+ -1 moreThey came out within 24 hours and fixed it for us, so this sick by their product and they came out on a Friday. They were very responsive and did not charge us when they came out on the weekend.
Description of Work: We used Sherlock’s Air Maintenance Co Inc. in July because the unit would not come on.

+ -1 moreRichard from Sherlock's was recommended by a friend, whose home a/c and heating he has serviced for close to 20 years. We had already had two other companies come to the house to look at our 25-year-old heater that had stopped working, but one never provided a quote. He came out right away to evaluate the situation and provided the quote within 2 days. We already knew that certain units qualified for a tax credit, and he suggested a lower-priced unit, which didn't qualify, so he looked into whether or not upgrading would be more cost-efficient, which it was. So he switched us to a better unit. The units were installed within a week of receiving the quote, and his installers removed and replaced both bad units (one on the roof, and one in the basement) in one day. When I tried the unit a couple of days later, I thought the blower was too high, and he sent his serviceman out the same day to adjust it. Now it is perfect. Plus, his price was 20% lower than our first quote. Very pleased with his response and his service. He does not take credit cards, if that is in an issue for some.
Description of Work: Replaced heating unit on roof and blower in basement.

+ -1 moreTRUSTWORTHY TO GET JOB DONE BECAUSE I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THEIR JOB. QUICK WITH WORK AND EXPERIENCED. OBVIOUSLY, THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR A LONG TIME.
Description of Work: REPLACED WORN, OVER-HEATED CONTACT, AS WELL AS DIRTY FILTER. SECURED LOOSE ELECTRICAL AS REQUIRED.
