The Rain Gutter Specialists

Johnnie and Alfredo came out to do the job, and I requested that as I am crippled up at present due to back surgery, that they please pick up any trash, screws, metal, etc so that our grandchildren do not get hurt on them, I was annoyed that 5 screws, 7 twisted and sharp pieces of metal, etc were in the flower bed and on the steps. I noticed that there was a half inch gap where the rain gutter abutted the siding on the house, and called the office for Rain Gutter Specialists and spoke w/ Beverly. Told her about the screws and sharp metal, & my prior request for cleanup due to bad back and grandbabies, also of my concerns that the rain gutter was not flush up against the siding of the house. She defended the workers, saying that there is always some trash that gets missed, and said she'd speak w/Guy, the job estimator, re: gutter not flush. Alfredo and Johnnie came back out. Alfredo had a nasty attitude, but Johnnie got on the roof and he and Alfredo tightened the gutter to be closer to the siding. It now has 1/4" gap. During the next small rain, it did not pour down the siding as it had before they returned, but it still makes a constant small 1/2" wide trickle down the siding of the house where the gap remains. I called Beverly again, she said that Johnnie and Alfredo had determined that area of my roofing was bad, and it was what was causing my problem. Not their work. I called on a roofing man to go in the attic, and to check the exterior of the area of the roof for problems. There are no roofing problems. I am not calling Beverly back to argue with her again. Very poor service/very poor work. .

The price was a bit high, but everything went well. Scheduling was easy, the two-man crew arrived on time, and the gutters turned out nicely. Furthermore, they were cordial and professional, and they didn't leave behind any messes. They did a remakable job and I was very pleased! Very dependable very cordial and friendly. Excellent job!

The workmen arrived on time and called about 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. We were very pleased with the results. They installed seamless aluminum gutters and attached them without nails. We may have a patio cover installed soon attached to the house. Guy Ziv assured us that he will remove the gutters and reinstall them at no charge to accommodate the cover. The workmen were pleasant and performed clean work and cleaned up afterwards.

Our house has flat roofs, and the garage's scupper was missing a downspout. As a result, water would drip down the wall and seep in along the slab. I called the gutter specialists, but they ended up coordinating mostly via email. They requested a photo of the area, and were able to get me an estimate for the work within the day. Since the estimate was based on a photo, they gave me a range - from $450 to $550. This was fine, but they were very clear that if they showed up and the work would be far more costly, they'd be happy to waive the deposit I paid to schedule the work. I was surprised and pleased to hear this - usually that deposit is used as a gun to the head of the client! We scheduled the work, via email, for about two weeks after our first contact, but they were then able to move up the appointment when they had an opening. The work was quick, professional, and came in on the low end of the estimated cost range. A great experience.

Fantastic. Beautiful, aluminum gutters and done quickly and efficiently. The new gutter area by the gully in the roof was broadened. I also asked if they could do another area, not in the bid, but the man on-site told me the efficiency, due to a an electrical conduit, would be next to nil. They quoted me but he said it would not give me what wanted now. He honestly told me, if I were to remove the electrical, they'd be back and install a gutter on that portion of the facia. I loved their honesty!

During the last rainstorm, we discovered that the gutters on our new house were totally clogged and basically held together with string and chewing gum. Not only was Guy able to come over to give us an estimate on the day that I called, he did it in a manner that was compassionate, professional and full of good humor. The price was more than fair and he offered very flexible payment methods. Installation day went off without a hitch - friendly, well-staffed, efficient, communicative and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Now we have brand new gutters that add so much to the look of our new house. Thank you Guy and everyone at Rain Gutter Specialists!

These people are fantastic!!! Great price, wonderful service. Just called them because I wanted to change one of the downspouts (the original work was done 9 months ago). they arrived the next day, did the work, and didn't even charge me! I would highly recommend them for any gutter work. They are honest, friendly, punctual, and do excellent work!!

The owner, Guy, came to give the estimate. He did a very thorough job of explaining how the installation would be handled. He went over the gutter width options and gauges of metal used, and gave me his recommendation on the width (based on the roof pitch and material) of the gutters for my home. His company only uses the heavier gauge material, so there was no selection to be made there. He told me that he installs gutters with screw-type fasteners that avoid splitting the fascia wood, vs large nails that many other contractors use. He also told me that the gutters are extruded on location, to required lengths, in order to minimize seams. He was very knowledgeable and professional with his quote, which was very cost competitive as well. Guy also took out a color chart, and worked with me to select the colors to match the trim (gutters) and stucco (downspouts) as part of the quote process. He gave me a written quote before he left that day, after measuring the home. The installation crew arrived on the scheduled day and time to begin installation. They went over the installation with me in advance, showed me the material colors and gauge before beginning the job, and confirmed where I wanted the downspouts to be located. They extruded the gutters to their custom measurements, avoiding seams along straight sections. This custom installation avoided corner pieces, but instead used butt joints to avoid having a second seam that would increase the risk of potential leaks. They installed the gutters, downspouts, then water-tested them for me to observe and approve. They cleaned up and left my home as it was when they arrived. They did a very professional installation job, and the gutters perfectly match the colors of the trim and stucco. I highly recommend Guy and his company and crew, the Rain Gutter Specialists.

Lior came out and walked me through all of the steps and my choices. I placed the order and a few weeks later, they were there to begin. The installers encountered some very bad wood, so we had to put a hold on installation until the facia was repaired. I appreciated their honesty and commitment to doing the job right. They returned a week later to finish the job and it was done wonderfully. These guys listen and care.

Extremely satisfied.Spoke to Guy over the phone and set up appointment.He gave me an estimate on the costs over the phone using Google Maps/Streets.Based on that estimate range,Guy indicated that his crew could do the install based on my approval of the estimate(I was unable to be present as this is a home that I rent out and is a little distance from where I live )which was very competitive.Due to an early cancellation he called me and said he could take care of it within a day or so.I appreciated his follow up thereby getting the installation done sooner than planned.After the job was completed by his crew they forwarded pics showing what had been done.I definitely will call them for future work on my rain gutters for my own home(the work was done on a rental home that I am fixing up)

They were fantastic. I actually only got a quote from them because I new after I had Guy come out and give me a quote that this was the company I wanted to do the work. Guy was on time and gave me a easy to read estimate. He happily answered my questions, I could tell that he has been in this business for a long time. The installers arrived on time and got the work done in about 4 hours. The gutters look great. If I need gutter work in the future I will use these guys.

A 25' length of seamless gutter was rehung because the original job was done poorly. I appreciated that Guy fit me into their busy schedule because they had a team in the neighborhood. The workers were courteous and efficient. I am a very satisfied customer.

Overall I really enjoyed working with this company. Phone calls to their office were friendly and professional. Guy was on time for our appointment to bid the job. He was really nice and offered good suggestions. He did break into a "we're better then the other guys" sales pitch which didn't win me over but his attention to detail, good suggestions, his listening to what we wanted and the fact that they were recommended by our roofers who we liked had more than won him the job. Once we agreed to do the work, they arranged an appointment that fit our schedule and on the work day a great crew showed up on time, walked the job then set out to do it. They even did a couple additional things, like replacing a damaged downspout and cleaning out an extra gutter segment with no additional cost. Great job protecting our paint and deck.

Prompt estimate--which was higher than some others--HOWEVER I really liked the people on the phone, the man who showed up at my home for estimate, and the man who installed the gutters. I rarely go with the cheapest. Sometimes my gut tells me who to hire. I was right in this case. It was all quick, clean and professional. I was called the day after the work and informed that I had overpaid (I forgot about the deposit I paid) and that a refund check was already in the mail. Need gutters? Hire these people.

Guy & Beverly & the crew were all fantastic. Unbelievably communicative and professional in every way. Rain Gutter Specialists installed a complete gutter system for my new home and it's amazing what good work can do to improve both the look and longevity of ones home. A dry home is a happy home! We scheduled the installation at a time that was convenient for our family. The installers arrived on time. They were well dressed, clean, quiet, hard working, fast and efficient.
