Water damaged my house and I thought it was disaster. My neighbor recommended me Voge Inc. I called them, described my issue and we set up a date for job. They restored complete water damage in my house, fantastic work, I am very happy about it. Highest recommendation, will recommend Voge to everyone!

Not well. They are more interested in money than doing a decent job.

They began the drying project. They were sneaky and shady in ways they continued to increase the project price. It was the request of our home insurance company that they be removed from the project.

Very bizarre experience.

I have worked with Voge on several major repair and renovation projects in the past for several houses that I own. The whole crew that worked for my remodeling projects were outstanding in everything they did. After the first time that I worked with. I highly recommend them for any remodeling project to anyone. Here are the main reasons why I do recommend them and why their jobs are an excellent: - Truthful and moral: it happened for several times while they were working on a project, they found unexpected additional issues (which always happened when doing any remodeling work). Most other companies will use this as a reason to fix it with additional price to the original estimate, but this company never did that! - Budget and completion time: They give accurate schedule for the completion of the work and very reasonable estimates. You can be confident that they're costs will be reasonable, and that they will complete the work when they promise and within budget. - Design: this company have in house designer that have excellent ideas and all the experience that is required to create 3D designs, architectural plans and great amount of knowledge to interior finishing. - Great people! Voge is run by professional people and specialists who are easy people to work with. I truly enjoy their company and the results of all the work they did at my houses.

After four estimates I decided to hire Voge to do my kitchen remodeling. Julian from Voge, came over to our house for the first scheduled meeting that we arranged with the office and he was very experienced with the process of the kitchen remodeling and he was able to answer each one of the questions we had. For the second meeting, He showed up and he brought a 3D design of how the new kitchen will look like which it was exactly the way we wanted our kitchen to look like after the remodeling project will be over. Julian was also great when it came to the estimate because he gave us a realistic quote for the work and during the work, it was so easy to communicate with him by phone, text of via the office. When it come to the way they worked, we must admit that we are satisfied with that too because they at the end of each day, they kept the kitchen space clean and they used all kind of protection materials to keep all the dust and debris separate from the rest of the living spaces of the house during the whole construction so the house won’t get messy and dirty. We didn’t have to keep informing them about it and that showed us how they really care about us. Very reliable company, we will definitely use them again.

We purchased our first home in late of last year and after meeting with many contractors companies, we decided to move ahead with Voge. We were doing a full kitchen remodeling and connecting our bedroom that no longer exists to the upstairs master suite/bedroom. After our first initial meeting with Omar, we felt that he really understood the space and had great idea of how the new look and feel we want to have. There are so many endless conclusions that we needed to be do when we were going via the remodeling process - Omar with his team made it seem super simple and with no problem. When the remodeling project ended, we'd had our full trust and confidence with Omar that he could turn this remodeling work into an amazing section of the house - and it definitely did that. While remodeling projects can be annoying and bad at times, what was the most important for us was how the issues and problems got distributed and resolved with when they come up. Problems were always talked openly and honestly & decisions were made basically together which made us feel that we are on the same team. Not even one time during the whole work, Omar fail to come through on something he guaranteed. We've been living in the house for a couple of weeks now and it looks & feels great. We'd highly recommend VOGE Creative Builders to our friends and family.

Voge was hired by our family to dry out our vacation beach house on Redondo Beach after few other companies had completely failed at the job and we had no choice but to keep looking and searching for a company that can do that. Omar from Voge came over to the house on moment's notice after we called the company and asked for information OR someone that can come over and help us with the problem. I must admit that my impression from this company was that they were extremely professional and not ‘pushy’ to sell and sell in order to make more money for things that we don’t need and all of that while taking an advantage of the current situation. Having that impression caused us to state and say that we will never hire anyone else in the same position again. As we were getting pictures together from the previous company that came over to solve the problem and to show the lack of professionalism. We were able to really appreciate the job that was done by Voge, as we were able to see an absolutely unbelievable difference in dryness and attention to detail on the part of Voge. I cannot ever thank them enough and should we need a restoration company again, we will ONLY use Voge.

I have hired Voge on major repair and renovation project for my damaged house that got damaged after a fire damage. The customer service and attention that I got from this company and mainly from the actual people that worked at my house was outstanding and I would highly recommend them with my eyes closed to anyone that need to any remodel any house that have this type of damage. Here is with my own words of why and what they did at my house that caused me to write this review and recommendation about them: a. Honest & ethical: From the first time I called them till the moment the final payment was done, I noticed that all they care was to make sure to do the work on the best side and not to try and find reasons to earn more and more money. During the work itself, there were additional problems that were found and most of them were taken care of without even letting me know or to try and charge me for additional money. b. Budget – The work was divided to 2 sections... section 1 was for the first time they arrived to my house and tried to save as much as possible things. And the second time was for the complete work that needed to be done in order to make the house as a living house. In both things, the amount that was set, was fixed and didn’t changed and more than that. On the second stage, the budget that was set didn’t raised or included any hidden charges. c. On-time: They give realistic timeframes and realistic quotes. They may not the cheapest or fastest, but you can be sure and confident that they're costs will be reasonable and that they will complete the job without any hesitation or concern when they promise and within budget. d. Great working skills and extremely ethical working people: The people at Voge were able to provide me with excellent ideas about the new repairs. Because of the damages, I have the opportunity to redesign the kitchen mainly and the first floor of the house. e. Great people! The company assigned to my house several people that did the actual work and they were managed and supervised by Julian. Julian was the most serious person that we dealt from the company and all he cared was to make sure that the work is being done on the most perfect side and without any problem. The rest of the people were excellent people.

Voge recently completed the renovation of our 2 bathrooms in our home in Woodland hills, California. We spoke and met with several construction companies before we hired Voge. We found out that most of them were a one man show companies and each of the work that they do, is being done by mainly subcontractors and not by in house people. Our second meeting was very productive and during that meeting, they showed us examples of their past projects and they were able to provide a solid quote that included all the features that we wanted to have. Based on my past experience with construction when we remodeled our kitchen in 2011, we realize that pictures don’t say nothing at all and the cheapest is never the best. We knew that all we want is quality and functionality as we had insisted on it in our kitchen. When we visited the showroom in the valley, we met with Omar and we shared with him what we were looking for. Omar took the time to walk us through the process, completing a design, helped us select all the fixtures, styles, stone and colors. After we had the design and we knew exactly how it will look like and what will it include, Omar turned the project over to Jose, the project manager. Jose was the most professional project manager we have ever worked with. He knew exactly what needed to be done and how to divide the stages of the work and he made sure that the team will keep the house as clean as possible at the end of each day and he consulted with us every step of the way when there were minor decisions to be made, and he scheduled things in a way that everything will move smoothly through the process. Jose showed up on a daily basis to check the previous day progress and he made sure that the team knew what needed to be done that day. We all hear and read so many bad stories and cases about construction projects and mainly contractors that go badly that they end up in lawsuits, bitter feelings and unfinished projects. I think the proof in the pudding here is that Jose, Omar and the rest of the people there, did an awesome work and my house is the prof of that.

We were in such a panic when we had a major leak while in a weekend gate away and didn’t know what to do. Our neighbor contacted us and informed us about the problem. We left in a rush and start to drive back home. While we were driving, we start to look for a water damage company that can come over immediately and to meet us at the house. One of the companies that we called and that we were able to talk to someone was Voge. The person that we spoke with (Kathy) was very nice to us and told us that everything will be ok and that she will send someone to the house and he will wait for us till we arrive too and to see what can be done and minimize the problem and damages. When we arrived to the house after few hours, we saw Omar and 2 other people that were waiting for us. The team was amazing and very corporate with us. Omar the leader of the people assessed the situation and he was able to pin pointed the problem in one of the main pipes that was at the house and got broke. The other workers, placed their equipment and sucked all the water from the house while drying the wood floors and the kitchen cabinets. They were fast, polite, efficient, and professional and on top of it, they fixed the leak in the pipe that caused this whole mess. After this whole problem was solved, we asked them to provide us with another estimate for repairing the cabinets of the kitchen and the floors. Their estimate was good and fair for the quantity of the work. Because we didn’t have any home insurance, we had to take care of this problems ourselves and to pay for all the repairs. Omar was very honest with us and he was able to fix most of the damaged floor and his carpenter was able to fix all the damaged cabinets so by getting that from them, we were extremely happy and pleased. Water damage is no fun specially when we didn’t have any home insurance BUT Voge made us know that we are in good hands which made this process so much better. Thanks you, Thank you!!!

I have had a several contractors and companies (that claimed they can remodel my kitchen) come into my home to check and see the remodeling that I wanted to do, but each one of them had something that caused me to skip them and to try another one. Unfortunately few of them never showed up and kept trying to reschedule, some of them didn’t have ‘the vision’ of how I want my kitchen to look like and most of them had a price that was too high for what I wanted to pay. I decided to hire Voge because first, they returned my call shortly after my initial call and my conversation with the receptionist from their office and they were friendly, personable, reliable, honest and flexible. After the initial meeting, we received helpful information and tips that now when our kitchen is complete, we can say that it helped a lot. Once the Tomer arrived to our house, he got right down to business, checked the existing kitchen, worked diligently and gave us the feeling that he really want to understand what we wants and not wants, what we like and don’t like and what things we just don’t need! Tomer was able to provide us with an estimate that basically included what we needed and it was nailed to the point and this caused us to just go ahead and start the work. The first day of work was very productive. The workers came over on time and got right away to work and to demolish the old one and have the space for the new kitchen. Each stage that was completed, was inspected by Tomer and with his approval, the workers moved to the next one. We must admit that they did such an amazing job by having the working area clear and free of any danger materials and more than that, they try to have it as clean as they could! After close to a month, the kitchen was completed and Tomer came over once again and inspected the new kitchen with us to make sure that we are very happy and pleased with it. Tomer gave us an additional time to inspect our-self the work before he will close the project and collect the final payment. Before Tomer left our house, he did an additional inspection to make sure that the kitchen is in "perfect condition" and he even ensured that we have all the relevant information to call him directly if we will find something they missed later. They were highly professional but oh so likable too!! So I would highly recommend this company to do your next remodeling job.

Due to a major leak at our house that caused due to a main pipe that got broke, our whole kitchen area and first floor got damaged really bad and we needed to do a whole kitchen remodeling and dining area, formal living room and the garage. We hired Voge to do this remodeling and we were so pleased with the final results and the process that we got from them during this frustrating situation. This was a significantly bad project, but it didn't matter. When we contact them at first, the person that answered us over the phone, sent to our house their emergency team that came over and took all the water out and start to dry and save what they could. The following day, Tomer came over again and inspect the damages and he gave us his initial quote for the repairs. Their work included all the repairs and to make new kitchen because it was badly damaged from the leak. Tomer from VOGE was the leader manager in our project. Tomer brought his incredible people and he managed the work and made sure to report us about each step. Because the leak problem, we had unfortunately to leave the house while because we couldn’t stay there. On top of that, Tomer spent a lot of hours with us to go and select everything we need for the kitchen includes: - The new tiles. - The Cabinets - The sink fixtures. - Counter tops. - And all the hardware around the kitchen. Tomer made sure we are happy and satisfied from the work that they did including the final price. He kept us updated on the timeline and the crew schedule on a daily basis. He also was able to have his guys working on the weekends in order to expedite the completion of the work. We stopped by often to see how everything is progressing, and Tomer was with us and he took the time to answer our questions, either by phone, text, email or in person. The workmanship and work ethic of everyone on the job was top notch. Voge is definitely a trust wordy company.

The most nightmare that any person can have…. Happened to us several months ago while we were out of the country for a vacation. A pipe in the kitchen area of our house got broke and caused a big damaged to the kitchen. During the weeks while this leak happened, when we came back home, all we did was start to cry! We honestly didn’t know what to do and how to do. We had water all over and a lot of it. This problem caused the wood floor to come out, the bottom part of the kitchen cabinets had lots of water underneath which caused the wood to be rotten and broke. We contacted our insurance company and the sent there appraiser to come over and see the damages of this massive water leak. While we did that, we start to search for a company that can come over and first of all to take out all the water from the house and to try and save what they can. Due to the urgency of this issue, our research was very fast and briefly. We came across several companies and we called all of them. Few of them didn’t even answered the phone and asked to leave a message so they will call us back later. Voge was one of the companies that we called as well and someone did answered the call and we were able to talk to him and explained the problem that we currently have. Within 1 hours, someone from the company came over with several other workers and said that first of all he will need to remove all the water and to dry the floors and carpet. He gave us a quote for the immediate work that he had to do and then we scheduled a meeting so we will see how much will the rest of the damages can be solved and fixed. The second meeting was very productive and good. We met with Tomer and he start talking about building a new kitchen, replacing the wood floors, paint, and carpet. Tomer was very nice to us and polite. He heard what we needed to do with the insurance company and he even helped us to submit all the relevant information with them as well. Exactly after we got the approval of the insurance company for the estimate that we got from Tomer, Tomer start the work and he promised us that he will complete it in less than a month. The work that he did was very good and they worked on a daily basis. Tomer managed the work and he informed us about each step of the work that was completed. We must admit that because several teams of workers worked at the house at the same time, we were able to see a progress each time that we visited the house. The whole work was completed as Tomer promised us and we were able to move back to the house right away. We highly recommended Voge to this type of work! They were honest and reliable people to deal with and their prices are very comparable.

I am writing this review so late, but even now I am paying and fixing the work he did. This was an insurance company claim repair so the estimate matched the I insurance amount. But this is where it all started to head south. They started to cut corners right away. So many were cut that after I fired them I had to hire someone else to come redo much of his work to pass building inspections. The washer recess box is plumbed wrong. Hot is cold and cold is hot....we just switched handles as not to have to tear out wall again. Built a stub wall that is put of plumb by more than an inch over 30". Thank heavens my nephew is a great granite guy, he was able to cut the granite to hide worst of it. Insulation was never installed, but paid for. Went over estimate on painting and expected me to pay. Still have hardware to nonexistent towel racks and other fixtures. (But it is a good thing they just painted over them to make them less visible, right?) They painted my door knobs rather than remove and do properly. Cut in on paint job so bad that I have to repaint ceiling and walls with primer to hide it before I can paint again. Very expensive vanity finish peeling after just 6 years later. Could have bought a better vanity at less cost at builders surplus.

Voge has earned the claim to be #1 in water and fire restoration with outstanding customer service, communication, professionalism and knowledge.  I had water restoration work performed and from start to finish I couldn't be more pleased.  They dried out the floor and walls, removed furniture and hardwood floors, installed new hardwood floors, painted the entire first floor and upstairs bonus room and hallway, and returned furniture upon completion.  Tomer and everyone associated with the project were outstanding, listened to my concerns, answered any questions I had and worked around my husband who has ALS so that we were able to stay in the home as moving to a hotel wasn't possible.  They have my highest recommendation to anyone who needs their service.

I feel like my job is not being handled correctly. There was initially no insulation in my ceiling when the drywall was going up in the closet when I walked in. Upon inspecting the drywall job I noticed that the drywall had been installed with out any insulation. It was then and only then that they assured me they had purchased insulation to put in, however had I not noticed this, the drywall would have went up with out any insulation at all. I found that they were not taping the seams in my shower upon occassional inspection. When I told them during the walk-thru, I was told that they would fix it. Upon a pop up inspection on the previous day, I noticed they were still using drywall screws and not taping the seams in the shower along with numerous other concerns. This prompted me to call a meeting with the contractor. When the owner came to the location to look at the problems, he assured me that the issues would be fixed. Upon another walk-thru inspection we noticed they were still using the drywall screws and advised them we needed to meet again. We contacted the contractor and he informed us that he needed a large sum of money in order to continue our project. They were leaving tools lying around. My grout has to come back out and be redone. The shower was clogged due to debris that they had left in the drain, after asking them to send a plumber this issue was resloved. Now I just recently discovered that a master key is missing and house key is missing. The list goes on and on. They also put the pressure valvues in wrong because they are extended too far out. There was a dryer hose that was installed incorrectly. The hose that came out of the main structure was duck taped to the hose connected to the dryer. When we asked them to make it right and correct the mistakes they made, they refused to fix these problems as they thought their work was done correctly. After we had paid a large some of money and met with this company they refused to make things right. All the promises that were made were not fulfilled. We have asked them to fix these problems three times and they have refused to do so. The owner refused to admit to there were problems and he told us they had a 7 year warrenty. We gave them the opportunity to fix the probelm and he walked out agressively stating that he would be putting a lean on our condo.

Our son had just signed a contract with a new roommate and VOGE went to work to get the area finished before the roommate moved in. They where so easy to talk to, explained everything and where always there when they said they would be there. ( very important in Los Angeles, because most people never show up when they say they are going to). They have been wonderful to work with and even worked with my insurance company. We have had a hard time with our Homeowner's Insurance but VOGE has never pressured me to pay the bill until the insurance was settled. I hope I don't have to use them again ( who wants to go through bad water damage) but was so glad that I used them. Even though they where listed on Angie's List, I actually had a recommendation from my plumber to use them. Then I went on Angie's List to see their rating and other information.

It's been pretty good so far and I have no complaints. Overall impression was great, I had called several different contracting companies, most of which I found them very unprofessional, some of them didn't even called me back all, others didn't call me back in maybe a day or 2 later, some said they would call me back and they didn't but Creation Builders called me back. They take down my information and once I told them the situation, they referred me to their restoration arm which is Voge Inc. They called me back later on in the day and within a few days he had already scheduled our appointment for one of their project managers. He was very early as promised, everything was good and we've been working ever since. We haven't gotten to that part where it's been quoted because it's a pretty complicated project, it's a restoration from water damage.
