This company's phone contact person was great, and there was quick response to my desire to get an estimate done on this job during my brief hiatus from work. The estimator was very pleasant and really seemed to know the business very well, and was able to answer our questions fully. We were able to get scheduled to do the job quickly. They were just so easy to deal with. The aluminum used was an almost exact match to our trim paint (a dark teal blue). It was fun watching the pieces being extruded right onto our front lawn. The finished job was wonderful. There were no rough edges anywhere, and in a couple of tricky areas, they were able to customize downspouts to keep the water flowing away from brick planters. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the finished job!

Guy was punctual and friendly, and gave us a great (free) estimate, which was the best of three other vendors we contacted. Work was scheduled quickly, and the crew arrived on time. They were all very professional and worked really hard. The gutters look wonderful and it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Guy, the name of the guy who owns the business, came out in the pouring rain to look at my house and prepare an estimate. I accepted it on the spot and made a downpayment, we set a date to do the work; his guys showed up and worked hard until the job was done. Best of all is Beverly, the woman who answers the phone for this business. She is so pleasant and competent and responsive, just made it a pleasure to deal with this company from start to finish.

Guy was prompt and fair with his estimate. He knew we were experiencing water related issues with the rains this season and worked to fit us in his schedule as fast as he could. Our house is a standard residential ranch style built in 1955 and the design meant several smaller gutter runs needed to be installed with some creative work around valleys that ended above the eaves and edges that really couldn't accommodate a gutter. I waited until the next rain to write this review because I wanted to see his work in action and I am very pleased with the results. He's not the cheapest, but he's fair and basically you get what you pay for if you go with those crappy vinyl or sectional gutters... seamless is the only way to go and I would recommend Guy and his crew to anyone.

They were polite, prompt, efficient and highly professional. A man came to the house to give us an estimate within a couple of hours after we called. They managed to get to he job earlier than had originally been estimated. They even fixed without charge a small hole in our roof that had occurred when the tree branch fell. I'd highly recommend them.

They have a $300 minimum, which was okay. There was an adjacent area of several inches that wasn't attended to. No one advised as to how to handle this area. I believed that it was covered in the estimate, but they felt that it wasn't. They did attempt to deal with this gap after the fact, but the patch didn't stop the water from pouring down and soaking the door beneath it in the recent rains. They were pleasant, but we weren't happy with the end result because we spent $300 and will still have to hire someone to finish this up. FOLLOW UP: After this posting, the owner called and generously offered to replace the whole area around the gap mentioned. This won't be necessary, since we had a workman here since then who did a patch from old gutter and sealed up with silicone. But if there is a problem in the next rains, the owner said his offer would still stand. As a result of this call, we have raised the rating to an A.

It went great! They came out and gave a quote and scheduled us for the gutter install the following weekend. It was a very quick turn around. The gutters looks great and we are very pleased.

Very pleased with our experience, and would definitely recommend them. They did a great job, for less than I had been quoted elsewhere, and were prompt, professional, and the gutters look great.

We called them and one of their rep came to evaluate the situation. The evaluation was done with rigor and we decided to have all the gutter replaced. It was done in a timely manner and the result is awesome (they have the ability to create gutter in a single strip).

They sent one of their representatives out for an initial consultation. It was clear that the rep knew what he was talking about. He arrived with color samples so I could choose the color of the gutters to be used. He was nice, friendly and professional. I appreciated that he did not try to over-sell their work to me. He looked at my house and didn't try to cover it with rain gutters. He told us we would only need them along the front roof line and in a small stretch of roof in the back yard. The price did seem just a tad high for a small amount of gutters -- but I would pay it again because the quality of the work was high. We had inititally booked them to do the work on a Monday morning, but they called on Saturday and politely asked if we would mind them doing the work on Sunday so they could jump into another big job on Monday. Since Sunday was in fact more convenient for us, we gladly took their offer. They came out Sunday, arriving early, working quickly, collecting their payment and leaving behind really lovely, clean-looking gutters that match perfectly with the paint on our house. We actually think our house looks better with their gutters on it than it did before. Very nice job over all.

I first started off with a visit from Guy who gave me an estimate. He walked through the whole job with me and answered all of my questions. I had previously had some other gutter companies over, so I already had three estimates. Guy gave me his estimate for the job and it was lower than the rest. I really liked Guy's professionalism and the price so I went with the Rain Gutter Specialists. I received a call the next day and was scheduled for the second week of November. We've had some rain storms lately, so I was anxious to get the rain gutters up; I expressed this to Guy and he said he'd do whatever he could to make this happen. I didn't realize how serious he was. He was calling me every day when an opening came up with his workers- I was impressed! They had an available day today, so Guy sent over four workers and they had the gutters installed within three hours. I'm very happy with the job, simple as that. I also threw them a curve ball when they got here; I wanted the downspout to be on the opposite end of the house from where I previously told Guy (I have a drainage issue and the landscaper I'm working with told me it would be best to have the downspout in a different location). The grading of my roof made this a challenge for the workers but I didn't get any pushback. They installed the gutters exactly as I wanted them. I'll use the Rain Gutter Specialists again for sure and I highly recommend them. I'll also give a shout out to Francisco, who was the onsite guy for the installation. Very nice, very professional, and very skilled.

The estimate experience was professional, but I felt like the pricing was a bit difficult to understand- however this is much cheaper than trying to hire Lowe's or Home Depot (their contractors had a $1,000 minimum charge). Everyone at Raingutter Specialists was polite, arrived on time, and cleaned up nicely. They were very responsive over the phone and email- it's so refreshing to know that you can communicate via email with the boss. The best part was, they quoted me 1/2 day to do the job and it only took 45 minutes- and they called to see if they could do the job a week early- fantastic!

Great experience! The price seemed very fair based on another estimate we obtained. I called and Guy was great to work with. We met at our house on Sunday. He was very easy to work with and obviously a true craftsman. He provided us with an address near our home where they had installed copper gutters. Once we saw the workmanship we were sold. The entire job was completed in a single day a few days later. The workers were neat, professional and did an outstanding job. If you're thinking about new gutters and want quality work for a fair price, you have to call Rain Gutter Specialists!

He is very good and we would like to use him, but we don?t have the money to do it right now. He seemed very knowledgeable, the price was competitive, and he was on time.

His crew arrived on time, clean and ready to work. They worked in the time that they said the would and didn't disturb me with questions, they always found a way around the house without having me to open all the gates nor having to bother the neighbors. When I found that something had been damaged, I called the owner, the next day they came out and made the repair without a headache. It was great work.

Guy and his staff at RAIN GUTTER SPECIALISTS are hard workers. They're kind, prompt, and professional. We had an awesome experience from start to finish. He came out and bid the job when he said he was going to, started the following day and was done by 2 pm. I recommended them to another friend in Pasadena and they had the same great, professional, affordable, experience as well.
