REPLY TO Supreme Remodeling Inc: It is not true that we were filing a lawsuit at that time. we ask for estimate to repair and not for a purpose of a lawsuit and we have completed a repair from another company we hired. Jacob C. at Supreme Remodeling came to our house to provide a quote for the requested services. He didn't provide a verbal quote that day and we did not receive a written quote by the date that he stated. I called customer service, who seemed surprised by the absence of both quotes, and I was told they would send a Supervisor out to our home to speak with us again. Ok, great, I thought. Well, nope....canceled that appointment as well. Then I was told that Jacob was the only person that could work in our area and he was getting ready to go out of the country. He wouldn't be back in many weeks to give a quote. Really? Ok. No thanks. Sheri H., the person who spoke with me on the phone, was professional with me at least. Note: This draft was saved for months, but finally I have time to send it. I was attracted to Supreme's high ratings when searching for a contractor, but my rating adds to the F bucket. I did find a contractor with better service from start to finish.

We hired this company approximately 2 and a half weeks ago to do a bathroom remodeling project. Small bathroom probably 42 sq ft. The biggest problem I told them that the previous people had done a poor job in sealing the tile and that we possibly would have a mold problem. The second thing was this home was built between the mid 50's and early 60s. They should have known that there might have been asbestos issues based on the construction of the home. Three weeks ago, they sent their demolition crew on Monday, 05/14 to begin the demo process. They did not do any asbestos inspection or testing prior to the demolition process. They also waited until the demolition was over 75% completed before having either an air/surface mold sample being collected. The project manager shows up Wednesday morning , 05/16 at 9:30 am, with the report that both the air and surface samples were positive for toxic black mold. I went in and looked at the area in question. I had a moderate amount of experience based on the research I've done in Angie's List and books about remodeling. The area in question that had the black mold was 3 ft tall by 4 ft wide. There was also an area that was 2ft tall and 4 ft wide at the bottom of that same shower door. Any idiot with knowledge should have known immediately that there was a serious problem and all demolition should have immediately stopped. So now, the toxic black mold spread, to the entire two thirds of the house. Stachibotris spreads very aggressively. The health risk are not really that bad but the potential destruction to property is exponentially huge. So this company, (1) I am demanding that Angie's List removed their certification immediately and (2) I want someone of significant authority with Angie's List to contact me to discuss how in the world this company got to be highly recommended at Angie's List in the first place. This is by far the most irresponsible, negligent company I have worked with. (3) I want Angie's List to make sure that this never happens to anybody again with this company and get this company compensate us for the damages that they directly caused.

I have purchased a new home about a year ago and i knew i had to remodel my kitchen. I looked around at a few different companies and i didn't like any of the offers i heard. I finally found Supreme Remodeling and not only loved the price but also staff. The staff in the office where great! The where professional and scheduled me with a project manager, Micky, he was very professional and kind. Micky mad me feel very welcomed within the company. He explained to me the process and he helped me pick out what i needed. The job ran smoothly and the subs where terrific and clean and the office staff was just amazing how they helped me with all! I would use supreme remodeling again for my bathroom which i will do later on in the coming year! I recommend supreme remodeling to everyone! I feel like i have a second family!

we went through a couple of contractors and we found supreme remodeling, we had micky come out and walk us step by step on everything. Micky helped us pick out the design and all the fixtures. he went with us to the stores to actually see what we wanted. Micky from supreme remodeling made our dream come to reality! i am so happy to have made the choice of choosing supreme remodeling

They were always on time and professional work and friendly. I was recommended by a close friend and a family member and we weren't disappointed. They did the work as promised no hassles.

They were not the least expensive quote that we recieved though they were able to provide the services on the time frame we asked for and even completed early by just over one week. They were always punctual and all of the staff, workers and the forman were very polite and helpful. No issues withe the final touch ups.

Received a call today from the firm indicating that our money was refunded and to remove our review. Will not hire again but posting to indicate that the amount charged was refunded after our initial post

this was a classic bait and switch. I was given a proposal, approved for financing and then told the price quoted was not for a financed job. The process was dragged out for months with them saying one thing and then another and always blaming "the other person you spoke with". You do not offer 0% financing and then try to raise the price when the customer accepts your offer. I'm frustrated that the job has dragged out but happy to have not fallen for their trap. If this is how they start a business relationship I can't imagine what they'd be like once they were actually in my house

The team did a fantastic job converting an old window into a seamless interior wall. You can't even tell there was work done!

My friend recommend me this company for general home construction.Their customer service is great and informed me about anything important.Of course I was checking other companies and Supreme Remodeling gave me best offer.We agreed about price 75,000$ which is more than acceptable for this type of job. The contractors Micky and Patrick were avesome,very friendly and helpful,always avalliable and responsive to my calls and emails.The work was completed on time and price was like we agreed,no hidden costs. I highly recommend Supreme Remodeling Inc to anybody who need to do any remodeling or construction to their home.

The work was excellent. They finished at the time stated and was always on time. Jacob was available to me to answer any questions that I had and he was always professional. He helped with the design and materials. Everything was beautiful when finished.

Supreme Remodeling and his team provide a quality service. They paid special attention to make sure the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. It is difficult to find people that are honest and care about their work. The service provided was good. The movers were efficient, very hard working, professional & quick.

Great Job. Very prompt. Service man left behind a couple of things to clean....plastic bags in shower head and shower knobs, did not put the window seal back on.

We met with Jacob from Supreme Remodeling and he spent an hour with us showing us pictures and videos of other jobs the company had done. However, he said he couldn't give us any ideas for our patio because he needed to pull permits and then get the architect to our house to give us specific thoughts on our remodel. Seemed a little odd to us because other contractors were able to give us ideas right away but he was so nice and the photos were so beautiful that we agreed. He told us he would get back to us within the week once he pulled permits to see what we could do. During that week I heard from Sheri, the woman who helped schedule the meeting with Supreme Remodeling, THREE times asking me to take a survey about my experience. In one voicemail message she sounded angry with me for not getting back to her. Finally I emailed her saying Jacob was very nice but that nothing had been done yet so I couldn't participate in a survey. Well, I never heard from anyone again. Two weeks went by and I texted Jacob about the permits but never heard back. I'm really disappointed with this company. They wasted our time and got our hopes up about all the wonderful things they could do for us (in many videos and photos) but it seems they never had any intention of actually working with us. Perhaps it wasn't a big enough job or enough money so they decided it wasn't worth their time. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Mickey and his staff and crew performed very high quality work.. Very friendly, professional and they also provided considerable guidance in our decision making process.

They did a great job! The bathroom turned out exactly as we had planned and looks fantastic. Any concerns we had they quickly resolved. Would definitely use again for any future remodels.

I have been working with supreme remodeling for a few months, as they engineer a complete remodel on my hillside home. Isaac (project manager) and Mickey (owner) have been extremely helpful through the beginning design phases of the project. (Full review to follow completion of construction). Recommended!

We never got a chance to do the appointment. They called us at 10:30 to confirm our noon appointment. I missed the call and called back at 11. At that point she said that everyone had left the area and we had to reschedule. That's ridiculous! We had an appointment. How is that so difficult? I confirmed an hour ahead of time! How could you not find anyone?? Save your time and find someone else.
