Randy has sold me a stove and gave me misleading information that has led to a gas explosion and an injury. Stay away. Here's what happened: I needed a replacement oven/stove for my house that's converted to propane. I found this store via Yelp but didn't bother to read the reviews which proved to be a big mistake. At the store I met Randy and explained what I needed. Randy recommended a particular Amana model, and showed me a lever at the back/bottom of the stove - "that lever" he said "switches the oven to work from Propane to regular and vise versa, that's all you need to do." I had to do a propane conversion in the past so I specifically asked him if he's sure that I don't need to replace any of the orfices. Randy said that he's been in this business for 51 years and that every model is different and that I should really trust him. I did. Later that afternoon after connecting the oven at home, my friend was using the stove. A very large flame came out of the burner in use and burned her stomach area which was close to the stove top. I called the store that afternoon and they promised to send a tech over. The next day they did send a tech over. He said that the stove need to be converted to propane! When I confronted Randy with this and requested at least that he would repair the oven and assume responsibility he yelled at me, and denied that he ever told me what he did. I'm furious and considering legal steps. Stay very far away.

It was horrible. They thought they could lie about everything. I would never recommend this.
