+ 3 moreThey are very nice and I think their prices are more than fair. We were going to have them shampoo the carpets in a vacant apartment, but while we were inspecting the apartment we realized there were hardwood floors underneath. Our owner decided to remove the carpet and refinish the floors instead. This is not something that Sunrise handles, but they personally provided us with an excellent referral to do that work and it turned out really well.
Description of Work: We hired them to prepare vacant apartments doing work such as carpet cleaning, drywall work, caulking, grouting and painting to name few. We also hired them to do repairs to an existing building such as floor tiles, drywall patching, minor electrical, etc.
