I worked with Supreme Remodeling on two different projects. It?s not my first time working with them, but this time the projects were not as big as the last one. I needed an interior painting in my mothers house. She is old and very picky about strangers coming and going in her house, and of course she was concerned of the effects of the job on her daily routine. Micky sat with her for an hour, explained her the process of the job. She was satisfied and the workers began their work about two weeks later (per my mom?s request). Painting the whole house without interfering an old lady too much is not as easy task. The workers were quick and quiet and they made sure the house is as clean and neat as it can be when they finished their day. My mom told me that Micky came a few times to make sure everything progress according to the schedule and asked her if the work satisfy her. She was extremely pleased to see he cared. The work was done within schedule and to my mom?s satisfaction. The other project was at my own house, where I had to remodel my 20 years old bathroom. I?ve decided to let Supreme remodeling take care of the bathroom design and planning. I scheduled the work to begin when I had to go on a business trip for a few weeks, knowing they?ll be done when I return. When I came back, I was overwhelmed with the results. The quality of the work and materials they used was superb! The tiles, the bathtub, sinks and everything else looks and feel luxury! They installed some custom cabinets per my request for a very little extra and I feel like I?ve got more than I was expecting for the money I paid. I will definitely hire them again when it?s time to remodel the kitchen and the living room.

When we bought our home, we knew we had a lot of work that needed to be done. We were very concerned about finding the best and HONEST contractors. We interviewed 4 contractors whom each gave us various different bids....with a huge range in estimated costs. Supreme was not the cheapest, but we can happily say we think they are the BEST. We chose them initially because we felt they were the most honest and they would not try to squeeze extra things out of us. It was set up as an all inclusive price and we really appreciated how they honored this. They had only 1 bad review, but it was clear that review was a overly aggressive and we decided to go with our instincts. Micky and Patrick have proved that our instincts were correct. In a world of horror contractor stories, We feel very LUCKY to have found them. Micky would just ask me what I wanted...and then just made it happen. No questions. No worries. Inevitably, we did run into major issues with our home. We uncovered a huge unknown foundation issue and also discovered that our pipes were set directly into our foundation and ready to crack. Micky knew who to call and had his experts out the very next day. After discussing both issues with Micky, he gave us a few options. There are always cheaper band aids to remedy issues and more expensive cures. Supreme never pushed either way on us...they simple explained the issues, which were very obvious ( 1" cracks in our foundation), and brought in experts to help us understand. Then they let us choose. We really appreciated how they did not push the more expensive choice on us and were willing to go with whatever we chose. We, of course, needed to dig holes in our living room and re-pour part of our foundation. We got a few outside opinions and estimates which mimicked Supreme's assessment. In addition, Supreme bid for this extra FOUNDATION work was very competitive as well. Simply proving they are honest, hardworking, and really do take care of their clients. Another HUGE compliment is to their communication. Micky would regularly call me in the evening to tell me exactly what was happening during that week, who was coming, and when. There were no surprises. We were always informed. This is HUGE and was really appreciated. Supreme completely changed our entire home and their work was excellent! We are extremely happy and would recommend them without hesitation. They are warm, hardworking, and get the job done. They seem like family to us now.

Prior to meeting with Simon I paid a company to come to my house and give me a 3D rendering of what I envisioned my new bathroom would look like. I completely rearranged the space. I was extremely happy with the new arrangement and used the copies of the new bathroom to show Simon when he come to me for a consultation. I am very detail oriented and had a clear vision of what I wanted. I expressed my EXPECTATIONS to Simon and made sure we were on the same page. On October 7th, Joaquin and his crew arrived and began demolition. They were all very professional, polite and hard working. They arrived on time and worked all day. Simon came by my house almost on a daily basis and called me several times a day to make sure I was happy with the progress and results. On Nov 4th, the remodel was complete and passed the final city inspection. I am beyond thrilled with my new bathroom and highly recommend this company and team. The most important thing is to know exactly what YOU want and find a way to make it happen.

In Oct of 2012 I had finally convinced my husband that we needed to renovate the kitchen in our single story Ranch style home. I had talked to several different construction Companies, and either they never called us back or they were rude and pushy or they just did not show up. I wanted the work completed by Christmas and it did not seem like it was going to happen. I was talking to my brother about my situation and he told me Supreme Remodeling had installed the cabinets and counter tops in his kitchen, he told me to stop by and take a look. I did and I liked it, my husband mentioned that it looked like Supreme Remodeling might be out of our price range. I convinced him to let me call and see. I sat up an appointment with Micky and he arrived for the appointment on time. When they called to confirm I had to apologize and ask that they come a little later because I really thought it was going to be like it had been with the other companies. They said sure. He was not pushy, he was very knowledgeable able the renovations I wanted in the kitchen, which was to replace the cabinets, replace the counter-tops, including the island, I wanted a new aluminum sinks and replace the faucets, I wanted backsplash and a built in microwave to match my existing appliances. I also wanted new laminated wood flooring. To my surprise my husband started questioning the guys about how we would go about extending the living room and installing a picture window. They told us we would need plans and they had architects on staff. They pulled out their computers showed us samples, they showed previous jobs they had done similar to what we wanted. They were kind enough to ask some of their previous customers if we could call them and/or possibly stop by their homes for references and to see the quality of their work. We were impressed, we signed with them our only stipulation was that the entire project be completed before Christmas. This was mid-September. The project: Work crews showed up on days that were previously scheduled on time, work crew cleaned up the work area every day they worked before leaving. They systematically performed the work meaning the kitchen was midway finished and the crew moved right to the living room extension. There was a little delay in getting the plans; however it all worked out perfectly. The inspections were scheduled and either, Patrick, Micky, or the crew manager met with the inspector. We were never asked to miss of day of work to meet with the inspectors. Before they installed the tile or countertops they met with either my husband or me to make sure that we were sure. The project was completed before Christmas. My kitchen is beautiful the extension to kitchen and the living added about 900 additional sq. ft. and it is beautiful the installation of the picture window brings so much light into the living room, the floors, and the crown molding the recess lights over my island in the kitchen. My home is beautiful. Thank you supreme remodeling for our dream home.

My husband and I bought an old house and we knew we would have to invest some money into it to make it a warm and cozy home. We were shopping for contractors for about a month. Until Supreme Rmodeling sent Micky, he sat with us for a couple of hours and we both knew we are going to hire them for the job. We had to replace the floors, paint the walls and ceilings, we also needed a new kitchen and bathroom. We also decided we want to split the large dinning area so we can use the space as a home office. The job took about two and a half months and it was finished to our satisfaction. I?d also like to mention the customer service. They responded promptly for any question we had. I would highly recommend Supreme Remodeling INC to anyone who shops for contractors. They are real professionals.

Excellent job. Mickey Kanian, the president of the company, arrived at the agreed upon time, was personable, friendly and helpful. While there, he listened to our plans and suggested some helpful changes. We had some complex problems and time constraints and he offered solutions that really worked. Not only was the job completed to our complete satisfaction, but they finished ahead of schedule. When the wrong colored toilet was ordered and installed due to a miscommunication, the company immediately removed it and replaced it. What?s more they did it with good grace. The supervisors,Patrick and Mickey, were a pleasure to work with and their crew was exemplary. From the master craftsman and foreman, Joaquin, to Jaime, Oscar, Oswaldo, Alfredo and Angel. All of them were friendly, cooperative, very capable, punctual, and, most important, reliable. I certainly would use Supreme Builders again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wishes a job done well.

His price was to high but he did have a nice way to view his options.

After meeting with a number of contractors and receiving bids for the requested work - Supreme Remodeling, Inc. was my choice of contractor. It was a reasonable bid; not the lowest nor the highest, and my selection was reinforced by the many times and hours Mickey met with me to review plans, to strategize the best way to proceed and to discuss possible situations that might surface, anticipated and un-anticipated. I have lived in my house since it was built in 1974-75. My son prepared the floor plan for the bathroom and bedroom remodel. Mickey worked with that plan and made it come to life. City permits were secured in one day and the proposed plan was approved as submitted. New windows were required and ordered. In order to match remaining bedroom and bath windows the new windows came from a company in Canada. As soon as the windows were shipped, demolition began. Progress was quick as the old bathroom was demolished totally; plumbing and electrical upgraded, a walk-in closet added, and 'popcorn' ceiling over radiant heating coils very carefully removed. Mickey went with me to select bath fixtures and was very helpful with suggestions and alternative recommendations. I had seen a bath in a magazine that I especially liked and Mickey and his contractors ( vanity design and construction, mirrors, counter, frameless shower and tile flooring) were able to replicate those sections that I specifically requested. Mickey also went with me to choose tile for the shower walls, flooring and backsplash and shower trim. Again suggestions were very helpful. His workers were professional and courteous at all times. They arrived in a timely manner and cleaned the work area each day. Additionally, protection of hardwood flooring on the first floor and the carpeted stairway and upstairs hallway was provided and maintained throughout the project. The project was completed in the two month period specified. Minor touch-up and adjustments have been taken care of as needed.

When my father passed last year, I was really worried about my mom being in California alone. At that time I was living in Las Vegas. My parents had a small 2 bedroom, one bathroom home that was fine for the 3 of us. They had never made any upgrades other than redoing the porch and the roof a couple of times. They have been living in the home since 1959 so it was very outdated. My mother and I sat down and decided that it would be better to renovate their home than to sell it as is because to get a buyer it would have to be updated or renovated anyway. I am a nurse and it would not be very difficult for me to transfer to a hospital in Los-Angeles area. I start shopping around for contractors it was kind of complicated being that I lived in Nevada at the time. I found Supreme Remodeling INC on Angie's List. After meeting with several contractors we decided on Supreme Remodeling, my mother really likes Micky and I really like Patrick. Brian my son liked them both. First thing we decided to do was remove the acoustic ceiling. Upon removal it was tested and everything came back ok. Then we decided that we could add a bathroom in my mother?s room, with a walk-in tub and handicap rails and enlarge her closet. We both decided to build a new room for me with a bathroom and a walk-in closet. My son who is eight would have the room that was mine, we did not enlarge the room but we installed built-in bookshelves and built-in bunk beds, which gave the room more floor space and make it look larger. There was a screened in area that served as a patio that we decided we would make into a small office for me, a sewing area for my mom and a small media room for my son, so that we would have a common area to spend time with one another. Since we were at it we also replaced the kitchen granite counter-tops and back-splash and new tiling for the floor. We also had wood flooring installed in the living room and carpet throughout the rest of the house. On the outside we added pavers to the driveway and painted the exterior of the house and new windows throughout the house. About the work; all the work was done according the contract. The only delay was in getting the test back from the laboratory for the removed acoustic from the ceiling. The crews showed up early every morning that they were scheduled. When they left they cleaned up everything. I was worried about my mom being a busy body and tripping on something, so I really appreciated the way they kept the work area safe for her. There was always someone at the house when the inspector came out to do inspections. If I, or my mother had any questions they were answered promptly. If we ever had any concerns they were also addressed immediately. The most important thing is that we were able to do all this to our home because of how competitive their pricing was. My mother and I grew closer during the project we really did not know we could do something like this without my dad, he would be really proud of us and how our house looks now. I was thinking about remodeling my bathroom for a long time now. I knew what I wanted and finally closed a deal with Supreme Remodeling INC because of the financing option and their honest sales man Micky. I am so glad I did! Their workers were kind, polite and neat, the job was done 4 days ahead of schedule which was very important to me since my parents came to visit just two days after the work was done. Today is about 3 months after they finished and I am very pleased with the results! I have to say, they were not the cheapest option for me but I was happy to pay just a little more to get so much in return. Michael

The job took around 4 weeks from start to finish. Within this time frame, we barely felt any inconvenience. We?ve replaced existing light fixtures and asked to replace all lighting in the kitchen, along with a new custom island with pull out towel bars. They installed new kitchen cabinets and cabinet lighting, new sink with a new garbage disposer, replaced our old wallpaper with new stylish tiles. They did an excellent job! They kept our house clean and made everything possible to make the whole process as convenient for us as it can be. The service was great! They always kept us posted if something keeping them off of schedule. I was very pleased with the service and the price was right. I?d sure use them again.

We were thinking of remodeling our old Bathroom, but we were afraid of the process and we weren't quite ready financially, we have heard from friends about this company called Supreme Remodeling that did their bathroom and we decided to give it a shot just to get a free consultation about how should we approach our remodeling project. We called Supreme and scheduled a meeting with one of their project manager (Patrick) We really enjoyed the meeting we've gotten so many ideas starting with new layouts of our bathroom and through choosing finishing materials. The representative was so patient with us and showed us few previous project that fits our needs and taste. We went with one idea that he had for us and we asked him to give us a quote for the project. He put in writing all the details of the labor and materials and gave us an idea of how much more we will need to spend for finishing material and fixtures. At first We weren't so sure about the price since we had have gotten an idea from our neighbor that also remodeled recently. We felt so comfortable with the Patrick that we didn't mind if the price was not the lowest possible. After going back and forth and after a phone conversation with the owner (Micky) that was so warmhearted and even gave us a reasonable discount, we've decided to sign a contract of $18,300 to remodel our bathroom. 2 Weeks later, after going over the details again and getting help from the company with shopping for fixtures, a crew of workers came together with our project manager (Patrick) and stated the work. Everyone were so nice and polite they made sure all around work area is wrapped and protected from dust and debris. And the work was progressing very well. The company pulled a permit from the city and dealt with the inspectors that came by to inspect the work. All inspections passed on the first time (that really helped our bathroom to progress fast) 17 days later our bathroom was complete and ready use. We paid exactly what we planned on paying base on the contract we've signed plus the all materials we bought according to the budget we set with Patrick. The workmanship was thoroughly and our bathroom looks great. All the concerns we had before the project were gone and we were so happy that we decided to give our next project (Kitchen) to Supreme Remodeling. The process of getting over the kitchen details was very fulfilling, Patrick helped us with choosing the cabinets, counter tops, tile flooring and back splash and of course the appliances, all came down to about $33,700 and the crew just finished our kitchen 3 weeks after they started the demolition. We are Very Happy with the process and the final product and we highly recommend using this company for any type of home remodeling.

The project manager, Simon, and his crew did an excellent job repairing some dry rot caused from a leak in an air conditioning pipe. They were punctual, friendly and very professional. Simon oversaw the whole project and made sure everything was done perfectly. The price was fair for the amount of work that had to be done. I would definitely contact them again if we ever need some work done our house. I would highly recommend Supreme Remodeling Inc.

The first day was mostly blasting the walls with a pressure washer and opening areas that had problems, a couple days later they filled in the cracks and patched the problem areas. They did a really good job on the accents with wooden shelves, with a few nails and a hammer they had them looking new again! On the forth day the colors popped as they say, the walls and trim are clean and fresh as if the house was new. The accents and garage door are nicely painted and look brand new. It was worth the expense, always know what you want and try to find a good contractor like Supreme Remodeling. My wife and I are very happy with the results and the excellent service provided.

Simon from Supreme Remolding gave us a fair price for the work and as project manager made sure that our agreed schedule was kept. More important he made sure that our expectations for our home where realized, by working and communicating with us and the workers daily. Now that the project is complete our home feels like new and we look forward to working with Simon on future projects.

I was happy that they were able to do multiple jobs at the house and that I didn't need to look for another company. They worked hard and quick and all of the employees were very professional. The only thing was that sometimes they would not come on the days they said they would, but they would call and apologize. Joe was very friendly and made sure that we were happy with how the job was coming along.We had a issue with the floor, (a little soft spot ) and they came and fixed it right away. After every job they would clean up after themselves. I felt that they gave us a good price and I would use them again and tell my family and friends about using Supreme Remodeling for their next home project.

We had an urgent need to find a qualified foundation and concrete contractor because during the loan refinancing process we were in with the bank, the appraisal report required the repair of the cracked concrete on the patio and potential issues with the foundation where the particular cracks were. Tamara who answered my call at Supreme Remodeling was very helpful and sent Joe Boaron within the hour to provide me with an estimate of the work to be done and the cost involved. Upon checking the area, Joe with his very friendly and comforting personality assured us that the work could be started even on the next day and completed within a week's time. He was the project manager overseeing the work and upon his first visit provided us with a company folder that included his business card, a copy of the company's license and liability insurance, and a reference list that exhibited the professional nature of both Joe and the company. Indeed the following morning, the workers were onsite performing the work, and Joe ensured that all was under control. Joe was checking the progress each day, was easily accessible, and absolutely reliable. I was very impressed with the fact that when Joe was telling me that a certain part of the project was to be completed by such a date, it was indeed happening and felt that I could trust him and Supreme Remodeling. He was extremely helpful not only for the work within project scope but also with work that was out of project scope by fixing some minor work that also needed to be done according to the bank's appraisal report. Tamara was also giving me a follow-up call on a daily basis to ensure that any additional queries or concerns were handled and resolved promptly. All throughout the process, Elain who handles the accounting/financial matters and Patrick who is the company manager also provided tremendous help with the paperwork needed by the bank during my refinancing. The work was completed according to scope and building code and on time. Attention was given to even the smallest detail, and the result was superb. An excellent performance by an excellent company.

Project manager, Guy, was very responsible and well coordinated all the jobs. All the workers were friendly, being on time everyday and worked really hard.

The Work crews showed up on days that were previously scheduled on time, work crew cleaned up the work area every day they worked before leaving. They systematically performed the work meaning the kitchen remodel was moving faster then I expected and all worked out perfectly. The inspections were scheduled and either, The project manager or the crew manager met with the inspector. We were never asked to miss of day of work to meet with the inspectors. Before they installed the tile or countertops they met with either my husband or me to make sure that we were sure about the color or the type of material.

Ezra was the company representative and we worked out what was to be performed. He came by several times during the course of the work being done. If I had any questions I would call him or the company office. Ezra was very professional and made sure that I was satisfied at all stages of the work being done. The crew varied in size from two to three which included a foreman who directed the workers and was involved with all the painting. It took a little over a week to perform all the work. I would coordinate with the foreman when there were any questions that needed answered. The crew was very efficient and the work was completed to my satisfaction. Near the end of the job I noticed a section that had an odd pattern of reflections from the surface. The foreman indicated that the material was odd and not a standard wood surface and an extra layer of paint did not help. I spoke to Ezra about what I and the foreman thought was needed. The little bit of extra work entailed something not in our original contract so Ezra worked out a price based on the cost of materials and labor which I agreed to. The work was done in about four hours much to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with the look of my house after the work was done.

Mickey Kanian and Patrick Doan are the owners of Supreme Remodeling, and these guys really go the extra mile. They were initially hired to paint and re-roof our ocean view property in Malibu, and ended up building our 4,500 square foot dream home. We redesigned, added more square footage, foundation, repainted walls, additional sq footage, framing, stucco, hardscape, landscape, windows, doors, etc. You name it we did it - spending about 1.2 million for what ended up being an incredible knoll top 180 degree ocean view home. This company is reliable and honest, and their work and materials are high quality. While they were working on the Malibu house two of our other properties needed attention, one was in California the other in Arizona. Patrick drove to Arizona twice to check on the construction there. This was done with no charge to us, and they helped us with the additional California property as well. When they saw something needed to be done to greatly improve the property, it was often done out of their own pocket. We trusted them to make decisions while we were out of town, and formed a friendship that will carry on now that the permitting and construction phase is finished. However our working relationship continues, as this company guarantees their work for ten years after completion and they are still working on little repairs and touch ups. I can highly recommend this company, and I assure that you will be working with honest reliable people when you hire Supreme Remodeling, whether you remodel or decide on a new home.

WE WERE THINKING OF REMODELING OUR KITCHEN FOR QUITE SOME TIME UNTIL WE GOT A RECOMMENDATION FROM OUR CLOSE FRIEND REGARDING SUPREME REMOLDLING. THEY CAME AND GAVE US A FREE ESTIMATE FOR THE KITCHEN. MICKY CAME AND SPENT QUITE A FEW HOURS EXPLAINING TO US THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN KITCHENS AND THE TILES, COLORS, COUNTER TOPS ETC., HE DID A LAYOUT FOR US ON HIS COMPUTER. HE EXPLAINED THE DETAIL OF THE NEW KITCHEN LAYOUT. THE WAY HE DESIGNED AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US , MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THE PRODUCT. EVEN THOUGH WE GOT OTHER ESTIMATES FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND SOME WERE LOWER IN PRICE AFTER WE CHECKED HIS LICENSE AND CREDENTIALING RECORDS, WE DECIDED TO GO WITH SUPREME REMODELING. DURING THE JOB THE CREW THAT CAME TO OUR HOME WERE VERY POLITE, CLEAN AND HARD WORKING, THEY CAME EVERYDAY ON TIME AS PROMISED. TO OUR SURPRISE, MICKY, WAS AT THE JOB SITE EXPLAINING TO US THE DIFFERENT STAGES AND HE WAS HERE ALMOST EVERY DAY. MICKY WENT WITH US TO PURCHASE THE APPILANCES AND THE TILE FOR OUR PROJECT. AFTER THEY FINISHED OUR KICHEN TO OUR SATISFACTION, WE DECIDED TO DO HAVE HIM INSTALL CENTRAL AIR AND HEATING TO OUR HOME. ONCE AGAIN WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH HIM AND DECIDED TO LET SUPREME REMOLDING REMODEL OUR MASTER BATHROOM WITH A SHOWER AND A WALKIN CLOSET. WE GAVE MICKY A LOT OF RECOMENDATIONS TO OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS, WE EVEN BROUGHT A FEW NEIGHBORS TO LOOK AT OUR NEW PROJECT. WE ARE VERY HAPPY TO HEAR THAT SOME OF THE PEOPLE THAT CAME OVER HAVE DECIDED TO USE SUPEME REMOLDING FOR THEIR NEW PROJECTS. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND MICKY AND SUPREME REMOLDING FOR ANY KIND OF GENERAL REMOLDELING OR CONTRUCTION FOR YOUR HOME!

We got a call from Supreme and we had been debating doing a new bathroom remodel. I was expecting a baby and was unsure if this was a project that we wanted to undertake. Mickey was wonderful to work with. He solved previous issues with outstanding permits from a different company that we had gone with for a different bathroom remodel. Mickey said that they would do everything to complete the project before the baby arrived and despite some material delays out of their control, delivered on that promise. I just found a picture of what I wanted the bathroom to look like and Mickey did everything. He shopped the project for us, brought us samples and took care of everything. The crew was here everyday, early, worked very quickly and were careful to clean up after themselves. Our bathroom looks like a Spa and we are very pleased. We are already dreaming of our next project and will definitely go with Supreme for that project, too. I highly recommend them.

Penalty dispute finally resolved: Supreme Remodeling paid $400 of the original $500 lateness penalty balance due, in order to settle contractual obligation.
