Two days after the work was done, it rained for 24 hours straight and everything drained beautifully and worked perfectly. We could not be happier with their work.

Description of Work: I saw the reviews on Angie's List and gave them a call. I got an immediate response and Guy came and gave me an estimate that seemed very reasonable to install new gutters around our house and garage that had never had gutters before. Our home inspector had suggested we put them in, considering the rain storms that have passed through the Valley in recent years. We are very pleased with the work and the aesthetics of the job. Of course, the true test will be when those rain storms come this winter. Guy assured us that if there are any problems with the job, he would come out within a day or two to adjust what might be needed.

Description of Work: This is a follow up to the service I had from The Rain Gutter Specialists in the winter of 2011 when we replaced the gutter system on my house. At that time, I gave high marks to Guy for the job they did back then. Well, because the job was done during the winter, we did not discover that the condensation tube was not hooked up to the gutter as it was on the old installation. When the weather started to heat up this May (2012) we had a puddle of water on the patio from the drain pipe. I called Guy and told him about the problem. He sent his best guy out to look at the problem. After a few minutes the problem was resolved and water was piped into the gutter. So here is to The Rain Gutter Specialists for standing by their work. Bravo!

Description of Work: Thank you, Angie's list! Our gutter had fallen apart and was on the ground two days before a major storm. Guy came out quickly, assessed the situation, gave us a great price and got his crew out to fix the problem on the same day. He also saved us money by telling us honestly that we did not need to spend extra money for repairs to the wood underneath. They were easy, efficient, reasonably priced, personable and cleaned up after they were done.

Description of Work: The repairman arried promptly and fixed the gutter problem, which consisted of a terrible noise when raining heavily. It is raining today and we no longer have the problem. Everyone from the receptionist to the repairman was courteous and professional I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: After my initial phone call to Rain Gutter Specialists, which was answered by a most warm and friendly person whom I now know as Beverly, we set up an appointment time for Guy to give me a free estimate on gutter repair. Guy arrived right on time. I described the problem to him and he asked if he could go up to see the top of the gutter. He did so, reaching into the gutter and pulling out a handful of leaves. He turned to me and said "your problem is solved (the downspout was blocked by leaves) and there will be no charge." Imagine my amazment. Someone coming to give you a free estimate, evaluating and determining the problem, solving it simply and not trying to make a "big deal" when that was all that was necessary. How refreshing in this day and age to find a company that has this kind of integrity. I am so happy to know I can count on Rain Gutter Specialists whenever I have a gutter problem and know they will take care of my problem quickly, efficiently and honestly.
