arrived at 1 PM. The staff was really nice and they did a good job cleaning a really dirty place. Take note that the 4 hour service I pre-paid for would Not be enough time to clean a full 2 BR apt. My sons place had 1 BR with furniture, 2 Baths, and a kitchen. Since the staff starts first in the BR/ Baths, they did not have enough time to complete the kitchen which was our priority. But I am happy because they took the time to clean the fridge, though left the freezer and most of the kitchen floor for me. The apt. was cleaned well enough so that even a college Mom could now live there. I am very happy with the cleaning, but unhappy with the punctuality and scheduling ordeal.

This turned out fine. However, the ad was misleading. It was supposed to be 4 hours of cleaning but they only did 2 hours of cleaning. When I talked to the service provider, they told me the ad was generated by Angie?s List, not the cleaning service. So in that respect, I believe it fell on Angie?s List that the ad was misleading. They had two people that came and worked 2 hours each. The workers were great and did a good job. The customer service was great! They followed up and made sure I was happy with the work. They were really nice.

The ladies showed up on time and ready to go. They properly cleaned our 1300 sq. ft. condo within the scheduled time. They were cordial, responsive, and tidy. Jessie followed up with every stage of the appointment and at the conclusion to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Excellent work all around.

They were good! They sent out two individuals for about two hours. The Big Deal price was great, but their regular services are a little expensive. They quoted me at $130/month for regular services.

They showed up exactly on time. The two person crew did an outstanding and thorough job. They got more done in two hours than I expected. Everything was perfectly clean....better than I can do! I would definitely recommend and use them again.

They did great job. They were here right on time. The house was very clean. We have a very big house so they did a really good job for the amount of time they had.

Overall is good. My schedule time is 4pm to 6pm. But they arrived at 5pm.

Great job cleaning, thorough, efficient, careful -- and pleasant to work with. They responded within to my purchase and called right away to schedule service. Arrived promptly, team of two, with all their own supplies, vacuum etc. discuss my priorities first, walked thru the house with me and worked steadily the whole time. More expensive than individual cleaners, but worth it for level of cleaning, availability, trust.

They charge by the hour, not by the job. When they come to clean, they are not hustling, they work like they are paid by the hour. When their time was up they left, and left the house partly unclean. We have had much better for much less. Will not us them in the future.
