Rodent Masters

Rodent Masters came out to give me an estimate and did a half-assed job. They checked my attics but didn't go throughout the crawlspace under the house even though that was a problematic area I pointed out. How could you possibly give me an estimate without checking out half of where the problem is? A few hours later, they sent me an estimate for $5,500 that included work I didn't even ask for, like replacing all of my ducting. None of the concern seemed to be about getting to the root of the problem -- eliminating the rats and their access to the home -- but rather about how they could make money the sale. I also did not care for what I felt were scare tactics, telling me how I wouldn't want anything getting in the ducts because of how dangerous it would be to breathe. After feeling dissatisfied with Rodent Masters' estimate, I got an estimate from All Star Animal Trapping as well. All Star was incredibly thorough going through my entire home for every possible entry point for the rats and took about an hour, compared to like 15 minutes for Rodent Masters. I ended up going with All Star instead and felt good about the price I paid and the service provided. At no point did I feel pressured into doing any work, and I feel like they were getting to the root of the problem much more. I never actually got any work done by Rodent Masters -- maybe they would have done well -- but their incomplete inspection for the estimate inspired no confidence, and their eagerness to give me a hefty quote made me feel like their biggest focus was getting money for the job rather than eradicating the problem.

The did an excellent job and at a more reasonable price by far than my other bid. But several factors affected my ranking for responsiveness and professionalism. Phone calls are not returned very promptly. Follow-up checkups are included, and I did request one once, but no one ever called back. The cleanup was not total – leaving parts of tape still on the walls after removing the protective 'drapes.' Nevertheless, the job itself was very well done and the workmen were very polite. I recommend them for that.

Having grown tired of trapping the rats and mice that get into my attic and crawlspace, I looked for a sustainable solution. Rodent Masters basically provided it. Instead of paying an exterminator every month to trap and remove the deceased, I paid these guys once to keep the pests out. They send an awesome crew wrapped-up in hazmat suits to remove the trash and old insulation from the attic and crawlspace, vacuum it with a machine the size of an SUV, and then seal all of the cracks and open areas around vents and pipes, using heavy-duty mesh, structural foam and putty. They even built an entire new rodent-proof access door for my crawlspace. Then they set traps for 3-4 weeks, checking them weekly. If there are no visitors during that time, they come back and install new R-38 insulation and you are done. It’s more money up front, but over time it’s a smart investment. Vermin carry diseases I don’t want to catch, and having their dead carcasses around is just plain nasty, even for a few days. I highly recommend these guys.

I dealt with Max and he went to my Mom's house and inspected it at length - I was fearing the worst. He called to tell me there was nothing big and certainly nothing that needed doing required payment. His inspection was free and his advice was too! He could've talked me into some kind of outrageous package - I mean, rats -- ICK. But he didn't. I really can't believe guys like him still exist. He was a pleasure to deal with and nothing but wonderful with my Mom. I hope I never need to call someone like him, but if I do, he's my only phone call.

On April I had a mayor rodent infestation in my attic. I called several companies and all them told me to clean the attic. I ended up hiring This guys. Last week i asked them to come back to do a fallow up and in their inspection, all was clear and no rodents whatsover! Thank you for your hard work and prompt response. Super recommended!

Company sent a crew of 4 guys, they spent more than 6hrs fixing and patching every opening in my roof, attic, kitchen, garage, underneath and they fixed every broken air vent around the house. Not the cheapest company but so worthy. Wife is calm and I have a piece of mind that she is happy having no rodent infestation in the house! I hope we won’t have to use never the guarantee! Thank you guys, I will recommend you for sure!

After been searching and receiving other estimates. I found Rondent Masters on Yelp, I called them to get the las quote for an Attic Clean Up and Rodent Proofing as there was a massive infestation in my Client's property. For almost half price from other quotes but not the cheapest one, this guys did an excellent clean work. The crew was very professional and friendly!. I will call them again if any of my clients have any type of Rodents issues. Thank you guys, they have no more creatures!!

They were excellent. We've had other companies like Orkin out and nobody else could take care of the problem like they could.
