We had been looking for a contractor to remodel our new home. We had interviewed bunch of them. When I met Supreme Remodeling inc., I instinctively felt their confidence and professionalism. They were very accessible to communicate, especially the project manager was always within our reach, this was such a big relief during the entire project period. Also their work ethic is highly appreciated.

We had recently bought a home that was a little bit dated. Me and my husband wanted to do some remodeling to make it our own and decided to meet with a few contractors. We met with Supreme first and really liked what they had to say, we almost signed with them right away but my husband decided it'd be better to get a few more estimates first. After meeting with the other contractors Supreme still stood out as one of the best. We invited them back out and moved forward with the remodeling work right away. This was no small project, we changed the flooring throughout the house, remodeled 2 bathrooms a kitchen, fixed all the plumbing and even added an extra room. The whole thing took about a year but it was managed very smoothly. They knocked one project down after the other and we only had to move for a few weeks during the 'heavier' part of the construction process. The only thing we haven't had them done yet is the electrical. AS far as pricing they were great. A little bit more than the other guys we met with but after reading their reviews I'm glad we paid a little more to get this done right and on time. I'd have to say our experience was very good and we plan to refer Supreme Remodeling to more friends and family.

Me and my husband had been in the market to remodel our bathroom for a while. We had met with a few contractors through an online referral service but weren't happy with the pricing or people. We met with Supreme after a friend referred them to us. She had recently had them remodel her kitchen and it came out beautiful so we decided to give 'em a shot. They were very nice over the phone when we scheduled the appointment and came out the very next day. The initial meeting went very well, our project manager answered all of our questions and showed us a whole bunch of pictures of work he'd done in the past. Their pricing was very reasonable so we decided to sign a contract and move forward. After a couple weeks of going over different design options and choosing our finishing materials we were ready to get started. I never had a company that took care of everything the way Supreme did. From start to finish they were on top of plans, blueprints, dealing with the city and the work it's self. The construction process seemed to fly by, we have a 2 year old son and were a little worried it might be dusty or messy but we were wrong. Supreme took care of all the mess as hey were working and made sure the house was safe for us to live in while they worked. Their workers are incredible and super nice. In the end the work came out amazing and on time. I am happy my friend recommended them and plan to do the same.

I was in the market for a new kitchen remodel, I had a pretty good idea of where I wanted to go with it and was anxious to get started. I had met with a few contractors recommended to me by friends and wasn't impressed. I was about to give up but thought "why not" and decided to get a few more estimates before just 'dealing with' my uncomfortable kitchen. I ended up meeting with Supreme Remodeling after finding them through a search on Google. They were extremely nice over the phone and even more so in person. Their project manager was amazing and such a huge help. He took my initial ideas and fleshed them out into what became a beautiful kitchen. Not only was the kitchen beautiful but the also fixed the plumbing which I had let go after years of neglect. All in all I would say my experience with Supreme was great and I will definetly be calling them back for more work in the future.

I contact Supreme last month to schedule a consult for a room addition and garage remodel. I spoke to someone who said the first available weekend appointment was several weeks out. I made the appointment. On the day of the appointment (in which I drove over an hour to be there for) I received a call stating the appointment was canceled due to a holiday. Still unclear what holiday that was as I did not have the day off - and it was not a national holiday. The gentlemen apologized, stating their schedule was overbooked and he could NOT reschedule our meeting at that time. Thought that was ridiculous! Shouldn't you at the very least be able to reschedule my appointment since you are canceling on me last minute ? He stated he would call me that Wednesday to reschedule. I still have not heard from him. I will not be using a unreliable company for such a large rebuild. If I wanted someone this reliable, I would use my handyman, not a huge and pricey company who can't even keep an appointment.

Supreme gave me an estimate on a kitchen remodel. They were very professional and the guy arrived on time. I decided to go with another company, I would use them in the future for other projects.

I wrote a bad review a day or two ago because they missed their initial appointment with us. They have subsequently called me to apologize and take responsibility for the miscommunication. Based on this conversation, I would definitely consider giving them another try in future. From other Angie's reviews it sounds as if they do very good work.

Initial Estimate I called Supreme Remodeling after seeing their many glowing reviews on Angie?s List. My project manager, Jacob, came out to give an estimate. The price was on the high end of the several companies I received bids from. However, I ultimately decided to go with Supreme because Jacob was able to provide me with a level of comfort that none of the other companies could. He went over the many different aspects of my remodeling project in detail and made me feel comfortable that the final product would be of high quality and that the project would be carried out with integrity. Timeline/Scheduling I was told that the project would take 4 weeks, but possibly as long as 6 weeks. From start to finish, the project ended up taking a little more than 10 weeks. From the beginning, I stressed that getting the project done on time was of the utmost importance, especially since I would be travelling later on and would strongly prefer not to be out of town while work was happening on my home. In addition, I cook a lot, so it?s very disruptive to my normal way of life to not have a kitchen for so long. So I was disappointed and annoyed that the project ended up taking so much longer than planned. The bulk of the work was completed in the first 7 weeks, with several final touch-ups happening over the final 3 or so weeks. During those first 7 weeks, there were several days when no one showed up to work, at least 10 workdays. Kerry was responsible for scheduling. She communicated with me at the very beginning of the project and over the last 3 weeks to schedule the final touch-ups, but really didn't keep me informed during the main part of the project. There were several days on which I was expecting workers to show up (since no one had informed me otherwise), only to wait around and find out that no one was coming that day. There were also cases where workers would show up without the necessary equipment and would have to come back on another day. Situations like these were particularly frustrating because I had shuffled my work schedule around specifically to be at home while the remodeling work was happening. Project Management Throughout the project, I was pleased with the job that Jacob did in keeping me informed about what was going on at a high level. He was very proactive about staying in constant contact and making sure that all of my questions were answered. Jacob made himself available via phone, text, and email, and was on site frequently to check in with me. I was not so pleased with the foreman, Mike (Meir). Repeatedly, his workers showed up unprepared and I would find myself having to do what I would expect is his job in providing instructions to the workers. Sometimes, Mike would show up with his workers and show them what to do, but in other cases, workers would show up on their own without any idea what to do. For example, an electrician came toward the beginning of the project to do rough electrical work with a plan to come back later to wrap things up. That first electrician never came back, and a second electrician came later to finish the electrical work (installing under cabinet lights in the kitchen and reinstalling some switches). There was one day when the second electrician left for the day, and then a third electrician showed up late in the day (around 6pm), completely unannounced and unexpected, trying to make sense of what the first two electricians had done to that point. As another example, when the kitchen and powder room were getting painted, I noticed that the painters were painting the many areas where drywall had to be replaced without first applying texture. The painters were completely surprised when I asked if they could texture first (Mike was nowhere to be found while the painters were working). They textured and repainted, but if I hadn't stepped in, I would have ended up with walls with some large flat patches among areas that are textured. This is a large part of what caused the project to drag on for so long. Multiple workers came at different times to do the same work, and a lot of work had to be redone (often several times) as a result of insufficient instruction. There were also other situations where I had to do more work myself than I should have had to, due to Mike?s errors. Prior to painting, Mike asked me what color I wanted the kitchen walls painted and I asked if he could match the existing color of the kitchen and surrounding areas. I then get a call from Mike late in the day on a Friday saying that both the kitchen and powder room would be painted the next morning. When I told Mike that we never talked about paint colors in the powder room, he responded that he ?assumed? that I would want the same paint colors as the kitchen and that if I wanted different colors, I would need to get them myself before the following morning. I was really not happy about this, as I had to get to the paint store and make a rushed color choice, while my expectation from the contract was that Supreme would provide me with a color palette from which I could choose colors and they would supply the paint. My home is a townhouse, without a lot of outside space other than a small patio. Before the project started, I told Jacob that this patio was absolutely off limits, as the space is small and is full of plants, many of which are delicate or rare and that I spend a great deal of time and effort maintaining. I had had issues in the past with other workers sawing on the patio, causing damage and mess. A few weeks into the project, I had to go away for a few days on travel, and was mortified to come back to find my belongings on the patio moved around haphazardly, with overturned pots, dismembered plants, and sawdust everywhere. While I was away, the cabinet installers had used the patio to do their sawing. I was extremely disappointed and considered this a huge breach of the trust that had been built up to that point. There was also damage done to other areas of the house over the course of the project, including the dining room. All of the kitchen appliances were stored in the dining room while the kitchen was being worked on. It seemed like the appliances were carelessly dragged across the dining room hardwood floor, because after the appliances were reinstalled in the kitchen, there were countless deep scratches and gouges in what was previously a pristine hardwood floor. In addition, there were saw marks around an area where the hardwood floor had to be cut back a bit. Supreme had to have the entire dining room floor refinished, which required me to move all of the furniture out, hire a piano mover twice, and have the piano retuned. This provided a great deal of extra stress that I really didn't need on top of an already stressful situation. While the floor looks fine now, the finish and color don?t match the rest of the house, since I've now lost the years of aging that the floor had picked up before. It?s really a shame that all of this extra work was necessary. It all could have been avoided with a reasonable amount of care in the first place. As a result of issues like these, I eventually had to change my work schedule so that I could be at home while all work was being done, since I was left with little confidence that remodeling work could go on unattended without some other costly damage being done. Quality The quality of the finished kitchen and powder room met or exceeded my expectations in many regards. The kitchen countertop and cabinets look gorgeous. The transformation from a dated, dingy kitchen to one that is both highly attractive and functional has been astounding. My kitchen is now a place where I can really enjoy cooking. Similarly, the powder room has been transformed into a much more classy and welcoming space. There were some places where quality was lacking, but I?m OK living with these small imperfections. For example, the texture on the walls and ceiling of the powder room is uneven throughout, with conspicuous lines visible where drywall patches were made. Also in the powder room, there are spots where the tile floor is slightly wavy due to the floor not being properly leveled before the tile was installed. I got considerable push-back from the foreman, Mike, when I mentioned these issues. And after having the project take several more weeks than anticipated, I didn't think it was worth the struggle to get these items redone. Overall Overall, the quality of the finished kitchen and powder room is very good. I?m happy with how things look and function, and I know I?ll enjoy these improvements for years to come. I was disappointed and frustrated with the way a lot of the day-to-day operations were handled, such as the lack of communication (with me for scheduling and with the workers for instructions on what to do) and lack of care in protecting my property. But in the end, I have a great looking kitchen and powder room. If I do end up working with Supreme again, it will only be because of the quality of the end product and the good job Jacob did in helping me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process, despite the many challenges and frustrations.

The quality of the work, including the finished carpentry and exterior Spanish stucco, was excellent. There were a few bumps and mistakes along the way, but I felt the company always stepped up and fixed any problem that arose. I found Ziggy and Patrick to be very responsive and would recommend Supreme for any remodeling. There were no change orders or additional costs - everything came in exactly on budget. They definitely look at the big picture and don't charge extra for small stuff that comes up during the project.

This was the second time I used Supreme Remodeling. Supreme also remodeled my kitchen in November 2013. Both jobs were incredibly complex given the structural issues present in our lathe and plaster 100+ year old Craftsman with a second floor that was DIY by the former owner into the attic in 1979. The work that Supreme did on both jobs was incredibly thorough and professional. My only complaint was - like any contractor - you have to wait a little while for the job to get started. Nonetheless, Micky and his team always made accommodations to ensure that we were happy with the progress of the project and that it was going according to our design scheme. We have a dog that could not be around the construction so Micky always let us know when a worker would be at our home; and Micky and I usually FaceTimed when there were any questions re: the design or implementation of it. I would not hesitate to use him again, and I have already recommended Supreme to my friends for their major projects and kitchen remodels. You can't go wrong!

Me and my wife were looking to add a new master bedroom to our home. Our kids had gotten to the age they could no longer share a room. We had been in the market for a while when we met with Supreme. Although they were a little late to our first meeting it went well and they gave us a good price so we decided to have them do our addition. That was over a year ago and in the course of that time we've had them do the addition, a kitchen remodel, 2 and half bathroom remodels, add a new central air system, re-stucco our home and do some other work throughout. The addition took a little over 6 months from the blueprints to finish. It was fairly elaborate and we had made a couple changes during the course of the work. The workers were nice and on time with a few exceptions. The project manager took care of the few issues that came up quickly and with little delay. All in all everything went very smooth.We went to go visit some family over the holidays during the addition and decided that would be a good time to have our kitchen remodeled as well as take care of a few other things like the electrical and a few other upgrades we made throughout the house. The kitchen took a few weeks to complete it was finished by the time we came back which was a very nice surprise. The other work was finished a couple of weeks after we came back. The bathrooms we did after the fact and they were just finished about a week ago. There was a short delay due to some shipping mistakes but again everything turned out great. That's the last project we had on our checklist and aren't planning to do any other remodeling for a while now. Our relationship with Supreme Remodeling has been great. All the work has been done beyond what we expected and on time. They've taken care of any hiccups that come up, the finishing work is amazing...I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I've worked with a few people from their company now and they've all been great.

We started our remodel for an addition with a rough sketch on a piece of paper. Fast forward 10 months, and everything is completed beyond are expectations. We added 560 square feet to create a larger living room and brand new master suite. The master suite included a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. In addition, they tore down our old garage and built us a brand new two car garage. Supreme Remodeling has been fantastic from the very beginning. They created the home better than that of our dreams. They handled everything required for our remodel: Architectual plans, survey, engineering, permits, demolition, grading of the lander, foundation, framing, stucco, plumbing, electrical, dry wall, painting, interior design, installation of all fixtures, and inspections. Micky was our project manager and he was superb in keeping us up to date and keeping us apprised of any issues that arose. He is very friendly, reliable, personable, trustworthy, and easy to work with. Permit phase: It took about 5 months from when we signed the contract to when the plans were approved by Pasadena and permits could be pulled. This phase took a lot longer than expected due delays in the city planning department, and a small number of requests by the city for changes to the plans. Demolition, foundation, and framing: This was a single team with Ramon as our foreman. Demolition took about 2 weeks, and every day, the team made a concerted effort to clean up the job site as much as they could. It took about a month after this to get all of the foundation work done. Half way through building the foundation, we had an issue with our land that required a modification to the type of foundation that could be used. Since Supreme Remodeling has their own engineer and architect, they were able to take care of everything. We didn't have to worry or do anything. The team was amazing in working with the city inspector to come up with a modification that would satisfy building codes without having to start all over. The framing took another month. This was the first time we could walk through the new rooms and get really excited as to what was being created. Finishing: This is the part of the project that took the longest. Whereas the previous phase was just one team doing everything, this required many people to come in from all of the different specialties: Electrical, plumbing, dry wall, wood floors, tile, stucco, paint, molding, garage door, cabinetry, roofing, air conditioning, and stone cutters for counters. This was like watching a symphony occurring. Supreme Remodeling conducted everything and took accountability for everyone's work. There were maybe only 5 days over the 5 months where no one came. Otherwise, there was always at least one team working, and once they were finished, the next team was ready to go. Supreme Remodeling really did a great job in keeping all of the workers honest. Micky did a great job of reviewing all of the work and did not hesitate to call any of them back to fix anything that was done wrong (without any extra cost to us). We were admittedly picky when it came to all of the finer details of the finishing. Micky was always very quick in addressing any issues without arguing with us. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and really wants every customer to be satisfied. All the materials they use and recommend (cabinets, windows, doors, paint, electrical, wood molding, etc.) are very high quality. Cost: The cost of everything ended up being about 10% higher than we had initially planned. This was all due to unforeseen circumstances: Our lot needed more grading than anticipated, our AC broke down right when the hot season began and needed to be completely replaced, additional electrical work that was not part of the contract, and the addition of a full concrete patio that was not part of the initial contract. All said, this was much better than some of the horror stories that I have read and heard about. They really tried to stay within our budget and ate a lot of the cost of less costlier things that had to be fixed. We never felt nickle and dimed. Micky was always reasonable and forthcoming. We are very happy with the work Supreme Remodeling did for us and we have already recommend them to our neighbors and family. After the remodel, we re-appraised the house. The appraisor commented that the house looks really nice and that we clearly spent a lot of money on it. In reality, the cost with Supreme was better than the estimates of some other companies.

I hired Supreme to come out and remodel my Kitchen earlier this year. A friend had referred them to me and said they did good work. I gave them a call and they came out a few days later. I'm a pretty busy guy so I really liked the fact they got to the point fast and finished the work in the time they quoted. I didn't do anything too major just a face lift really. I had them swap out my cabinets for something a little nicer and more sturdy. I had new granite counters installed and some minor lighting changes. I was very happy that none of my neighbors complained during the construction, one neighbor even asked me for their number. At the end of the day the most important thing was that they came in on budget and in time. I am very happy with my new kitchen and look forward to working with Supreme again in the future.

I had been having issues with my foundation sinking in my kitchen for about a year. It finally shifted and within a week my kitchen was in pretty bad shape. I went looking online and found Supreme Remodeling through another referral website. Meeting with Mickey was great. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a very fair price. I had met with a few others that either didn't rub me the right way or just didn't seem to know how to approach the problem. Mickey suggested we get geo-engineering reports and a few other things before going an further to see what we were getting into. The reports came back that there were 2 damaged piers. Mickey contacted me right after getting the report and came out to meet with me. We discussed a few options and ended up going with a quick mud-jacking solution. After that was said and done I had him remodel the kitchen since it had been pretty damaged. The remodel came out great, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Supreme Remodeling and wish them all the best in the future. Thanks again guys!

We hadn't tackled any remodeling projects in over 5 years partly because we didn't need to but mostly because we couldn't take dealing with the headache after our last renovation. Unfortunately our kitchen was getting to be beyond dated and very uncomfortable so we decided to take a look at some of the guys in the Area. We first found Supreme Remodeling from a Google search. We filled out their contact form and got a call within the hour. We spoke with a very nice woman who went over what we were looking to have done and scheduled an appointment for us to meet with one of their project managers. We ended up meeting with Joe a couple days later. He was super nice and very respectful. He showed us a bunch of pictures of work he'd done in the past and after going through his portfolio we decided on a kitchen that was very close to what we had imagined. Joe gave us a ballpark price based off the kitchen we looked at and although we didn't sign then and there we were very impressed. A week later after meeting with two other companies we called Joe back to come out and sign for the design and plans. A week after that Joe came back with a design we loved and a price we were very happy with. After signing the contract we had a couple more meeting with Joe to hash out the details and finishes and started demoing. All in all it took about a month to start but most of the delay was on our part. I must say these guys are scary fast when they get to work. You can tell they've been doing this a while from the office to the on site crew these guys are real Pros! After a few weeks of work, the kitchen was done and we were very happy with the results. We had such a good experience we decided to have Joe come back out and remodel our master bathroom a few months after our kitchen. All in all I'm very happy with our experience with everyone from Supreme Remodeling. Me and my wife have been working with them for a couple years now and everything they do is impressive. They seem to take special care to make sure they take care of their customers. I have and will continue to refer Supreme to my friends.

Rami was thorough with his review and listened to our concerns. Our project is complex due to a previous contractor abandoning without completing the project. Rami was patient and offered ideas. He wasn't pushy like others we've met. Within a week of our meeting, Rami provided an estimate. Although we haven't completed the project due to the lenghty CSLB complaint process regarding the previouse contractor, Sheri with Supreme Remodeling has followed up and provided advice regarding the ongoing CSLB case.

Supreme Remodeling is such a great company! My husband and I were considering purchasing a home and renovating it. I scheduled an meeting through Elain to meet with a contractor. She was very sweet and attentive. Rami met up with me at the home to review possible reno and additions that my husband and I wanted to make. He was very informative and really nice. He answered any questions that I had. They also submitted a very detailed itemized bid that was requested from our bank. Although we ended up not purchasing this home, I will definitely be contacting them when we do find a home for our family. I am so pleased with the professionalism and great customer service! This type of customer care is so scarce now a days. Can't wait to work with them in the future!

Joe Boaron, the project manager is easy to work with. He explained the procedure and let me know what to expect. The work is ongoing

Joe Boaron, our contractor at Supreme, was fast at seeing the problem and coming up with positive solutions. We had a leaky gutter that rotted our fascia board, so Joe's team took out about 30 feet of board then his other team came out and hung new gutters. It was done quite quickly and done very well. I have been very happy with Joe. His is so responsive to our needs as we are also doing a major remodel and we are almost done. I will write that review in the next few days, however, since this was a separate mini-contract, I thought I would write a note about just this job. I highly recommend Joe, he always makes things right and his primary concern is to make the customer happy. How many contractors can you name that care more about making the customer happy than trying to get the most money out of you. Before you hire a contractor, please call Joe or anyone at Supreme before making the final decision. He is fair and the prices are very competitive.

Alon (project manager) was everything we could have asked for. All of the work performed was of the best quality and the entire project was completed in a very timely manner. Along with providing a beautiful design and great work in the kitchen, Alon also installed recessed lighting in our living room at no charge. He was always reachable whenever we had any questions and he was at our house almost every day checking on progress. The foreman on the project, Diego, was also great. He was the main man that was here every day making sure the kitchen came out just liked we wanted.

I worked primarily with Alon Lambez. He was my project point of contact. They did an amazing job. Alon worked with me to accomplish all my goals while giving some creative input as well. The biggest selling point was Alon's involvement and commitment to ensuring that I was happy with the final results. The team was professional, clean and diligent with their work. They got the project done in a quick time frame and their creative ideas really helped my house get to where I wanted it to be. I highly recommend Supreme Remodeling. I plan to use them again in the future for more work as well.

They were very good. The workers were courteous. It took them about six weeks to complete the work. They are real easy to work with and did a great job as far as explaining everything and putting in the design together.
