Rami was the project manager who was by our side from the initial quote right up to the end. His team finished almost a month ahead of schedule and and it cost us almost exactly what the original quote stated. Rami was very fair and extremely responsive even when we encountered inevitable hitches here and there in the construction process. ( Had to grade over a foot of dirt in the back of the house to build the foundation - Bobcats and many additional hours of labor ). We also wanted the addition to look as if it was built at the same time as the existing house and keep the integrity of detailing the same; windows, doors and their architectural style trim, crown moulding, siding and roofing materials. We could not be more delighted with Rami's dedicated service and the level of workmanship Supreme hires. Thank you!!
Description of Work: Built a 400 square foot addition onto the home.

Supreme Remodeling completed an extensive addition for us about a year ago, and we called them when we realized that some of our existing electrical outlets in a different part of the house were no longer functioning. We did not know if it was related to the remodel or not, so we asked them to take a look. It turned out that the wiring for the electrical outlets had broken in a crawl space in an area on the side of the house completely unrelated to the remodel. They fixed it anyway, no questions asked. While the electrician was in our crawl space he noticed that the drain pipe from our kitchen sink (which was the original from 1951) had cracked and was leaking drain water into the crawl space. Again, this was completely unrelated to the remodel that we had done. He let his supervisor know at Supreme, and within an hour a plumber was out to replace the cracked pipe. Replacing the pipe involved breaking the exterior wall of our house so that it could be run to the kitchen sink. He finished the pipe replacement that day. The next day, Supreme sent out someone to repair the exterior of the house, and to match the stucco to the what had been their previously. It looks like it was never touched. We were so grateful to have Supreme handle these repairs since everything got taken care of. When the electrician noticed the leak, we didn't have to do anything except give our approval for the plumber to come. Also, we didn't have to worry about needing to call someone to repair the wall that was broken after the plumber was finished. Having a full service contractor to handle all of this was a blessing, and it is definitely the route to go for big jobs like this. Supreme did an excellent job and you can tell that they really care about their work.
Description of Work: Fixed an electrical issue, fixed a cracked drain pipe.

Simon replaced the front door with locks, replaced stain glass window to glass. Replace the back sliding glass door with screen. Painting the interior of the house. Replace carpet in the living room, and stairway. Replaced the flooring in the entry way, hall way and dining room. Beautiful job with the kitchen lighting. Simon was friendly and easy to contact and communicate; handled all the workers well. They did a great job as the house is old.
Description of Work: Simon did a great job coordinating the whole project. The workers arrived in a timely matter daily. Simon kept me informed as the project was ongoing.

Alon was on time, courteous, and listened intently to what we had in mind. He also gave us some good ideas. While we ultimately didn't use Supreme, I would never hesitate to contact them again and work with Alon because of our ability to communicate easily with him and the confident professionalism he exhibited.
Description of Work: Alon came out and gave us an estimate of costs to do some remodeling of our bathroom among others.

Supreme remodeling advised via contract that project would be completed in 6 months. ?At first we had issues with original architect. ?We had a new architect put on the project. ?Gave Supreme Remodeling an additional 6 months. ?They started work in January of 2015, so by the time we got the new architect, the remodeling project was supposed to be completed in December of 2015. ?We are now in May of 2016 and work is still not completed. ?We contact them on multiple occasions and are always given multiple excuses. ?Did not show during rainy season, which caused water damage to our home and the project. ?They agreed to repair the water damage but to this point have not. ?Don't know when the work will be completed, due to them sending only 2 workers per week if they decide to show at all. ?Occasionally they go a month at a time without sending anyone to do any work. ?The inspector cards are being held by Supreme, they never show us the inspectors comments. ?We have hired a lawyer in regards to this situation.
Description of Work: Hired them to remodel our main residence.

Response from Supreme Remodeling Inc
We started this project, after a previous contractor had left the project with a numerous amount of unfinished work. We took over from all the work that was left from the previous contractor. Also the initial engineer that had signed for the original plans had left working on this project, When we had started the project and had to get advice from the assigned engineer, we realized since then that the engineer no longer wants to work with this consumer. We asked him to cooperate with us, simply because we needed answers on the plans, but he didn't want to cooperate, due to an non payment from his consumer. We offer to pay the engineer directly so that he would feel more comfortable, but he simply did not want to work with this consumer due to their difficulty. We also received warning from the previous engineer /architect that this consumer will create problems during the construction, and will come to the point of payment, they will make excuses for the non-payment. We didn't want to believe their accusations, and out of good faith continued work with this consumer. When we started this construction, we started to get calls from contractors on the house to warn us from this consumer. Again, we didn't want to believe the warnings and still continue. We then referred this consumer with another engineer to deal with them directly, and this engineer also eventually did not want to work with this consumer, after speaking with the previous engineer and receiving all the details. We've work with this engineer/architect for a long time and we let him know we will take responsibility for payment and will pay him directly. Only then he agree to take on the project as a courtesy to our company. there were many major issues with the windows and doors left from the previous contractor. In our contract, we specified to the consumer, that they will need to deal directly with the same manufacturer to fix the issues with the windows and doors left over, due to it not being included in our original scope of work in our contract. When we had given our initial estimate, the estimate time of completion was based upon the plans that the home owners had provided to us. We scheduled a start and we started the project, we began to find many issues, especially for the engineering stage. We had to do a revision after we started, and the revision put the project on hold due to the engineering stage and to changing the engineer record with the city. This process took approximately 2 to 3 months, in order to revise the plans and obtain approval from the city. After they revised the plans with engineering, we started the foundation and framing stage, and found numerous additional errors/mistakes on the plans. After we completed the framing stage up to the roof, the consumer began to interfere and spoke directly with our crew members, regardless of us advising them to address all concerns directly to the project manager. The consumer stated that we didn't follow the plans and is still not according to what they wanted. The showed us a 3D version of what they had in mind with the previous architect/engineer, yet we explained these details are not shown on the approval city plans. These items all created major conflicts and delays in the project. We then later found additional errors that we addressed to the consumers directly, but they ignored our concerns and simply stated for us to follow the plans, even though there were obvious mistakes in the plans. Regarding the water damage, we quickly corrected it, removed all damage wood as well as contaminated areas, dried all areas properly and repaired the water damage as necessary. The project would've gone smoothly if the consumer did not give direct instruction to our crew members. The consumer constantly interfered with our crew members, speaking with them directly, calling them numerous of times outside normal business hours, causing confusion and delay overall. Even during the construction, we realize there were many issues collecting payment from the consumer. During construction, we've notified the consumer that if we do not receive payment, we cannot continue the work - they then provided us with a check that bounced. Then they changed their minds about paying Via-Checks,and stated they wanted to pay Via- Credit card even though we had already sent a team member to pick up payment from on site. There were many excuses given throughout our work on site, to not provide payment even though we were continuously working. Up until today, the consumer still owe payment for previous stage payment that we've passes and finalized with the city. We came to the stage of attorney involvement in order to finish the project without interfering. We would like to say that the time that we started this project we've completed three bigger project since then, but have had no luck with this consumer due to all of the on-going issues and problems.

Supreme does a great job! My wife and I originally used them for a partial kitchen remodel in March of 2015, then returned to them about 9 months later to do work on a home that we purchased as a rental property. Alon Lambez was the project manager on each occasion, and his assistance, along with his excellent support team of tradesmen, is primarily why I can provide my unconditional endorsement for this company. The bathroom which Alon laid out for us, via computer graphics, was created in a storage room that originally had only electrical service and was built atop a slab foundation. His team removed the concrete floor and a portion of a common plaster wall, in order to install the necessary plumbing for a 6 ' x 4' enclosed shower, granite topped double sink and a toilet. My wife made the design decisions with Alon in terms of cabinetry, hardware, counter top, paint, lighting fixtures.... It was a cooperative effort that advanced seamlessly. The job was done on schedule and the only cost increases were for upgrades that we elected to make after the project began. Supreme also removed the old, cracked, crumbling and unevenly laid 100 foot concrete driveway, and installed a new one with a brick-lined path radiating from the driveway to the front porch. I worked with Alon and two members of his team in creating a drainage system for the side-of-house portion of the driveway that led up to the detached garage. A 400 square foot area adjacent to this section of the driveway was stamped to create faux stone patio area. The original tinting of the stamped area was not as I had imagined. The president of the company interceded on my behalf and together with the assistance of his executive assistant, Leora, and a representative of tinting and sealing products company, the patio area was re-tinted then sealed to my satisfaction. Supreme worked within our budgetary parameters without cutting corners. They understood what we wanted and met or exceeded our expectations at every stage of these projects. In my experience, they are an honorable and reliable company.
Description of Work: Created a bathroom from an interior space that formerly had been used as a storage room. Installed a new concrete and brick bordered driveway.

Everything started off well, spoke with Rami, one of their sales guys. We talked game plan with my project which was bringing an unpermitted building up to code so that it could be a legal secondary unit on my property. Our verbal agreement was $7500 for blueprints, submission to city for approval, and completion of approval so that I could potentially shop the blueprints around for price estimates. Everything was going fine until the final approval. Supreme remodeling and Rami told me that the blueprints had been "verbally" approved even though the city had not put their official stamp on it. But when I went to the city and asked, they had no records on any of it. I spent countless hours down at city planning and with the city inspectors going back and forth over the blueprints and whether or not they had been submitted and verbally approved. Eventually found out that there is no such thing as a verbal approval, supreme remodeling just made that up. Finally got the architect that drew up the blueprints down at the city with me to talk to the person who started the approval process. Then found out that the blueprints were only one minor adjustment away from a final approval pending some back fees for sewer and school, and that the city had already come back with the necessary adjustments but supreme had never resubmitted for final approval. Basically, Supreme was holding the blueprints hostage so that I would be forced to work only through them and not be able to shop them out to anyone else. And had been completely dishonest about the approval process. Now I had spoken directly to the person that had seen the original submission and whose name was on the pending permit and approval, they even gave us a direct email and offered to setup and appointment to sit down with us and go over the necessary adjustments. It took me 4 months to get to this point, through the city and through Supreme, and then Supreme disappeared. I called Rami, emailed Supreme, asking for the appointment, waiting for something to get setup, finally called Supreme again, and they told me Rami was out of the country. Are you kidding? Out of the country. Please. Supreme was dishonest with me from the start. Tried to hold the blueprints that I paid for hostage. Never completed their end of our agreement, which was to get the city stamp on the prints so that I could shop them out. And then literally bailed out on me and lied to me instead of just admitting they were going to drop the ball and walk away. If you want to pay extra fees, have a company lie to you about construction costs, make promises and not fulfill them, than Supreme remodeling is the company for you.

Response from Supreme Remodeling Inc
Dear Consumers, This review unfortunately is not accurate or factual. We had been contracted by this consumer for the amount of $7500 for blueprints/plans to permit an existing home addition and non-permitted structure and have it legalized by the city (permitted). In other words, the structure had been built illegally and our job was to get it approved by the city. The contract clearly states that the Soil report, topographic map, survey, geologic work/map, permit/city fees, any supplemental fees required by local building and safety such as school fees, park fees, sanitation fees, etc., and any assessments and charges required by public bodies and utilities are NOT INCLUDED in the contract, as this is the homeowner’s responsibility. Our responsibility was to provide plans and have them approved by plan check. We fulfilled our duties, as all departments (such as fire, grading, etc.) had signed off on the plans and approved plan check EXCEPT for one dept.- Sanitation dept. (we have receipts to prove it, as WE paid the permit fees for the department clearances and have never even asked the customer for reimbursement, even though it is the homeowner’s responsibility to cover all city & permit fees). Now let’s get to the reason WHY Sanitation had never been cleared: Because the structure had been built illegally, the city pointed that there is a septic tank located underneath the illegal structure and in order to re-locate it, the customer had been billed by the Sanitation Dept. for $7000 to correct this issue. This had been billed back in August of 2015, yet the customer had refused to pay this bill, and for this reason Sanitation had never signed off on the plans. Nevertheless, when the consumer had contacted us 2 weeks ago, he told us he was ready to pay the bill and we sent our architect to go to the city with the consumer to finalize sanitation and have the plans finally cleared. When our architect spent an entire day (at no additional charge) at the city with the consumer, he again refused to pay the $7,000 bill in order to have Sanitation sign off the final plans. We are sorry that it has come to this point, but unfortunately it is out of our hand, and we cannot cover the fees that the homeowner is responsible for. The consumer has his contract, knows what he has signed, but yet refuses to cover Sanitation and chooses to blame us for not having his plans approved. Sincerely, Supreme Remodeling Team

This is the second time we have used Supreme Remodeling. The frst job was total remodeling of downstairs room creating a new combination sitting room/bedroom and creating a new bathroom. We were very pleased with their work. This time we called Mickey as we worried about old roof with El Niño season reportedly fast approaching. He surprised us by indicating he would start the following week. As usual Mickey was as good as his word. Supreme was, as previously, completely reliable and efficient. Mickey is very personable, and empathetic and contributes helpful ideas when needed. Supreme comes when promised and does what was promised! Highly recommended.

I'm very happy with Supreme Remodeling. They came out and remodeled my bathroom late last year. The job was finished within a couple weeks and I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out. I had them convert my bathtub into a walk in shower, replace my vanity, tile and paint my walls as well as some other stuff. They were on time for every meeting, took care of every issue that came up and even helped me with some other minor damages I had to a couple of my doorways free of charge. There was nothing left behind and nothing forgotten. They took care of everything from start to finish.

Supreme Remodeling came out to remodel my kitchen. After living in our home for about 20 years me and my wife had put off remodeling for quite some time. We figured if it ain't broke why fix it? That all changed after we started to notice the age of the bathroom was starting to show. We had started to noticed tile getting damaged, low water pressure, our vanity cabinet door was starting to fall of the hinges etc... we decided to get a few estimates and see what it would cost to remodel the bathroom. We were expecting some sticker shock going into this remodel since it had been some time since we remodeled. We had some money saved but didn't expect it to go too far. We scheduled a few estimates and Supreme was the last. They not only beat everyone's price but showed us some amazing designs and pictures of work they've done in the past that fit within our budget. We immedietly signed with them and put them to work. The job was done quick and clean. I will be using Supreme for some more remodeling work I have coming up in the next few months.

Our family had recently purchased a new home and we were looking for a contractor to do some upgrades. The home was in good shape for the most part we just wanted to make things a little more our own. We had a few bad experiences (like most) remodeling our previous home but we were in a brand new area so there was hope things would be different. We went through the standard process of getting 3 bids for the entire project. We met Supreme last and they were by far the best. The other two bids were a little under Supremes but included much less work. We had a huge list of things we wanted upgraded including some kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, interior painting and much more... So the fact they we're giving us more 'bang for our buck' was the deciding factor. I can attest to the other reviews here that they were very clean and considerate when working in our home. All the work was done on schedule and came out amazing. I can't sing their praises enough!

I've been a homeowner for quite a few years now. I have done tons of remodeling projects throughout the years so I am not new to this sort of situation. It had been a few years since I had any work done on my kitchen so I figured I'd get some ideas on pricing. I hadn't planned on doing anything just wanted to get some ideas. Supreme Remodeling came out and gave me one of the most impressive presentations I've seen in a while. Like I said I've been at this a while now so that's saying something. I'm not one to just fall for a fancy presentation however so what really mattered to me was seeing the quality of their work and contacting a few of their customers. I am very impressed with Supreme's ability to amaze me from begging to end. As I said the initial presenation was great, their work came out awesome and they were very quick to finish. I will hire Supreme again in the future and just wanted to use this review to say thanks, happy new year and wish you guys the best in the future.

This being our first house me and my wife were very leary of hiring a contractor to remodel our kitchen. We had been dealing with what we had for 5 years, it got to the point our cabinet doors were hanging off the hinges. We finally bit the bullet and decide to have some companies come out for estimates. We asked a few neighbors if they knew anyone and one mentioned Supreme. After meeting with them we were still a little nervous, they seemed great but again this is our first house and we wanted to make sure we had the right people so we invited out another contractor for a comparitive bid. The difference in the presentations and overall customer service were glaring. It was like night and day. Supreme's rep was early, knew his stuff and gave us an honest quote for not only the kitchen, but a few smaller projects we were interested in doing sometime in the future. He was patient listened and took the time to understand our needs before letting us know costs. The other company rescheduled our first appointment and put us off for a week. When someone finally did show up they seemed to be exhausted and only interested in spitting out a price so we could sign a contract. He was much lower on pricing but didn't include nearly the amount of work Supreme was going to do and seemed unrealistic. They didn't take the time with us and just seemed to be in a rush to get in and out so they could get to their new job. I guess this is the difference between a smaller (Supreme) company and a larger one. Supreme seemed to really care and like they wanted to work WITH us whereas the other guys seemed to just want to add more money to their pile and never see us again. We ended up signing with Supreme and the kitchen came out incredible. We ended up doing one of our bathrooms a month after and couldn't be happier. Their attentive, their staff is small enough that I get the same person everytime I call, they've taken care of every minor issue we've had (even ones that weren't thier fault). Overall I don't think we could've made a better choice and we plan to do much more work with Supreme in the future. Thanks for all your help guys!

We chose Supreme Remodeling to help us with a major renovation of two bathrooms and a kitchen, fireplace refacing and new hardwood flooring. When I say major I mean it. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were completely gutted and redone. There were major changes to the layout of the plumbing and electrical. Sinks, showers and tubs were relocated. By the end of the project I would say about 70% of the plumbing and 40% of the electrical wiring was redone in our home! We feel very fortunate to have worked with Simon for this massive project. Simon was there for us every step of the way. He gave us great advice and ideas on how to make optimal use of our space. One of his best ideas was to remove a linen closet in order to extend a bathroom wall and make room for a beautiful soaker tub! We have a town home managed by a strict HOA located in city with even stricter city inspectors. Simon did everything according to city code and our renovations were fully permitted. You hear a lot of horror stories with major renovations like ours and usually the trouble starts when unexpected issues come up once the walls are opened up. We also encountered unexpected issues along the way but the great thing is that Simon worked with us to come up with solutions with which we are comfortable and happy. He always found a way to solve the issue and stay on budget. However, to be completely honest, a couple of the unexpected issues did cost us more money. One issue was that we needed a new electrical main panel because the previous one did not meet city code with the additions needed for this project. Another issue was that we discovered plumbing leaks in our garage that needed to be fixed. In all cases Simon gave us a very good price to fix the issues. In fact, he only charged us his costs to make the repairs and did not try to make additional profit. We were on a really tight budget and this really helped us out! Speaking of budget, we got three bids before starting the project and Simon's bid was the lowest. Simon really took the time to figure out a budget for us that we could handle. We are thrilled with the final results and feel that we were treated honestly and fairly every step of the way. Simon really worked hard to make us happy. He also did a lot of extras for us. This included adding more electrical outlets in the living room, installing a bath fan in a bathroom not part of the remodel, professionally installing under cabinet lighting and a new water filtration system in the kitchen. Thinking back on this experience, we think the greatest benefit of working with Simon was his ideas for how our space could be used optimally. Other contractors we interviewed didn't even try to think outside the box for us. They were simply going to install new cabinets, finishes, fixtures in the same layout as before. If we had chosen one of these other contractors we would never have realized the potential of our space. With another contractor we would have spent a lot more money and still not have a space that was any more functional. Pros - Great design ideas and advice. No other contractor suggested removing a linen closet to widen a bathroom. This was a fantastic idea and we have room for a beautiful soaker tub because of it! - High-quality work - They worked diligently with city inspectors so that all work is permitted - Simon did everything to make us happy. If we were displeased with how something was done, he would redo it to our satisfaction and not charge us a penny more Cons - The project went way over the expected timeline. This was mainly due to changes required by the city to pass inspection, running out of materials, and limitations with scheduling enough sub contractors to help get things done faster. - You need to stay on top of all the details. We are very picky and chose specific materials and wanted things done specific ways. We learned quickly after a few things went differently than expected that it was critical to communicate all the details as clearly and consistently as possible. But again, when mistakes were made, they were corrected to our liking.

Me and my husband had been looking for a good contractor to do some remodeling in our home. We had purchased our home and after a year of saving had decided it was time to start looking at bids. We invited a few contractors. The whole experience was a mixed bag. We met people who would only remodel our kitchen, others that wanted everything done at once and for us to move and some that were just trying to push us into doing work NOW! Supreme was a breath of fresh air. Not only were they able to help with all the projects we needed done they were nice and fairly priced. They came up with a plan that allowed me and my husband to stay in the house while they did the remodeling projects one by one. It's been a few months now and we've finally finished. I'm amazed how nice the work came out and how quick it was done. They remodeled our whole house including kitchen, 2 bathrooms, flooring, plumbing, electrical upgrades, paint and even some exterior work. As I said me and my husband lived in the house through the entire process. They were clean at each step, making sure not to leave tools or trash lying around. The workers were focused and worked their butts off. I'm super happy we were able to finish all this work by the end of the year so we could have our family over for the holidays. Thank you Supreme for all your hard work and happy holidays!

I guess the old adage is somewhat true, "you get what you pay for". Out of the four contractors we interviewed, Supreme's quote was significantly less than the others we received. However I'm not even sure we got what we paid for considering we had to hire another contractor to fix most of the work that Supreme was hired to complete. I'm very upset with our experience and spoke and met with their office manager Kerry on their shoddy work. They offered us $500 in compensation for the mistakes but we never received it. Although $500 doesn't cover the large amount of money it cost us to fix all of their careless work. Do yourself a favor and avoid working with this company at all costs!!! We were very dissatisfied with our lead contractor Simon. I would strongly recommend you avoid working with him. He was never on site and difficult to reach. When we he did show up he was usually late for our appointments and acted rather indignant when we brought up our concerns on their errors. We had very expensive Italian tile (wood look) installed in our house and he did not even bother to show up during the consultation on how it should be laid. As a result, it was laid incorrectly. The spacing went against our instructions and it was laid unevenly throughout the house. Our vision was that it would look like wood and therefore the spacing was to be no more than 1/16th of an inch (the store we bought it from strongly suggested that spacing). However, they laid it 1/8th of an inch inconsistently which made it very obvious that it was tile. Supreme said they did this because that was the manafacturers suggested spacing, however, they went against our wishes and it's our house, our project. The tile alone costs us 18,000 dollars so to be unsatisfied with how it looks is very upsetting. Additionally the grout color was completely wrong. It was supposed to be dark grey so it blended in. It dried uneven shades of white. They blamed us for this as we bought the grout however they grouted the entire place knowing it did not look as we wanted and never reached out at during the process to say we should buy a different color grout. They refused to fix it and we had dye the grout ourselves. The spacing between tile was very inconsistent; some was 1/8th of an inch and some had no spacing. I really wonder if they just don't know how to lay tile or if they were just sloppy and trying to finish quickly. Regardless they never stopped and asked us when they had to make critical decisions that affected the way the floors looked. Lastly the floors were left dirty and were never cleaned after installation. The drywall on the bathroom and stairs was done sloppy and not sanded before painting. The half bath where they removed wall paper and painted was not finished correctly. The wall had holes and divots in it and the way they dry walled it did not cover this. They said it was an additional charge to finish the walls correctly and we never requested that in the scope of work. We probably would have coughed up addironal money if they had mentioned this to us however it was never brought to our attention at any point. We were extremely displeased with how horrible the bathroom came out. I think it's fair to assume if you pay for someone to remodel your bathroom that they would finish the walls seamlessly, otherwise what was the point in having them do anything? They also did not bother to paint the door frame or door which was orange. We had to pay another contractor to come in and re dry wall, sand and paint the bathroom. They also left the old toilet and sink in our garage (despite our agreement that all materials would be hauled out of the premise). We had to pay someone to come haul it away. Lastly they did not hook up or install correctly the appliances they removed during remodel (the fridges ice maker was not hooked up and they left the /dishwasher uninstalled). They also removed chandeliers and never reinstalled them. They left the work areas filthy and never cleaned up before leaving. We were so disappointed and upset with the work and the way we were treated during this project. I really dislike the way our floors look and will probably redo them at some point. I'm so upset that we paid nearly 40k between labor and materials to dislike it as much as we do. Many of the guest we have over comment on the floor. They always say how much they love the tile but see how poorly it was installed. I would be happy to share pictures of the work with anyone who is considering hiring them. I hope this review helps others avoid getting into the situation we did.

Was contacted by provider as work was being done in the area. Project manager came to home, discussed job scope and worked with the main office as to an agreed price. Because of tripping hazard we agreed to start work the next day. All work was completed in 3 days including site clean up. Project Manager was on site and any concerns were addressed promptly. Journeyman level cement work and no damage to adjacent concrete slab sections when saw cuts were done. Was contacted by Project Manager after job for feedback.......All good!

I was pleased with the work except for one small item. The shower could have and should have been bigger. You can barely turn around in it. They claimed it was a matter of space but the vanity could have been smaller, the toilet could have been placed differently, etc... It looks very nice. The contractor gave me good choices on tiles. When I didn't like the vanity they put in, they replaced it. The tile work and the finishing looks great. If I was displeased with anything, it is probably as much a problem with my inexperience with the process as their part in it. If I do this again, I will know more how to help in the planning and how to make sure I get the outcome I want.

I was extremely disappointed. The salesman was really nice but the work was less than desirable. It wasted a whole lot of money. I showed them the tile I wanted and I described what I wanted. He showed me a picture of the tile. When it got there, it didn't look right. He used ceramic tile instead of a slab. He said he was going to use the slab. It was a wavy tile and it's light. It's ceramic. The second thing was he asked what we wanted over the mantel. We didn't get a mantel because he didn't think a mantel would look right and he was right. We wanted the TV above the fireplace. The guy came to the house and we bought the TV. They put the tile up and made a hole. They had it in the wrong place. My husband assisted on fixing it. He put the TV upside down. He said they did it as a courtesy and they've never done it before. The third thing that really ticked me off was that they had to take the curtains down and the curtains have those rings that you open and close the curtains. When they put it back up, it's just hanging loose. They didn't even have the decency to put the curtain rod on. The pricing was good. The work was shoddy.

Ori came to give an estimate. He was very nice and personable. I believe this company to be honest. The estimate given appeared to be fair, but there were a few unknowns and approximations. I was looking for something a bit more concrete in pricing when it came to possibly needing architectural drawings. I believe that this company would do a good job if I hired them though. lastly, a business card to keep would be nice and/or a follow up email. Thank you for your time!
