Guy came out and gave me an estimate. I was impressed by his honesty and his advice to "do the front of the house and then wait until it rains. IF you need more gutters installed, we can always come back." The other estimates I got wanted to put gutters everywhere. After a few weeks my husband decided he wanted a slight tweek to one of the gutters. Guy came out personally and fixed it in minutes.Great company. I would use them again and recommend them fully.

Went great. The were quick, efficient, friendly and delivered as promised. Very nice and very professional. These are the kind of people you want to work for you.

These guys were great. I called and set up an appointment pretty quick. They came out and gave me an estimate in writing, and they worked with me on a payment plan, so I could spread a few payments across checks. This was great. They set an installation date and showed up pretty close to the appointment time. I was happy with all of their work. There was one down spout that I was not unhappy with but that I wanted changed so I was sure the rain water would be far from the foundation. I called the office and a couple days later the owner came over and modified it himself. What more can you ask for? They were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. Also, I wanted to mention that they worked with me to find a color that would work with my home's other colors, this was great because I was concerned I would be getting just white or metal ones that I would have to paint. But they have a variety of colors to choose to coordinate with your home's color scheme.

They did a good job but they turned out to be pretty expensive. They had a 10 percent discount. It turned out that it was just one guy and it was kind of expensive although I ordered further service. The guy was a little bit messy. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great. He suggested that I get the rain guards and he didn't give me the 10 percent discount because he said he was already giving me a break. They were very responsive. I would probably find another service for cleaning that was cheaper.

First off, Guy is amazing. He's friendly, intelligent and easygoing. He really made an effort to make the job go as well as possible, between identifying the places where we did and didn't need gutters to making sure we got the right color. His crew was also great - punctual, professional and friendly. The gutter installation is solidly done and works perfectly.

Guy did not have an open date to do the job until a few weeks after we met. OK with me, except it did rain in the iterim, I was hoping to avoid that but it's not Guy's fault. He had an opening a few days earlier and was able to start the job but not finish it until the next day. The crew was polite and worked quietly, neatly, and efficiently. They got about 2/3 of the work done when it got to dark to continue. The next day, another person came out within the time promised and finished the job. All in all things look great, the gutters are installed as promised. I was hoping it would rain again to see how they work, but I am sure when it does, the rain water will be cycled properly. No more waterfalls, drips, etc. Great work Rain Gutter Specialists!

Very professional arrived in time and completed the job to our expectations.

I got in contact with Rain Gutter Specialists ("RGS") after already having another gutter company come out and look at the gutters on the house we just bought. The first company took a quick look around the house, said the existing gutters should be replaced, and started measuring the linear feet. They then promptly gave me an estimate of $1500, later reduced to $950. Guy from RGS came today to look at the same house. He explained to me why there was nothing wrong with my gutters and they should last a long while still. Guy was prompt and courteous. More importantly, he was honest -- despite it being in his financial interest to just say that I needed the gutters replaced. I very much appreciate his honesty and hope that folks will consider him for when they need any gutter work done on their homes. I know I will.

You won't get better service or quality installation from any other rain gutter company in the greater L.A. area. The installation went smoothly and professionally; the crew was great. If only all repairs were so easy to accomplish! Receptionist was polite, understood my issue. Owner actually came to do inspection. explained my options clearly and provided estimates on the spot. my lucky stars aligned and there was a cancellation so they were able to complete repairs very next day...what a difference a rain gutter makes!!! I wish they could handle all my home repairs. i would highly recommend this company.Cris

Guy came out for a very professional estimate. He evaluated what had to be done now and what could wait. His people came out and cleaned gutters/replaced very efficiently.

Guy Ziv arrived on time to look over the project and give us a quote. He explained exactly what he proposed to do and after discussion gave a written quote which seems very reasonable. On the day appointed the crew arrived right on time (a little early) and completed the project within half a day. The work done was just as quoted and looked about as nice as gutters can look. When they had finished they cleaned up the site thoroughly and hauled away the old guttering. I am completely satisfied and pleased with or experience with "The Rain Gutter Specialists". Absolutely recommended.

Excellent. From the second I called and spoke with Beverly in the office, I was impressed. Guy was not only on time, but he called to see if he could come earlier than our appt. time (Beverly had said that might happen so we were prepared). He gave us a quote on the spot and later that day scheduled the job. The workers were on time and courteous and left everything clean. It was perfect! We have received tons of compliments and have given out all of the business cards he gave us.

The work crew arrived on time and worked quickly to get the job done. They did a good cleanup job when finished.

Our plan was to replace all of our gutters and get the entire house exterior painted. It made the most sense to first have the old gutters removed and hauled away, then get the painting done, then install the new gutters. The Rain Gutter Specialists did the gutter part for us, and did a fine job. The Rain Gutter Specialists prefer to send a crew to do the entire job in one visit. That is, remove and haul away old gutters and install new ones in same day - with the same crew. Since we wanted to paint between gutter removal and new installation, it was necessary to send their 2-man crew out twice - once for removal and once to install the new gutters. The Rain Gutter Specialists wanted to charge more for this split time arrangement. This essentially offset the 10% discount they offered from the Angie's List referral. We felt this pricing strategy was a bit petty, but accepted the added cost. Overall they did a fine job in a timely manner. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. The cleanup after gutter removal and haul-away was especially helpful in preparing an uncluttered work space for the painting contractor - Lou Lenz Painting (who we highly recommend - see our review on Angie's List). Cleanup after the gutter install was also very thorough. We recommend The Rain Gutter Specialists.

I spent $315 on that work. They were professional, nice and fair priced.

I had installed new rain gutters 6 years ago and found that there were a few places that were not working well and needed repairing. I first called the company that installed the gutters and they wanted $400 to make the basic repairs and then suggested replacing one area with larger gutters for an additional $300. I called Rain Gutter Specialists for a second quote and Guy came to give me the quote. He said that instead of repairing the 2 gutters, he could replace them for his minimum cost of $350. While he was there I noticed there were a few other places where the nails were coming out. He said the original company used nails that were shorter than he would have used and he would also replace my existing nails at no additional cost. Then it turned out that he had a team that could come by that afternoon to do the work, so it was all done by the end of the day! The guys did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I won't really know if all my problems are solved until the winter rains come, but I know that it will be a big improvement and was very reasonable.

Beverly was very nice on first contact. Guy returned my call in a timely manner and set up a date for an estimate. Guy arrived on time, conducted business very professionally while being down to earth and willing to answer questions. The estimate was well below what I was expecting. When I called back, Beverly was unable to make the appointment without consulting Guy. I was advised that a 10% payment was required )check by mail or on a credit card) when booking an appointment (even though no booking had been done yet). I asked, since today was Friday and I was hoping to have the job done Monday or Tuesday would the 10% check still have to be mailed, Beverly got defensive. I left a message for Guy (cellphone). Received a message from Beverly advising that our job would be scheduled for Tuesday. Someone would call me Monday to give me the time, but most likely in the afternoon on Tuesday. When I had not heard from anyone by 1pm on Monday, I called Beverly. Again, she got a little defensive when I asked for some hint of a time frame so I could make my other plans for Tuesday. Beverly advised she could not give me any information cause Guy had the schedule. I tried calling Guy's cellphone, but do to very bad cellphone connection he was unable to help me immediately. I considered canceling service but decided that I liked most of what I had seen and heard so far - so I stayed with it. Beverly left me a message that my service was to be 0730-0830 on Tuesday. Arturo and Tony showed up by 0740 and were complete by 1000. The gutters look wonderful and match perfectly with the existing ones. The ones on the shed are great. Of course, the true test will be when it rains, but I am happy with the overall experience.

Guy responded in a timely way to survey the job and provided me with an estimate for new gutters. We accepted the estimate, made a deposit and scheduled the work for the following week. The crew came out and performed the work on schedule. The work done is very professional and complete. We would definitely use their services again.

These guys are great. In fact, their estimate guy's name is Guy! Guy was so helpful, and friendly. We needed a specific look. We have a mid-century modern house. Not just any gutters would look right on this style of house. Guy understood this. We got galvanized gutters, and he made sure they were heavier gauge so they would look more uniform and substantial. The workers were nice and worked quickly and efficiently, also friendly. We are very happy with Rain Gutter Specialists, and would highly recommend them!

I spent $788 on that service. They did everything they said they would do and did it on time and did it for the price they quoted. They were in and out very fast and when they came I was not here, but it looked fine to me. They carted off everything and I have nothing to say. I would tell others that they are pretty knowledgeable and easy to deal with over the phone. They were just good deal with.

I had an estimate given to me on a Monday and was scheduled to have the gutters installed on Friday of the same week. The problem was that was the week of all our heavy rain due on that Friday. I mentioned that to the scheduler and he made sure the gutters were installed on Thursday instead. Thank goodness because it poured on Friday. I was very satisfied with the work done and the extra effort they did to get my gutters installed early.

After the initial meeting and quote, Guy's workers took care of the job with out me being on site. The price was very fair, workmanship was excellent. I'll will definitely use this company again should I need maintenance, repairs, or gutter replacement.
