Both Guy and the installer were helpful and friendly. The price seemed reasonable and there were no attempts to encourage any spending beyond what was called for. The service was preformed the day after the estimate. Highly recommended.

First, either The Rain Gutter Specialists is a referral service, or they refer all of their gutter cleaning work to smaller contractors. The gentlemen in charge of the crew that came to my house was Pat Bresnaham. I recently moved into my first house, and I suspect the prior owner had not cleaned the gutters in years. I was completely in the dark concerning what the going rate for gutter cleaning should be. I called The Rain Gutter Specialists on Monday and scheduled an estimate for Wednesday morning. Pat showed up about 30 minutes ahead of schedule, which I appreciated. He quickly gave me an estimate of $575 and told me that he was ready to do the work immediately and that it would only take an hour. The amount seemed a little high, but rather than waste another morning only to save myself $100 I agreed to have Pat do the work. After the estimate I also asked Pat to redirect one downspout which was in an awkward place. I failed to asked for a specific price on this, which was my fault. Pat and his crew of 3 men did an excellent job. All of the debris was bagged and then dumped into the yard waste bin and the bags put in the recycling bin. They swept up all around the house and put any houses that they used back where they found them. In addition they also gave me a count of the number of cracked roofing tiles. In all the work was excellent. As I noted, my downfall was in failing to get a quote to move the downspout, which costs me an additional $100. I was told it was $30 in parts, but it took about 15 minutes for them to do it. I feel that $100 was excessive, but again, my fault for not speaking up sooner. In sum, the work performed was perfect. My only complaint was that I felt the whole thing was slightly overpriced, but I don't knock them down on the overall grade since I knew the price going in, or failed to ask.

The job was really satisfying. We were quoted for working on the entire house, but at end they install gutters for the garage as well without extra charge. They install our rain barrel too without any extra charge. The look of the gutters are amazing and our neighbor ask us the contact because the job was nice, fast and clean. Thanks to Guy and his stuff.

Called Rain Gutter Specialists based on reviews from Angie's list. Scheduled quote appointment on the phone. Got a call from them asking if I could change the appointment but I wasn't able to. They agreed to keep the appointment. They had Guy come out at the appointed time and he went through the work to be quoted. Quoted us on the spot at a price about 1/2 of the other quote we had received. Had an installation appointment for that Sunday (11/4/2012) and set it up for between 2-4p. The office called the day before to confirm the appointment. Arturo showed up at 12:15p. Turns out he finished his job early and was able to get over ahead of schedule. I was a bit surprised that he was alone. I called Guy to ask him about it and was assured that Arturo had been doing this for a long time and could handle the job no problem. I was amazed to see him wrangling 20+ feet of gutters around on the roof and sure enough he got the job done. The installation looks very nice and professional. It took him about 4 hours all in all including cleaning up all the old gutters, the debris from the old gutters, the trimmings from his install and he even swept up the front and back yard. I'll update this review after the first serious rain as that is really the true test of gutters.

I called for a estimate and they made an appointment for Lior to come out in the next few days. Lior was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained exactly what needed to be done and gave us a reasonable estimate. We signed the contract that day, and the work was scheduled for the following week. Alfredo arrived on time with another workman and completed the entire job in an afternoon. He knew what he was doing, and accomplished the job in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend this company.

The owner, Guy Ziv, was extremely responsive. Was able to get someone out to my house within 48 hours of first call. The Technician arrived on time, was professional, did the work quickly and well, and left the area clean. What more could you ask for. I highly recommend this company.

This company was so great to deal with. Scheduling a bid appointment was so easy (the woman that takes appointments is super nice), the estimate was SUPER easy and the installation was incredibly easy (they even arrived early!) Would absolutely recommend them again and use them for more extensive work down the line. THANKS!

They were very courteous, professional, and easy to work with. They came out on a Sunday morning to give us their very reasonable estimate, and the work was completed on Tuesday.

I selected this company based on the quantity of "A" reviews and also based on the work shown in their website. They are incredibly punctual, friendly and fast. The work was completed within a few hours and they even removed the old gutters and materials. They provided a wonderful color match to the house which is amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! Outstanding work to say the least!!!!

They were fabulous. Guy was very helpful. He picked a color that I wouldn't have thought of, and it looked great. I had no idea that rain gutters could make my house look better. My neighbors, who didn't think they needed rain gutters, were so impressed that they bought rain gutters from them, too. We're all very happy with the personnel and the workmanship.

From the first contact on the telephone with Beverly, working with Rain Gutter Specialists was a flawless experience. Guy came out to the house exactly at the time we set up, looked at the gutter, made good suggestions and gave me a fair estimate. His crew came right when scheduled and were fantastic, very professional and hard working. They even painted the new "elbows" they put on the current rain spouts to match the house. When the work was completed, all the debris was cleaned up perfectly, and the gutters are beautiful. I would highly recommend them.

Everything about both jobs went absolutely perfectly. My wife and I were also impressed with all the people with whom we interacted, both on the phone and in person. Beverly, who deals with customers on the phone, is not only professional to the nth degree, but comes across as one of the nicest people on the planet. Guy, who did our estimates, brings a wonderful sense of humor and a thoughtfulness that is getting harder and harder to find. The crew - Johnny and Arturo - are amazing to watch. They are more relaxed on a ladder than most folks are on the ground. Johnny exhibited a great sense of tolerance during the job in July. While he was up on our garage roof, a member of the demolition crew actually defecated on the ground at the foot of his ladder. Inexcusable. Johnny stepped in the mess when he descended. Rather than expressing his displeasure with my wife and me, Johnny cleaned off his boot and had a few well chosen words with our contractor. We felt he deserved hazard-pay. This is our rain gutter company. Period. End of story.

Called for an estimate. My call was returned and Lior came to my house. He measured and gave me a price. I agreed and 2 days later their 2 man crew arrived and installed the new gutters. They cleaned up after they were through. I was very satisfied.

I called two companies for estimates to install gutters on my house and garage. Guy came out and surveyed the structures, made some suggestions and gave me an estimate right then. His estimate was in line with the other one I received. Guy was very pleasant to deal with, and he could have the gutters installed on a Sunday, so I went with him. His people arrived that Sunday, did the installation, and it looks great. They were also nice enough to take down some stray wires from the roof for me while they were up there. I can't speak to the effectiveness of the gutters until we have rain, but I am confident that if there were any issue, Rain Gutter Specialists would take care of it quickly. I can say that the gutters look good. I would recommend Rain Gutter Specialists to anyone who needs gutters.

Everything about my dealings with this company was good. Guy Ziv promptly came round and gave a quotation to put guttering on my Redondo Beach house. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing and made a number of great suggestions as to where the down pipes would be best placed etc. The price was given on the spot and while not the lowest was extremely reasonable and excellent value.When the crew arrived, they were extremely efficient and polite. They arrived on time and finished the job by 1.30pm- working very hard.They discussed a few details with me during the day to make sure I was completely satisfied and they cleaned up before they left. The overall beneficial effect on the look of my house was something I had not expected, but I must say the house looks a lot better as a result of the new guttering.I would unequivocally recommend Rain Gutter Specialists and would be happy to give them a verbal reference if asked.

Guy came out quickly to do the survey and estimate and within 3 days the crew was able to do the complete job. We had used the company once before and were very satisfied. And we are again. The crew was professional, courteous and did a fine complete job.

My experience with them was good. It has not rained yet, but I did put a hose in the gutter and it seemed to be fine. They were fast, and they did a good job.

Guy and the Rain Gutter Specialists replaced all of our rain gutters. Simply put, they were great. Guy showed up on time for the estimate, he was quick and efficient and even worked us into his schedule so that we could get the work completed before an upcoming event at our house. The work started before I left home one morning and they were done before I got back. Everything was clean and the whole team was extremely professional. I probably won't need my gutters replaced anytime soon, but I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

Great experience with the company. They cleaned out all the gutters and installed a new downspout on our balcony deck that a previous company had botched badly. Everything looked great, they even swept up our porch when they were done. Communication with company was pleasant. Will use them again.

Hiring this company was so smooth that I wish we had another excuse to hire them again. We recently had the exterior of our house repainted which required removing all the old rain gutters, replacing all of the fascia and repainting the exterior of our 1800 sq ft. home. We contacted a couple of companies including "The Rain Gutter Specialists" to provided estimates for installing new gutters. The Rain Gutter Specialists showed up the same day and provided an estimate immediately after looking over and measuring our home. The other company arrived a day later and didn't provide an estimate for 4 days and came in at $400 more for an inferior product. Once I called them to arrange installation, they were able to come over the very next day. They arrived exactly when they said they would and they had the seamless gutters installed in about 4-5 hours. They look fantastic, if you are really into gutters. We just arranged for the basic gutters but they look excellent. The gutters were white to match the fascia, but we were able to get painted downspouts that are indistinguishable from the color of the walls. The gutter corners are all mitered without those ugly elbows that leak, they lifted the metal flashing at the edge of the shingles and slid the inner edge of the gutters underneath unlike our old gutters that were just nailed onto the fascia and flashing so that much of the water just dripped down behind them instead of going into the gutters. We have had two rains storms since they were installed and they work flawlessly. No leaks anywhere and no dripping on hour heads when we leave the house! This company is a pleasure to deal with at every level and I highly recommend them for any work you need on your gutters.

Called to set-up a meeting. Spoke with main office and staff was very professional. Meeting day went well. they were punctual and courteous. Estimate was inline with what I expected based on homework. Install day they were punctual and did a neat clean install. The entire process was a first class experience.

Estimate process: Lior came out to provide me the estimate. He was quick and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done and where a new downspout should be added. They provided me a written estimate within a couple of days. I had called 4 other companies for estimates. Two of the other estimators were also very professional but they were much more expensive. The other two took forever to get back to me. One was twice as expensive and refused to come down on price. Preparation process: Guy came out a week before to make sure the install process would go smoothly. Assessed the amount of time it would take and making sure the installers could access all areas. Install process: Went smoothly. The two installers always showed up on time (unlike many other service providers). In fact they would show up a half hour early and sit outside until 8 am to start. Very responsive to my requests and replaced facia boards for me even though they were outside the scope of work. Everything went smooth other than a few nails I found here and there. Guy came out to check on their progress. The job ended up taking 3 days instead of the original 2 which I was fine with since I just wanted to make sure the job was done right. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the job.

From start to finish the team were excellent. I arranged a time to get a quote and asked that they give me notice so I could come home from work, they were flexible and punctual to the timing that worked for me. The quote was reasonable and they were able to schedule the work in a timely manner. The standard of work was good and the advice honest.

Made an appointment for the owner (Guy Ziv) to come out and do the estimate on a Sunday morning. He arrived and quickly mapped out all the dimensions for the gutter installation and answered all the questions I had about how it works. This was helpful for me as I am a first time homeowner and didn't really know much about gutters. We decided the best locations for the down spouts and he wrote up the estimate right there. I liked the offer so I deposited the initial 10% to get this work done. The next day (Monday) I was called by the office assistant to schedule the appointment for the following Sunday. Sunday morning rolls by again and the installers show up on time and were very knowledgeable as well. They installed the gutters and I must say they look very nice and I can't wait til it rains so I can see them in action. So far I'm happy with the work and would recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I already have.
