Supreme Remodeling Inc. remodeled part of my kitchen a couple of months ago and did a flawless job! Rami, the project manager is very responsive, detailed oriented and he works with my budget. Nelson (tile), the other Rami (floor), the cabinet crew (sorry I forgot their names) and Valdo and team were a pleasure to work with too! They seem to be as excited as I am in doing the remodel. I have a bathroom remodel that will start late this week and Rami will be the project manager. I will definitely recommend Rami and the crew that worked on my remodel.

The teams worked together with Emerson Fans to resolve the ceiling fan receive/reverse module / ancient light remote installation issues mounted on a 17 ft. ceiling. The project spanned almost a week with three home visits. Their dedication and commitment to resolve the issues was greatly appreciated.

Me and my wife had been saving money waiting for a house to go up for sale in North Hollywood (we had been targeting the area for a while but everything the realtor showed us wasn't up to snuff). We finally found a place right where we wanted but the house was in bad disrepair. After getting a few ideas on what it would cost to tear down what was there and build our dream home we decided to purchase the property. The first company that came out gave us a price of a little over $900,000 which seemed OK. Luckily my wife decided to check out a few other places and we ended up contacting Supreme. We met with Patrick (who is not only an amazing project manager but also one of the owners of the company) after explaining a few things he brought our cost down to $826,000 which needless to say made our eyes widen a little bit. After meeting with yet another 3 companies we still found Patrick to be the lowest and most experienced we'd talked to. So we moved forward with the project it started in November of 2014 and should be finishing up next month (May 2015). We have been extremely happy with the speed and quality of the work being done. I was a little cautious due to the price difference since it was so much but so far the work has been going great, no delays and no surprise costs which was my biggest worry. I check in with Patrick or his office daily and they are always super nice and helpful with letting me know whats going on with my project. I can't wait to see what the final product looks like. I will keep you guys posted.

Oury did a great job. Very timely, responsive, helpful and the deck looks great. I had a need for fast turnaround due to home sale and Oury arranged the job on one day's notice with the deck being complete in two days. Very satisfied.

The project proceeded smoothly in areas where the contractor had complete control of the work situation. The one glitch was in the fabrication of the granite countertops. The fabricator had an equipment breakdown and we elected to wait several days for the part to arrive so his company could do the work instead of using a different fabricator which Supreme contacted to complete the job within the initial time frame. We had confidence in the original fabricator after he alerted us that granite slabs we had selected from an outside vendor had multiple surface cracks which we had failed to notice. He was also very specific with questions when he arrived at our home to measure for the new countertops. When considering a unknown vendor to do work on your home, whether they are selected from Angie's List or are recommended by a friend, a leap of faith is always involved. In this case I interviewed 3 kitchen remodeling contractors that had high ratings on Angie's List. While all of the salesmen gave credible presentations regarding our partial kitchen makeover, I felt that Alon Lambez of Supreme Remodeling, Inc, was the most attuned with our expectations. He was practical in addressing ways to approach the project and how to provide us with the kitchen we wanted at a fair price. We had a design concept in mind before selecting a contractor and proceeded to select the tile, granite and wall covering for the makeover without outside assistance. Alon made suggestions as well, but we didn't require the full design services which he offered. Alon was attentive, knowledgable and enthusiastic. He made an on-site appearance to check on the work each day and promptly responded to all my text and phone inquiries. Choosing Alon & his support team with Supreme's main office proved to be a very wise decision. They were all personable and concerned and did their part in keeping us satisfied and the project moving forward. This is an honorable company which employs capable & friendly tradesmen. We made the right choice in selecting them for the job. Working with Supreme Remodeling was a pleasure.

We had a toilet that became clogged and the flapper did not come down. the toilet ran throughout the night and flooded the entire house. Servpro came in and designated the damage as a Category 3 and removed everything from the house and place our possessions in Pods. they then removed one foot of wall board through out the house and took up all the laminate flooring as well as the tile floor in the kitchen/family room area. Essentially, we had an empty house. We are relatively new to the LA area and had no idea of which contractors were good, so I went to Angie's list to find a contractor that had high ratings. This is when I found Supreme Remodeling. I called them and set up an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when Joe Boaron came to our house right at the time that was agreed upon. Joe spent about 2 hours with us assessing what needed to be done. While talking with him about what happened, I let him know that I had high expectations in regards to work to be done. I have done a lot of remodeling myself and I am a perfectionist when it comes to making sure everything is done right and done right the first time. After talking to Joe for about 2 hours, I came to believe that was he not only knowledgeable about what needed to be done, but spent time showing us other projects he had worked on. He also gave us copies of his licenses, showed us that he had workers comp and was fully bonded, etc. I generally am a good reader of people and in the time I spent with Joe, I have come to not only trust him but also trust his judgement in choosing flooring, wall color, etc. Joe has spent a lot of time with us since the initial visit. He has taken us to tile stores, flooring stores, etc. to help us pick out materials needed to complete the job. He gives excellent suggestions and is very knowledgeable on a variety of subjects regarding which material is best for a given area. The initial work has begun and we are very happy to date. Lastly, Joe has been working with our insurance company to make sure that everything is going to be covered and completed according to our needs. Thanks for doing that Joe! Overall, we were extremely pleased with Supreme and our project manager, Guy. We entertained multiple bids on the project and Supreme both met our needs and budget. Plus, knowing that there was going to be a lot of communication with whomever we hired and myself, it was important to have a good relationship right out of the gate and Guy was attentive, punctual and honest from the first visit and throughout the project itself. I am a perfectionist and very detailed-oriented so when Guy first came to our home, I was very specific on what we wanted, including creating Photoshop mock-ups of the final look/feel. I am happy to report that the mock-up and final product was VERY close and Supreme did a terrific job of executing our vision. With so many different pieces to this project, Guy was always on top of arranging schedules so that all the vendors were working together on a schedule that had minimal delays. Because it was an outdoor project that started early November, work was stopped for about 2 weeks total - between rain and holidays. The entire project took about 6-7 weeks from start to finish. We had some specific requests that Guy helped make happen - most notably, a beautiful faux window on the front wall was a special order (due to the size) and took an extra few days, but made the bland large front wall of the house look AMAZING. There were a small handful of times when something wasn't done to my liking or the way I had envisioned it (like I said, I'm a perfectionist). Considering the large investment we were making in our home, I wanted to make sure that any issues I had were addressed. Guy was amazing in this regard - I had texted him all hours of the day and night, including weekends and he assured me that he would take care of it, and he did. For example, the coping for the rock slate was much bulkier and uneven than I had envisioned and I immediately told Guy I was unhappy with this. I was concerned I would be out of luck because the workman had already cut and secured the coping to the wall. He and Luis (one of our lead contractors) arranged to come by the next day when I was home so we could all review together. Luis understood my point of view and they pulled down all the coping, shaved them to the proper thickness and reinstalled the pieces. The end result was beautiful. There were no hidden charges - Guy informed me of the allowances we set up for materials in the original bid and was very upfront when we were going to exceed allowances based on the materials we chose. I had no problem paying the additional monies because they weren't surprises to me at the end of the project. And while we were very aware of any scope creep, I know that Guy did whatever he could to not increase my budget when I asked for a slight adjustments to our original plan. With any job of this size, you're likely going to have to compromise on one piece or another. I am happy to say I had to do very little compromising. My biggest issue was with the fence vendor. Lots of back and forth with them. For example, the installer didn't ask us where we wanted the latch on the gate and he put it way too high. When moving it down (TWICE - sigh), he left a lot of holes in the new vinyl fence. They plugged them with caps that matched the fence to minimize the holes, but it still looks like my new gate has a case of the measles. :) However, when you think about all the work that was done, if this was my biggest issue, this constitutes a WONDERFUL experience. Another great bonus - Supreme offers financing and I was able to do 18 month interest free financing for the project, which is awesome. Definitely secure alternate financing for post the 18 months because the interest rate is high, but through them I'll be able to pay down a good part of that before any interest is paid. I am so happy I went with Supreme and with Guy. With the exception of buying the house itself, this was one of the biggest investments I have ever made and I am ecstatic with the results. weare now remodeling the kitchen. My father loved cork and they have removed the cork from the kitchen walls and dining room, replaced all wiring in the kitchen, put in recessed lighting in the kitchen ,took out part of the wall for a for a more open look. Joe BOARON was a excellent contractor.. He walked us through the whole process. He listened to what I wanted and came up with the kitchen of my dreams.. The workers were on time and he made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I enjoyed going and looking for the faucet , Backsplash, and tile for the flooring and learning from JOE how the process works. We only had one hickup and that was the carpeting the outside contractor tried to give low grade carpeting and JOE took care of it . He made sure it was the quality I wanted and told me this what he is for .. He is my representive and If I am not happy neither is he.. You should get what you want. Diego who was one of the workers was excellent he painted, plastered the walls , Took off the cork and many other duties. He aimed to please and worked very hard and explained what he was doing .. Always came to work with a smile.. They have provided a beautiful place where it once was dark and depressing to amazing light..The company provided me a stove, mircowave, and dishwasher . I was told that do not do that for everyone.. I am very grateful and blessed to have found this company.. If I couldnt get a hold of JOE I could get a hold of Kerry in the office and she would let me know what was going on that day..THANK YOU SUPREME REMODELING...For all your kindness..

It was wonderful. Seamless and smooth working. Always talked to me to let me know what was going on. They were very pleasant and friendly. Cleaned up after there work. I was very pleased. Some minor was damage where they had to take of the door frame, but nothing that a little putty cant fix. Joe Boaron was our project manager and he kept in contact with us and let us know what was happening at all times. He was very accommodating with meeting our needs.

The standard of the work was pretty good and the workmen are decent. Slow process.

We hired subcontractors to build a laundry room but the subcontractor could not put plumbing or electrical. I called Remodeling companies but the job was considered to small, not a kitchen, or would have to be Torn down.. I called SUPREME REMODELING and the girl told me She would send her best project manager JOE BOARON. JOE explained how he would fix the job and also why not to use subcontractors... They fixed the roof, stucco the exterior walls, plastered the walls, painted both interior and exterior walls, but in exterior door, and interior door.. Replaced the toilet in the bathroom, replaced and put in tile in the bathroom and laundry room.. JOE BOARON was here everyday to explain what was happening and watch over his guys.. He explained things in a way we could understand.. Everyday the workers were prompt and hereby 9:00 am. The workers were courtious and would clean things up..

We told JOE BOARON we wanted to eventually do the kitchen. Which he explained we needed to first replace the Galvanized pipes with copper so the pipes would not close up. He also told us that codes have changed and we would need to replace the electrical paneling and electrical in the kitchen.. The each appliance now had to have its own on circuit.. We also decided to move the water heater outside instead of in the kitchen..They again were were here promptly, Joe came everyday to check on things and tell us what was being done that day.Their were many days he would come by and buy us lunch ( which he did not have to do.)He made sure things were done.. We are very pleased with the work they have done and would hire them again..

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! So I called this company last week and explained to them (in detail) that I needed to have a permit pulled for drywall, electrical, & plumbing. So I spoke with Sherry (I think that's her name) and she confirmed with Simon that they would send someone out today (1/26) to look at what needed to be done. Once the guy arrives he asked me again, "so what do you need me to do?" My automatic thoughts are, "don't you have this info already?" so I explain it to him again and he gives me this song and dance about how they can't be responsible for someone else's work. The guy tells me that he would have his guy come take a look and get back to me. Again, my thoughts are, "aren't you the guy?" So he leaves and 10 minutes later I get a call from "Sherry" and she tells me that to pull permits it was going to cost me $3,500.00 and that didn't include the work that needed to be done. WHAT?! I informed her (as if she knew) that permits didn't cost that much and to be specific; electrical permit-$74.52 (with tax) and plumbing was $59.40 with tax...when I asked her to explain to me how they were coming up with that figure her response was, "well, I don't know you would have to ask Simon". WHAT?! In looking at the cost of all 3 permits (400 sq. foot apartment), it comes to roughly $193.92 so where in the h*** is the other $3,306.08 coming from?! She couldn't answer and became extremely defensive and her closing remarks were, "we can't help you"! I encourage everyone who is reading this post to PLEASE do your homework on these companies. Don't be fooled by all of these "A" ratings because it's not always true! I'm truly baffled at the level of INCOMPETENCE and lack of professionalism this company has shown! Your asking for $3,500.00 and can't justify the price?! WOW!!! SHERRY (or whatever your name is) YOU'RE FIRED!

We got several quotes before we decided to go with Supreme Remodeling Inc for our extensive kitchen and floor remodel. Simon was the lead contractor on our remodel job and he did a marvelous job making sure the work met our expectations. In contrast to the other contractors we had gotten estimates from, he reassured us that we wouldn't need to replace the floors to get rid of the watermark on the floor and didn't try to sell us any unneeded services. The dream kitchen matched our vision exactly as did our beautiful good-as-new hardwood floors. The work was finished in a timely manner and we stayed within our budget. Would definitely recommend Simon and Supreme Remodeling Inc to anyone looking for great remodeling job for a better price that other competitors.

I bought my home a few years ago and recently thought it would be time to expand. My idea was to build a separate guesthouse detached from the rest of the house. I wanted a separate space aside from my home. I contacted a few companies off of Angie?s List, some okay, others not so much, but they were all extremely overpriced. Thankfully, I came across Supreme Remodeling?s page on Angie?s List and watched their testimonials of other clients with similar projects to mine. When I called their office to setup a meeting, I found they were all extremely helpful over the phone and accommodating with my schedule. They set me up with Patrick and Micky, who came highly recommended as specialists in additions and building a new home.When I met with Patrick and Micky, they showed me pictures of homes they built from the ground up! They showed me before and after photos that were taken within a 2-3 month period of time. This is when I knew that they had the experience, knowledge, and efficiency to take on a project such as mine.Supreme helped me with engineering and provided me with plans that they brought to the city for approval. If there were any items that concerned me about the plans, whether big or small, they always addressed it right away. Once everything was approved with the city and we were ready to go, they started from the ground up with footing and foundation, and then continued with framing, drywall, insulation, electrical, plumbing. When it was time for picking out certain materials, Patrick and Micky were always very quick to show me some ideas and suggestions, making it a great experience for myself. My favorite part of my guest house is the attention to detail that was put into all fixtures, colors, and finishings. The project was a great success and I will definitely be using Supreme, Patrick and Micky for all my future home needs. Supreme Remodeling is a great company, with all-around great customer service, quality, and professionalism. First off, I would like to say what a pleasure it was to work with Supreme Remodeling! Not only are they professional, on time, honest, reliable, and everything you look for in a reputable construction company, but they also truly do deliver the best work!I first came into contact with Supreme early this year, back in January when I was only thinking about a master bathroom and kitchen remodel. I had no idea what I wanted for my project and didn't know where to begin. Initially, I met with several other companies that honestly did not impress me. For the most part, the other companies I met with were all overpriced, and I could see right through their ?sales tactics? ? Clearly, I wasn't buying it! When Micky and Patrick came to my house for my initial estimate, they gave me a more reasonable price for the scope of work that would be included in my project. Prior to starting on any construction aspect, and once I knew I would be going with Supreme, they provided me with a sketch/design of the kitchen and bathroom. Any comments that I may have had were always addressed and revised in the drawings. I had confidence knowing I was in great hands and that I would be getting the best quality of work. They made me feel comfortable as a client, and as project managers, they truly knew how to manage the job efficiently, promptly, and in a cleanly manner. Overall, my condo was remodeled into my dream home! I am happy to say that my master bathroom en suite is a dream come true! My kitchen is truly a designer kitchen with top of the line motion-touch cabinetry, drawers and doors, Quartz countertop, an island and wet bar, and a great place to call my home. I can't say enough about Guy and Supreme Remodeling. I recently had them come out and pave my driveway along with a complete master bathroom remodel. I had been getting bids on both seperatly for a couple of months and getting nowhere. No one seemed to be able to come in within my budget and still be able to give me what I wanted. I found Supreme Remodeling online and gave them a call. I originally contacted them just for the driveway but they mentioned over the phone that they do everything so I had Guy give me a bid on the bathroom as well. Me and Guy instantly clicked so I decided to moved forward with him. He was very helpful to me and my wife with deciding materials that would last as well as looked amazing. The entire project took about 2 weeks and everything went smooth. The most impressive thing was that Guys price didn't change. We were never asked to pay more when there were some minor issues found with the piping and subflooring in the bathroom. He just let us know there would be a couple hours delay in the days work while the fixed it. All in all I'm exteremly happy with Supreme Remodeling and Guy and have already recommened them to a few of my friends and my sister. Thanks Guy and Supreme!

Rami is very congenial. He is on top of his job. We are currently in the permit stage. So far they are doing everything they said they would do.

I had Supreme Remodeling come out and remodel my kitchen and 2 bathrooms in my 1980's craftsman home. I hadn't remodeled my home since moving in and me and my husband had thought it was about time. After meeting with a few a contractors and not being too happy I contacted Supreme Remodeling through their website after talking to a few friends who had work done by them. They came out a few days later, Patrick's quote was right in between the other guys and he had great refferals so I decided to move forward with them. I had them completely gut, remodel and remove a wall in my kitchen. They also remodeled 2 of my bathrooms completely and extended one of them. The work went very smooth and their ideas helped save me a lot of money. The project was handled exceptionally form begining to end. There were a few hiccups here and there due to the age of the home but they were all handled with ease by Patrick. I would reccomend Supreme to all my friends and will contact them again if I need any more work done. Thanks Patrick and Supreme!

I contacted Supreme Remodeling to set up an appointment for an estimate on building a deck in my backyard. I gave all of my information, and when the person who handled my call asked when both the wife and I would be available to speak with the contractor, I told them I would be handling the process myself. Supreme Remodeling responded saying that both of us would need to be available for the contractor to come out. I told them I would prefer to handle this myself to simplify my process. Rather than saying, "we can work with you," they said "fine" and we both hung up. A few minutes later, the company called back and said the contractor would be okay with just meeting me. I told them I was not interested and that the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Rather than work with me and my needs (I didn't want the extra stress on my spouse), they decided it wasn't worth their time. That is, until it was. The company may do excellent work, but I was completely turned off by the process. Too bad.

I'm what you might call an 'experienced homeowner' I have been around the block a few times when it comes to remodeling projects. I have to say Supreme Remodeling is one of the best companies I've come across in years. My initial contact with Supreme Remodeling was a phone call I received after filling out a request on Home Advisor to get an estimate on remodeling my fairly large garage. I had been considering doing some work in my garge for months but had never had the chance to get around to it. My end goal was to redo the floor with new stained concrete and an epoxy coat as well as add some cabinet and space for my workbench and tools. The garge is large enough to fit 2 cars and still have some space so I knew this woiuld all be possible. I met with a number of contractors that ran the gamut from very knoweldgeable and experienced to having know idea what an epoxy coat even was. I met with Supreme toward the end of those estimates and they left a great impression. They knew what they were talking about but didn't force their opinions or ideas on me. They did however offer some pretty neat solutions to the storage issues I was facing. We ended up using a mix of their and my ideas and from there came up with a plan. Once the work was started everything went great and very smooth. I was very happy with the way the work turned out and I practically live in the garage now. Thank You Supreme Remodeling for all your help.

Despite having a pretty sizable 1500 square foot home my wife and I had been thinking about adding onto our home for some time. Over the course of a year we met with a number of contractors and got a lot of different ideas and opinions. At the end of all this we ended up finding Supreme Remodeling INC on Yelp and got a free estimate. We ended up choosing Supreme due to their amazing track record, great reviews and testimonials. When we started we really weren't sure how much we were going to be adding on. We just knew we needed more space. After a few meetings with Mickey and Patrick we were ready to move forward on a design and blueprints. They were extremely helpful when it came to helping us decide what to add and where to add it. We pretty much just let them know what we were looking to acheive and they ran with it. The design they came back with was amazing! The final layout ended up being a whopping 1200 square feet, almost the same size as our house! When it was all said and done we ended up adding a new bathroom, extending our kitchen, adding a bedroom and extending the living room. We also ended up remodeling quite a bit of the existing home in the course of the project. We remodeled the kitchen and added new flooring. We also switched to smooth stucco and had a very nice new tile roof installed. The process ended up being much easier on us than I expected. We did have to go stay with family for a portion of the work but the inconvience was very much worth it. The project turned out beautiful and when we did sneak in to check out how things were going there was always a supervisor on site and everyone was working their butts off. I would like to thank Supreme Remodeling INC and all their staff for helping us with this massive remodeling project.

This company won't stop calling me. I get calls from Sherry 3 to 4 times a day. Just got a call from her a few minutes ago... She keeps calling me from different or blocked numbers so I won't recognize who's calling. Contacting this company was the worst mistake I've made. I will never do business with it. They won't take no for an answer. She keeps calling and calling and calling. THIS IS PURE HARASSMENT!!! ***Update 11/22/14*** Before posting its response, this company offered me $100 to take down this review. I refused. It sent me a flowery email about how sorry it was and how it wanted to "honor" me. Now, it says something is wrong with me. If expecting quality work and great service for the money I work hard for means something is wrong with me, then okay, something is wrong with me. It makes you wonder how many other people they've offered money to, to remove negative reviews that accepted. Supreme Remodeling said some other company must have been calling me. Yet, the voice mails left were from Sherry at Supreme Remodeling. I told this company my project was on hold because of work and travels and wouldn't resume until after the first of the year. Still, it called me and called me and called me and called me...every day multiple times a day. At what point does one stop calling...? This company NEVER provided me any design ideas or concepts whatsoever. I already have detailed designs from an interior designer and structural engineering plans that I provided to this company. So, it is being untruthful. Should make you wonder... One reason I hesitated with this company is because one of my designs required some HVAC duct work to be moved. It was a tricky situation. Rami's response was, it was probably installed that way because that was the only way it could be installed. This is the "options" to which the company is referring. There is always more than one way to skin a cat. Therefore, I called in an HVAC company and they found a solution and gave me "options" to move the duct work and moved it. There was nothing creative or solution oriented about Supreme Remodeling. Lastly, I never agreed to any price with this company nor was I ever ready to sign with it - wishful thinking on its part. It provided a proposal for consideration as all company's do and that was it. This review is the only thing that made this company stop calling me. Thank goodness...

The service went well. Between 5-10 technicians came out for the job. The project took about 6 months to complete. The staff were neat in their work and good at cleaning up afterwards. They were hardworking and did what I had asked. I had no difficulties scheduling the project.

I was looking to remodel and expand my home in Beverly Hills and I honestly didn't know where to start! It came to the point where I was meeting with company after company without coming to a reasonable agreement with any of them. From the very first meeting with Supreme, they understood our vision and what we wanted out of our project. I truly believe their pricing was fair and I definitely got my moneys worth! Not only that, but there was a sense of quality and real customer service. Patrick and Micky managed our entire project from beginning to end, and to be honest, we're going to miss them now that the construction is complete! They helped me create exactly what I wanted by bringing out my kitchen and creating an extra space for a laundry room. They even helped with the city building and planning stage of construction. Once we were nearly completed with converting a section of our kitchen into a separate laundry room, we decided to take on another project. We really wanted to remodel our master bathroom. Patrick and Micky helped me pick out each and every fixture, the tub, shower door, wall tile, floor tile, dual-sink vanity, everything! Everything that is positive about remodeling and taking on such a project, I experienced thanks to Patrick, Micky and Supreme. Even the customer service department in the office is extremely hands on. Anytime that Patrick or Micky were in meetings, I would call into the office and always was offered some sort of assistance. The fact is, when choosing a company to remodel your home, it can be extremely difficult and confusing. With Supreme, I felt nothing but comfortable the whole way through. I would recommend them to anyone looking to add on, expand, remodel their kitchen or even bathroom! Overall, I thought that this project would be a very difficult task to take on, but Patrick and Micky made me feel comfortable and well taken care of as a customer. To Patrick and Micky- I'll be calling you guys in a couple months for my exterior painting, thank you so much for your work!
