Isaac was our project manager. He was professional, handled all issues that came up during the stressful renovation in a timely manner, and responsive. They finished 1 month earlier than our expected date on contract, which was awesome and unheard of in this business. We would use them again for our next project.
Description of Work: We renovated 3 full bathrooms, 1 kitchen and upgraded 2nd floor into hardwood.
I had been in the market for a good remodeling company to do my kitchen and settled on Supreme. They did a great job keeping in touch with me and keeping me calm during the whole process of remodeling and adding onto my kitchen. They helped me with plans, blueprints and were very patient with my design changes and ideas. My project manager Simon was there each step of the way and offered me a number of good suggestions I wouldn't have otherwise thought of. I added about a small bump out in the kitchen and opened it from a galley to a more u shaped design. I switched from older white oak cabinets to some beautiful white shaker cabinets and swapped my old laminate counters out for granite. They also upgraded my electrical and plumbing in the process. I have been living with my new kitchen for a few months now and am very satisfied and happy with the way things turned out.

Guy, who was in charge of the work, was very professional. He came out several times to estimate the work to be done, talked to me about the Hero program, and worked hard to make sure that everything went smoothly. There are always little bumps along the way when one gets one's home worked on, and he smoothed them all out. I am very impressed with his professionalism since I don't think he really cared for me personally. It is hard to work well with a client in such a situation - I really admire his competence. I also spoke with Roy Rodriguez, the company's customer service liason. He was also competent, and friendly too. A joy to work with. The receptionists and rain gutter men and concrete men were also friendly and a pleasure to work with. This company deserves an A for their professionalism and customer service. As for the rain gutters: I can't inspect my rain gutters, so I will assume that the work got done correctly. I appreciate the company's willingness to get the rain gutters repaired when I wanted them repaired. (Everyone was having their rain gutters done at that time and most companies weren't accepting new work.) Thank you very much - it was a great relief to me. As for the concrete: both Guy and the concrete man tried hard to deliver a good job. But at the last second, I was informed that for the job to be done correctly, there would need to be an additional cost. I couldn't pay the cost, so Guy and the concrete man conferenced with me about how getting the job done as well as possible for the money I had contracted to pay. They both explained carefully what the concrete man would do, got my permission, and maid sure I was part of the process. Again, excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I feel that I paid much too much for the job actually done - a small rectangle of ground, perhaps a yard by 4 yards in dimension, was filled in with concrete for $1000. I don't think I got my money's worth. There is no way for the rain to go anywhere - more money would have paid for an incline or some type of water run-off - so the area still floods when it rains. Eventually, probably, the concrete will wear away with enough rain since it looks a bit porous to me. I feel that I should have paid no more than half the amount I did for the concrete. But I am not an expert. Oh well. I should have asked my gardener to do it, instead of a company with high overhead. But they really tried to make me understand what it was I was paying for, and I appreciate that. I think that you could do worse than contract with this company. Just - know exactly what you are paying for, and what work they are doing. Expect change orders - no contracting work is ever perfect - and understand that this company is a big one with high overhead - lots of employee salaries to pay. Given enough money and enough careful interaction with the management and workers, this company will probably do a good, perhaps very good, job for you.

Supreme Remodeling did a fantastic renovation of multiple rooms in our townhouse back in 2014. Our home is our sanctuary and Micky and his crew worked closely with us to make sure it was everything we wanted it to be. Living through construction is not easy, but he and his crew were flexible and willing to work around our needs and the requirements of our HOA. We get so many compliments on our home and have had several friends use our kitchen as inspiration for their own renovation projects. Two years later, Micky is still happy to send out his crew to fix any little issues that come up and make sure we are satisfied customers. When we're ready to start renovations on our master bath, Supreme Remodeling will be first on my list to call.

Simon was the individual I had most contact with. From the very beginning he gave me his honest opinion of what needed to be done. Because of a prior problem with the shower, he recommended that the shower floor be rebuilt, which I agreed to. He proceeded with the rebuilding and "hot mop" and "floating concrete." before all the tile was installed. The installer did a beautiful job. As the shower is not completely even, this could have turned out badly, but the tile looks impeccable. He was more expensive than the other bidders were, but he did install new glass and didn't charge me (he had told me this upfront that if the previous glass didn't match he would cover the cost).(The reason for the "A" rather than a "B" for the grade under price.

Simon and Isaac came over to measure for a room addition. We were uneasy about having construction done but they put us at ease. They were very professional and had many brilliant ideas for our space. Thank you so much we are pleased with the project.
Description of Work: Thank you so much we are pleased with the project.
We used Supreme Remodeling to remodel the entire downstairs of our home. The job included installing a whole new kitchen, new bathroom, and new hardwood flooring throughout. They installed new recessed lighting, new sconce lighting, new plumbing fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen, new entry doors, and new windows. They also smoothed all our walls, getting rid of the old 1980s texture, as well as redoing our carpeted stairs with new hardwood treads. We found Supreme Remodeling on Angie’s List and decided to give them a call because they had such positive reviews. Prior to starting our project, we obtained several bids. While Supreme’s bid wasn’t the cheapest, it also wasn’t the most expensive. In the end, we went with Supreme for several reasons. First, whenever we called their office, there was someone to speak with. Second, we checked references from other clients who had nothing but good things to say. Third, we liked our primary contact, Micky, Supreme’s owner. Micky was great to deal with. He was usually very easy to reach by phone or text, and always gave us plenty of time to discuss the project, issues, etc. Lastly, their price for our project was reasonable. Our project was big, and like any project wasn’t without its problems. However, Micky and his team were always available to address the problems. More importantly, they addressed the problems fairly. We never felt that Supreme would use an unforeseen problem as an opportunity to charge us more. We truly felt that our satisfaction was their primary concern. Micky and Supreme were honest, fair, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy with how our project came out and get so many compliments on the finished project. Based upon our experience, I would recommend Supreme for other remodeling projects. In fact, we recently decided to redo another bathroom in our home and hired Supreme for the project. Had our first experience with Supreme not gone so well, we wouldn’t have hired them again.

Superior Remodeling and Micky Kanian did a great job. Micky walked us through the project. He answered all our questions, giving us good guidance on materials and colors. Worked with us to get energy saving items on the Hero Program. If not personally available for consultation, there was a toll free number with a human being on the other end to take messages, with him responding by the next business day Any issues were addressed in a quick and professional manner. He was clear on his schedules and scope of work which made it easier for us to get our appliances on order and whatever we need to buy in time to prevent delays. I love the new windows and am really looking forward to using my new kitchen and laundry room. I would use Supreme Remodeling when we are ready for Phase 2

Description of Work: Thank you so much we are pleased with the project.
Me and my wife planned to get a complete kitchen remodel as well open it up a little bit. We had a galley kitchen that just felt too small, my wife (who spends more time in the kitchen than I do) was getting tired of having no space to work and no cabinets to put her stuff in. We looked at a few different companies online and although they all looked impressive Supreme's project manager had a few projects going on the area and gave us some great references, all of whom were happy to tell us about their experience with Supreme remodeling/ The project was fairly sizeable as I said we didn't just remodel the kitchen we expanded it, we pushed it a little into the dining room to get more room to move and put cabinets, we changed the lighting, upgraded the electrical and plumbing and painted the whole living / kitchen / dining room at the same time. We ended up with a beautiful kitchen and couldn't be happier. Our project manager Jakob was on top of everything from the moment we met until we finished just a couple days ago. He made sure the house was clean the whole time, his foreman was here daily checking to make sure we were on schedule, his designer made an amazing layout for us. It was nice to have someone so involved with everything, we even picked out our own slab for the counters. On top of the great work he did during the project, he's been great about following up with us and making sure were still happy after the fact. My favorite part is that although their bid was a little higher than the other guys they never once tried to change the price or add anything to it which was a big concern for my wife seeing how her mother had just gotten ripped off on a whole house renovation from another company that gave her a lower price only to double it after finding "issues" during demolition a couple years ago. So all in all great experience I feel I got what I paid for and them some with the service.

One of the best parts of working with Mickey is the personable approach he has with his clients. A remodel and expansion can be a daunting undertaking. In our face-to-face conversations, Mickey takes time to explain the process and leaves us feeling reassured. Over the duration of our over year long project, having Mickey around is like a member of the family coming by for a visit. We are pleased with the style and space our new addition (almost 500 sq ft) creates. In a booming Burbank neighborhood where many ?add-ons? equate to eyesores, the collaboration with Mickey and his architect helped us plan a layout for our new addition that fits both the functionality and high-end design we hoped to achieve. Beyond our extension, Mickey?s suggestion to build out a laundry room allowing for more existing kitchen space is becoming a welcomed new arrangement. The Supreme employees are consistently pleasant and committed to doing their best work. This week a painter is completing the exterior of the house after making sure we were confident with our choices. We are excited to see how our Supreme journey ends! We hope to give a more detailed review once the project is complete.

My wife and I hired Supreme Remodeling to remodel our two bathrooms and master bedroom. We interviewed four contractors before making a decision to go with Supreme. The most important factor was the price quickly followed by the authenticity and honesty displayed by the Supreme rep Micky. The estimate from Supreme was in the middle of the pack but on the lower end of the four quotes. During the interview process, two of the contractors didn’t even mention potential costs for moving a wall and one of the contractors wanted to charge me for architecture and engineering right off the bat without knowing whether engineering would actually be needed. Micky was upfront about the potential for additional cost for moving the wall making sure we understood that he would do all he could to keep costs down and stick to his original estimate. Micky was also a great resource and helped identify a solution to a difficult design issue before being hired. Another important factor was Micky’s ability to work with the needs of my family, which includes two toddlers. Whereas the other contractors required both bathrooms to be remodeled at the same time, Micky was willing to split the project into two phases so my family had access to one bathroom at all times. Early in the first phase, the County ultimately told us that new footings and a shear wall were needed for us to move the wall we wanted. Micky worked with us to get the needed engineering and architecture plans to move the project forward. The plans were 25% less than the price quoted to us by the contractor who wanted to get plans drawn before even knowing if they were needed. It was smooth sailing after that. Micky did a great job managing the project and his foreman and various workmen from each trade were professional and responsive to our requests. They followed my preferences for accessing the house and maintained a clean work area. In addition, Micky stayed in constant communication making sure I knew what to expect in the upcoming stages of the project. I spoke to him at least 4-5 times a week and texted regularly. When there were concerns, I relayed them to Micky and he addressed them immediately. The guest bathroom turned out amazing and I attribute that to Micky’s commitment to working with us every step of the way. Micky did the final inspection with me and noted issues that even escaped my eye. His team quickly addressed them. Micky would not greenlight his team to start the second phase until my wife and I confirmed that everything in the first phase was to our liking and needs. The first phase was completed within the timeline Micky provided upon hire. Aside from the costs related to the load bearing wall, the phase was completed within the budget we agreed to. We are in the middle of the second phase of our project, which includes remodeling the master bath, removing a traditional closet, and adding a walk-in closet. I plan to write a second review at the completion of the second phase.

Description of Work: 1500sq ft addition including new bedroom, patio, bathroom and kitchen remodel.
The water leakage was discovered on the 19th of May at approximately 10:00pm. Between my neighbors and myself it was determined that the leak was most likely coming from a drainage pipe from my unit. If no water was running from my kitchen area, there was no water leaking outside from the building. Therefore we didn’t deem it an emergency and thus no emergency services were requested. I am fortunate to have a very special neighbor who selflessly gave of her own time to call Micky of Supreme Remodeling first thing on the morning of the 20th of May, and made herself available when Micky arrived later that morning to determine the exact location of the leak as well as replace the damaged pipe. Micky did not ask for any payment at that time, knowing that I was calling my insurance company to file a claim. Even though it took my insurance company from May 20th until July 18th to address and promptly deny any claim i made, ( albeit, they provided my with $398 dollars for repair and provided my neighbor with a $1000.00 dollar check to cover the deductible on her own insurance so that they could reimburse for any damages) and though this is not the place to discuss my own personal outrage regarding my insurance company, it is worth mentioning because Supreme Remodeling waited patiently during this time, and never once did they call to pressure me to pay for the services they had already provided, telling me instead “not to worry” and to wait until my insurance claim was settled before having to pay for their services. Even more to their credit when my insurance company finally closed my claim and I informed Supreme Remodeling and Micky of this, they never once inquired about the outcome, and more compelling, they never asked if i had received any monetary compensation to be used towards repair of the claim that I had made. To me, this speaks volumes regarding Supreme Remodeling’s business practices and their utmost regard for the people they provide services for. Initially, I may have thought they wanted me to wait until my insurance claim was settled so they could determine the cost of repair accordingly, however, I was completely wrong about that. As it turns out, the wait was for my benefit, so that should any money be paid out on the claim, it could be then used to reduce the burden of payment for repairs, which i feel is a unique and an extremely commendable business practice. In as far as the quality of work that was provided, both my neighbors and I are extremely pleased. The work is of exceptional quality, and was done so meticulously that it is impossible to determine where the replacement sections of the garage overhang begin and end. Though it took my insurance company 59 days to deny my claim, in effect postponing any restorative work on the building which needed attention, during that extended period of time, however once the claim was closed, Supreme Remodeling was able to then step in and perform the necessary repairs and services to bring the building back to it’s original condition all within less than a week’s time. Supreme Remodeling with Micky at the helm is a company I fully endorse without hesitation.
Description of Work: On May 19, 2016 a three year old drainage pipe that carried waste water from my kitchen sink as well as my dishwasher, decided to spontaneously disintegrate. ( I use the word 'spontaneously' because this pipe had been billed to me as having been replaced during a remodel only three years earlier, by a contracting firm which is no longer in business). This particular drain pipe exited my town home by way of the back wall of the kitchen, through the kitchen floor entering inside the garage overhang where it made a 90 degree in order to travel along the overhang and towards the common wall between my neighbor’s and my own town homes, where it then joined a common waste pipe allowing the waste water to exit the building. The leakage in my drain pipe was located somewhere within the wall of my kitchen or within the overhang of my garage. The water itself found an egress from the garage overhang allowing it to spill onto the asphalt below. A second point of water egress was located within a utility closet that is located directly in-between the two adjoining town homes, such that there was noted a cascade of waste water flowing down the utility closet door and onto the asphalt as well. Because my neighbor had hired Supreme Remodeling in the past with Micky as the coordinating contractor, to remodel her own home with absolutely stunning results, when it was suggested that I contact him to assess and correct the damage i did not hesitate. The following list of items was determined as needing attention; 1. Address and diagnose location of leak underneath house kitchen area 2. Remove stucco from contaminated areas 3. Replace and address the damaged drain connection 4. Fix wate drain 5. Address water damage with mold remediation 6 Remove and bring sample to lab for testing 7. Remove additional damaged mildew/mold stucco 8 Address all contaminated areas with mold solution 9. Repair stucco at the specified areas 10 Supply and install new utility door 11 Clean up and haul away all work related debris.

An exceptional response to a potential dire situation. The work required was quickly assessed and completed as promised. The contractor, Micky, was extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. He took his time in pointing out where water damage had occurred and the steps that were necessary to correct all damaged areas located both inside and outside of my home. The completed project was outstanding, replicating the original "Pre-water damaged" structure, while in many areas using superior materials than had existed originally.

Supreme Remodeling was called to give an estimate on remodeling our master bathroom. They were prompt in giving us a fair market estimate. We decided to go with them based on their estimate, professionalism, and knowledge of the scope of the project and what we were trying to achieve. When the initial team started to demolish the old bathroom, they took extreme care to keep our home free from unnecessary dust and debris and hired the appropriate personnel to complete masterful work. All of their teams were punctual and went beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the job done. They kept us abreast of the project step by step and answered any questions that we had during the project. The project was completed on time and I will use them again and refer them to my friends and colleagues. We ended up with a beautiful master bathroom and will utilize them for the second bathroom and a few other projects that we are considering completing within the future.

We do not believe that we "got what we paid for." Although this company submitted to us the most expensive of the quotes we received, I chose them based on the RAVE REVIEWS here on Angie's list and the responsiveness of Leora (office staff). Unfortunately, the quality of work, materials and punctuality of workers VARIED GREATLY throughout the lengthy process and did not live up to the expectations Angie's positive reviews suggested. I highly recommend cross-checking reviews here with other websites like Yelp. The quality of work depended on whether it was completed by skilled laborers or "day laborers" (I had conversations with a couple of these men who came for a day or two and then never returned and saw them doing poor work first hand. One worker actually returned one evening and knocked on the front door telling us the company had not paid him- very unprofessional.) We had to get involved on a constant basis to make sure things were progressing and were done correctly (from small details as to the men tracking mud through the carpets of the house to the cheap particleboard that was used to build the bathroom). Communication among the supervisors and workers was lacking (for example we would communicate with Rami or Guy about a specific item and then would be told by another supervisor (I can't remember his name) who came by to check in that we needed to talk to him or Manuel directly (one of the men doing the work). Simply stated, it was a waste of much of our time and energy. I do commend the office staff- Leora in particular- for her responsiveness, but unfortunately she is just relaying messages and not overseeing the project. Another serious issue is that the foundation adjacent to the concrete steps that were removed (after being poured incorrectly the first time- i.e. not to architects plans) was in the process. The company paid for that area to be strapped to prevent further damage but the overall effect on the resale value of the house is not known. The fact of the matter is that for the price that we paid, some of the work and materials were subpar and the process was extremely taxing on us. Update: Several months later, the underside of the patio awning that Supreme Remodeling built is covered in mold.
Description of Work: Add bathroom (shower, sink, toilet etc.). Add roof over new areas. Add 2 sliding glass doors in kitchen and bathroom. Add two sets of concrete steps (and remove first set that were put in not following architect's plans). Add awning to outdoor patio. I was in contact with the company last year after the construction because of the issues that were left unresolved as noted in this review in addition to some issues that arose in the year following construction. For example: mold began to grow on the underside of the awning that they built because the wood was not treated properly. They said they were eager to fix this after I sent photos, but eventually just stopped responding to my communication. For that reason I change the responsiveness grade to an F. I highly recommend anyone reading reviews on this site cross reference the reviews with other referral sites (like Yelp etc.).

My only complaint with Supreme remodel was over an incident when my family and I had to step out for a few hours during the time they were building the stairs in the garage. Since there was no lock on the door from the garage to the kitchen at the time, I specifically told them that we will be leaving the house so make sure to keep that access door to the main house CLOSED. Upon returning home (they had already locked up and left through the garage), I discovered someone opened that door! The thought of some stranger roaming around our house when we were not home really bothered me. I confronted them and they apologized. Aside from that incident, we were overall happy with them. Quality of work was good and pricing is fair.
Description of Work: Build stairs from kitchen down to garage.

Supreme remodeling and Simon who is the supervisor for all the projects did a great job. Even though this was my first project as a widow we were able to communicate through my confusion and insecurities about decision making.. I am very happy with the end results. I would hire Supreme Remolding and Simon in the future.
Description of Work: Remodeling two bathrooms. I provider the materials
