If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We hired Ray to fix our complex's pool, 2 years later and he still hasn't finished the job! He straight up ghosted this project, took our money, and left us with a huge mess. He lacks knowledge and skill of repairing pools and it shows. We have had to hire another pool contractor to finish the job and fix what he did do because he did it all wrong. 100% would not recommend this company to anyone and will be pursuing legal action. Also note, he changed his company name to Mobile Pool Shop to cover up his old bad reputation as Tiger Shark.

Ray was hired sometime before I moved into my condo in late 2021. It is now late 2023, TWO YEARS LATER, and I have still yet to see the pool that was promised in my home purchase contract. Yep, that’s two hot Valley summers with no swimming, even though I was sold a “building with a pool.” Ray delayed so long, the building had to hire someone else, and guess who got slapped with an HOA assessment to cover something she’d been guaranteed was already paid for? (Me, it was me) Don’t be like my HOA, hire elsewhere!

Ray and his team was very professional and knowledgeable on their job. I called Ray because my neighbor was saying that I might have a leak from our pool because their backyard is constantly wet. I believe that my pool does not have a leak because my water bill is constantly on a low side and my quarterly statement puts our household as super saver. Ray and his team worked diligently for about 5 hours to look for a leak but they can’t find one. Thank God. Ray was kind enough to also fix a minor issue in our pool pump with free of charge. I would highly recommend their service. Thank you Ray and Scott.
