I'm changing my review from F to A: I had no call back, and complained, since I needed the work done quickly in advance of other work. In response to my low grade, the owner called me personally out of concern, and offered to do whatever it takes to help out. There was a failure in the communication--none of us are perfect--I would definitely give them a second chance.

We needed new rain gutters for our entire house. It was a bit tricky due to the fact that our house is on a hill and we were having scaffolding set up to paint the house, so we needed to get the job done in a timely manner. Guy and his entire team were attentive and helpful in every way. He answered every phone call and scheduled the job based on my schedule. Rearranging other clients to make sure the job was completed before the scaffolding was removed. The installers were great and very helpful. They talked through the job with me and made changes based on what worked best, talking me through each step. Instead of just doing what was written on the paper, they really analyzed the situation and made sure everything was just right. Great company! Highly recommend!

They did the job very quickly and professionally. They were very thorough and make sure there were no mess left after the job. Price was very competitive. They are very friendly and I was very happy with them.

The installers arrived right on time and they went over the materials to be used, the installation and recommended locations for the downspouts with me before they started the job. Guy made an appointment and showed up on time with materials displaying the types and colors of what's available. He explained the job thoroughly and gave us an estimate. About a week later his crew showed up on time and completed the job in a very timely manner and to our satisfaction. The new gutters match the house very well, giving our roof line a clean, sleek appearance. I would use this company again and recommend it to others.

I got a couple of quotes, but their design was far superior to anyone else. The layout of drains and downspouts, and so from aethetic and functional standpoint they were much better. The quality of materials was excellent. The installation was on time and well done. I would definitely use them again.

The (two) installers showed up on time, and finished the job in around three hours. I was very pleased with the appearance of the new rain gutters - aluminum, in my case - and the lifetime warranty associated with them is an added plus. The office manager (Beverly) was quite helpful in answering my questions, and the installers were available to do the work the day after I called, which was an unexpected bonus. The installers also took away the old gutters (to a scrapyard or recycling center, presumably). I didn't get estimates from other companies for the work due to time constraints, so it's certainly possible a competitor might have done the work for less, but I suspect any significant differences in price would have come with trade-offs, so I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Guy, the owner of the company, looked at our gutters and told us he saw no evidence of leaks and that we didn't need new gutters, just an inexpensive item called "rain quiet" -- essentially a small sponge that sits at the bottom of the downspout to keep rain drops from making noise when they hit bottom. He also recommended that we have our gutters cleaned. No charge for the visit. A real professional.

Perfect! From my first call to the office to the job being done three days later, everyone was fantastic. I have always disliked the look of rain gutters but you can't even tell they are there. Guy, the owner, assured me when he personally came out to meet with me, that they would look really good with the color scheme of my house. The work they did is so much better than I expected and I have very, very high expectations. I know now why they have won so many Super Service Awards. An awesome, fantastic, amazing experience and I can't recommend them more highly. And for you dog lovers, they rescue dogs as do we and they sent me pictures of some of their dogs! That gave them another A+++++ in my book 🐶

Loot was amazing. He came out to inspect the property and give me an estimate. He was very upfront about costs and options. He could not have been more polite and accommodating. We scheduled time for the work to be done and I ended up getting a call later that afternoon that an appointment had opened up. They came out that same afternoon and got everything installed. I was blown away with how smoothly the install went. It looks and works great! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I was scheduled for April 7th but Lior told me if they could fit me in sooner they would. Lior called more than a week before the scheduled day with an opening the following day. They were not only on time but a little early. Two very professional installers, who were very consider of my property, did all the work in less than 3 hours.

Very well prompt. gutters look great. Now we just need rain to check them out.

Rain Gutter Specialists is the best! Having originally done our full install of gutters and downspouts about 2 years ago. There was a mishap with a tree being trimmed and there was some damage to one of them. Got a quote for the fix, scheduled, and Arturo came out and did the replacement for us. Arturo was polite, professional, he called ahead of arriving on time, and he was quick to make the fix. Thank you!

I was told by Lior, who came out to do estimates, that Rain Gutters Specialists do not do repairs and do not install rain barrels. So the listings about this on the site (rainguttersla.com) are lying, or he was lying. I was also told by Lior that I'd have fully seamless gutters, and that an awkward corner would be handled in a unique way to prevent any leaks. In fact, the installation included a crimp that was cut into the gutter. They sealed it with silicone, but what is your bet that this is the first thing that fails? The cut section is right above the access entry to underneath my house, so once it does inevitably fail, it will simply flood underneath the house, which obviously was my greatest concern. Guy gave what sounded like a scripted response over the phone when I mentioned this, and was quite patronizing about the whole thing. He did suggest I talk to Lorenzo who was here doing the work. From what I could tell from what Lorenzo was trying to explain, to do two separate sections, the original design I was quoted, given the angle of my roof at that point, the rain would have simply drained over the edge of the gutter. This seemed reasonable to me as well but that doesn't change the fact I was quoted one thing (seamless gutters) and given another thing (a big seam cut and a fold created right above the one area I definitely do not want leaks). I grant that the roof is awkward there but it seems unimaginative to me that there were only two options to deal with it. I paid someone to do work so I wouldn't have to do work, but I had to make 3 separate trips to Home Depot to buy the necessary equipment for proper installation of the rain barrels. Actually it will be 4 after I go get a drill bit today to finish the rain barrel installation, where a diversion hose needs to be inserted into the back of the barrel. The website should be updated to remove any mention of rain barrels or repairs as they do not do this service, and beware of any promises made during design because implementation will not match, even if you emphasize the point with the person doing the estimate, which I did, and was assured two if not three times that it'd work as he suggested. I wish I would have checked my inbox on Yelp, where messages from two other vendors were waiting. I expected to get notification in my direct email or a phone call instead of the messages on Yelp. I unfortunately went with the first vendor estimate, so big mistake on my part. $1100. One L-shaped section totaling 50 feet, including removal of prior gutters; and one straight section on another side of the house, without prior gutters, totaling 33 feet. Not happy. I'm going to be on a ladder today cleaning out the prior gutters that are along the front. I pointed out they had things growing out of them to Lior, who didn't say or offer anything along the lines of cleaning them out. Today I flipped over the card he left and it says "Cleaning & Repairs".. then why not offer that service to me while he was here? After the guys doing that installation left, a contractor who was here working on my plumbing at the same time and overheard the conversation said "pretty sure those guys just jacked you around". *update* - It didn't take as long as I thought to clean out the clogged gutter but I found out why it was clogged.. there's no angle anymore to drain properly in the old gutters. Next rain I'll just keep my eye out to see if it does drain or comes over the top, but at this point, I'm definitely not in the mood to deal with any more companies and will eventually just fix it myself, despite my weak back I just jacked up doing the cleaning. Guy called this morning at 8am. Thankfully my ringer was off otherwise I'd been woke up on Saturday at 8am. I am not interested in a conversation at this point. I'm not going to change the review. I spent way too much money on this and was not satisfied with the results. That's what reviews are about. Not trying to hem and haw my way to some different results.

It went great. I emailed the company, got a call the next day and was put in contact with Pat, who sent his team right out that day. They did the job, I got an invoice and it could not have gone smoother. I'll definitely hire these guys again once a year to maintain my gutters. Their communication and promptness was especially appreciated considering all of the crazy rains that hit LA this month. Thank you!

Very professional. I usually shop around prices a bit, but after meeting for the cosultation I liked Guy's personality, the quality product they offered me and the price seemed very reasonable knowing what a coworker had paid for hers so I booked them immediatly. We have remodeled our whole house and this was the last thing on our to do list. It was so simple and easy to deal with Rain Gutter Specialist. They use very sturdy clips and quality metal on their gutters. They also offered the more modern clean looking gutters I wanted and in several different colors. Seriously jist go with this company and you'll be happy!
