Guy started my bid back in January and patiently waited for all the necessary red-tape with the city and my other projects to finalize. Communication with him and his office staff was outstanding. They arrived, on time, and did a great job on my gutters. They asked questions to ensure I would be happy if placement was a question and were very professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend their services.

No work was performed but highest marks for the company and the representative for honesty, punctuality, communication and scheduling that met our busy day time schedule...they came on a Sunday!

They were awesome. He was professional. They were competent and fair. The office worker was professional and knowledgeable.

It went better than I expected. They arrived on time. Got right to work. I had purchased rain barrels for both drain pipes. They installed them. I called Guy to pay balance of bill and asked about positioning of one of the drain pipes with respect to the rain barrel. Not knowing that much about how the drain pipe and rain pipe barrel work together, I thought one of them was not quite right. I had not been clear when Guy gave me the pricing. He said normally they charge more to install the barrels. His guys had not questioned installing them, they did it. Guy said he would check with his guys to verify how the work was done. When Guy called back he explained why the set up was the way it was. I asked him how much more I owed him.. He said nothing, he wanted the job done right. We agreed that I would call after the next rain I would let him know how things worked. After the next rain there was no problem. He still confirmed I did not owe any more. I will use him again when I need more work. I recommend him to anyone with no hesitation.

I called Rain Gutter Specialists on a Tuesday after a big storm had create water damage to a full house re-stucco job we just completed. As the down spouts had been removed right before the final finish the ensuing storm created a water hose from our gutters against the side of the house and had stained the stucco. I finally got my contractor to come over to repair and re-finish the stucco and lo and behold another storm was forecast less than 2 days after the re-finish. I called Beverly and Guy and they were immediately sympathetic to our situation. We had spent an incredible about of money and were about the see the job ending in disaster again. I explained this to them and while they were booked out for 2 weeks, they said they would do everything they could to try to fit me in before the storm if they could. It immediately impressed upon me that this was a true sign of top notch customer service and a company that cares about its customers. Just one day later, I got a call from Guy who told me that he was sending his guys over after they had completed a job early. The job detail was top notch and they even found a creative solution we had to a hole in one of gutters. From the first moment I spoke to them to the quality of work provided, I could not have been happier with the job and the customer service. This was a small job to them but they knocked it out of the park. I will use Rain Gutters Specialists again and will recommend them to anyone I talk to who needs a Gutter/Downspout specialist.

I called for an estimate, and was told the owner, Guy, would call back within a certain time frame later that day. He did, and made an appointment to come to the house to do the estimate. He was there on time, and listened carefully as I explained the situation. Guy is a warm and personable person, easy to talk to, and took as much time as was necessary to completely understand the issue and explain what should be done. He actually suggested a solution much simpler and much cheaper than what I thought it would take to fix the gutter issue and told me that although he was booked up until at least the middle of January, that since the job was relatively simple, he would see if he could send his crew over in about a week if they were working on another job nearby. He asked for a minimal deposit, and I signed the contract. As we were expecting a very big storm later in that same week, I was grateful when he called just a few days later to let me know that he was working to get his crew there as he had mentioned. He called again a few days after that to say that he would probably be able get them to my house on the day the storm was due to arrive, and called again on that day to confirm that they would arrive that afternoon within a certain time frame. As promised, they came at the appointed time, did the job quickly and well, cleaned up completely, and finished just in time for the biggest storm in years to arrive that night, which I thought would be a pretty good test of their work. As Guy suggested, their solution worked perfectly: no more gutter overflows, and at much lower cost than replacing or repairing the existing gutters. This company is totally professional, reliable, and reasonable; when is the last time a contractor recommended a cheaper and simpler (and as it turned out, the right) solution? I very strongly recommend the Rain Gutter Specialists for any kind of gutter job.

Called Guy to come out and give a quote. He did so in a timely manner. He gave a very fair bid and I moved forward on the work. We scheduled the work for 3 weeks out. Guy called me two days later saying he had an opening and could get the job done that day, to which I happily agreed. His crew came out and completed the job quickly and professionally. We have had a few instances of rain since installation and they are working great! I would recommend Guy to anyone looking for rain gutters.

This was one of the smoothest, problem-free home improvement experiences we've ever had (and we've had quite a few over the last 2 years!). Guy was incredibly knowledgable, patient, and presented solutions to some of the problems we brought up during our initial meeting. We recently had stone siding installed along the front of our house and did not want the downspout to extend over the stone. He assured us it would not be a problem and true to his word, the installer was able to fit the downspout along the garage door opening. The end result looks seamless and beautiful! The Rain Gutter Specialist truly earned every positive review and more than exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Guy arrived at the appointed time to review the work to be done. He made recommendations and provided a price. We set an installation date. His cres arrived at the appointed time and installed the metal gutter.

This project went very well. Guy was wonderful, he showed up on time to give us our estimate and he knew exactly what we wanted just by looking at our home. He was even able to pick the color before we knew what we wanted. Guy was responsive, friendly and he knows his business! Our install came a few days after the estimate. Guy was able to work us into his install schedule on short notice. Johnny was one of our installers, he and his partner were friendly and set right to work. They did a beautiful job and they were friendly and courteous the entire time. We love our new gutters, they are perfect for our home. Thank you Rain Gutter Specialists!

Guy is very busy. Just make sure you schedule your installation about a few weeks ahead of time. I liked that he was so busy and in demand. It gave me confidence that he was the go-to guy. His installers were friendly and super efficient. They installed all the gutters on a 2100 sqft house in 1 day. Thank you so much for a perfect job!!

Guy Ziv arrived promptly at 8:00 this morning and spent 30 minutes inspecting the gutters and couldn't find a problem either. He suggested a fix I can try using $10 of material from Home Depot. We don't know if that will solve the problem but it is a logical next step. I appreciate his honesty and thoughtfulness.

We are very specific and precise about what we want, and several other contractors said that they didn't carry the certain gutter that we wanted. The rain gutter specialists gave us a good quote and then we were able to schedule them right away to install the gutters. They were in and out in a couple hours and did wonderful work. Great prices and honest, nice people!!!

Rain Gutter Specialists replaced all of the gutters on our home and showed us new options that would work better with the existing style of the home. They were very helpful, efficient and the project came out perfectly.

These guys are professional from initial phone call to follow-up. Leo came out and gave me a fair estimate, which turned out to be the actual cost. I never felt like he was trying to up-sell me. The price was excellent in my opinion, but it was not bargain style cheap. I considered doing the work myself and also sought out a couple handymen who have done other work around my home, but both handymen suggested getting a professional, and after looking at the finished product, it's good that I didn't try to do this myself. I also got a quote from Home Depot (HD) but there was obvious up-sell there, and even if I were to have negotiated the extra stuff out, it would have been more expensive. I assume HD has to take a cut. The work wasn't simple. I had security lights that got in the way of the proposed gutters, but in contrast to the HD guy who suggested I get an electrician to fix the problem, Leo just said he could "flash" or divert the water flow around the lights. Also, there was a pipe buttressed up against the eaves, but they figured that out too without adding more to the cost. There was follow-up because I wanted the backyard downspouts to connect directly into the drainage system instead of allowing the runoff to splash its way to the drain in the patio. I also wanted to extend two of the other downspouts further out to the lawn though it probably looks better the way they originally did it. They did all this and were very courteous throughout. Overall, very happy with the work. Definite recommendation.

I was very happy with the Rain Gutter Specialists. Guy Ziv came out on Thursday to give me a bid. My old rain gutters were falling apart and the old drain spouts were installed in the wrong places. He discussed with me what would be the best position for the downspouts and how he would handle the uneven slope along the roof edge so the gutters would drain properly. We agreed on the price and his workers (Johnny and Alfredo) came out on Tuesday. They removed the old gutters and downspouts, installed about 50 feet of gutters and 3 new downspouts. The original bid was for 2 downspouts and they did not charge me for the 3rd one. They completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours. Johnny and Alfredo were hard working, polite and did a great job. They cleaned up all the debris before they left and even put the leaf debris from the old gutters in my green recycling bin. Highly recommended this company!

I live in Porter Ranch which is known for strong winds. Every time we had strong winds one of my very long gutters would get detached. After one of those episodes it finally broke in half and was dangerously swinging from the roof above my garage. I needed someone to take care of it asap. I called several top rated companies listed on angie's list. The Rain Gutter Specialists was one of them. It was a no brainer to select them. Some of the companies I called would simply not answer the phone. Others would take my info but never called back. One called weeks after the initial call. Some had problems getting someone on site quickly to estimate the job. Customer service at The Rain Gutter Specialists was very different. A+! Understanding my concern, Guy came by the same day even though I was not home. He assessed the job and left color samples with his suggestion by the door. Shorty after I got a call with complete estimate. I like to haggle but his price was very reasonable. He made the whole transaction so easy! But it did not stop there. Since the gutter was hanging from the roof and could have caused more damage and/or hurt my family, Guy's crew came by and removed it even before they have received new gutter .... and they did it on Sunday. Few days later, the crew came by as planned to install the new gutter. They showed up on time, were very professional, and completed the job well. They again went above and beyond by checking all of my gutters and reinforcing them with much stronger anchors. The new gutter looks great and perfectly matches my old gutters. Bottom line, I was very impressed with Guy and his team. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I contacted them and they came over shortly to give me a quote and some recommendations on what I needed. Within two days their crew had come over and installed all new gutters and hauled away the old junky ones. Our house was freshly painted and there was a small scrape on the paint due to the poor condition of the wood where they installed a gutter. The next day, they came and repaired the wood and repainted the area for no extra charge. This company is fantastic: efficient, well-priced, helpful, and they wanted to make sure that I was happy. That is hard to find and I will use them again at our next house. The gutters look beautiful and they just made everything easy.

First off I have to telll you how much this company really cares about their customers and how personable they are. Guy came over to give me an estimate and out of all the estimates I got, Guy was not only the nicest, but paid attention to specific details about my house, which never had gutters before. He noticed that the back side of my house was white and suggested that the gutters match so the gutters would not stand out and the installation would be much more appealing. He also went the extra mile to review materials with me, all of my options and make sure my rain barrels were in the most optimal places for function and asthetics. The installation went well and is gorgeous and flawless. Guy also made sure to follow-up with me every step of the way. I am thrilled with my new rain gutters and will definately use Rain Gutter Specialists in the future! I just wanted to add that I had a new roof put on my home and the roofing contractor asked who installed my gutters, because they did a beautiful job!

I called Rain Gutter Specialists on Thursday morning and they set up an appointment for an estimate between 11:30 AM and 12:30. Guy Ziv arrived at exactly 11:30 and gave me an estimate for $540.00 which I thought was very reasonable. He suggested adding a second downspout (included in the quote). He called his office and set me up for the installation on Monday morning. Later that afternoon he called and said he might be able to do it the next day (Friday) between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. His guys showed up Friday afternoon at around 3:00pm, took down the old plastic rain gutters and installed new seamless aluminum ones with two downspouts in about an hour. They cut up the old rain gutters and hauled them away. I would definitely recommend them. They were all very friendly and did an excellent job.
