Description of Work: I needed a new remote and my garage door wasn't staying closed. There was some confusion about the cost of a service call not including any service and exactly what was to be done. Although the office would not budge, Gustavo made things right. Unfortunately although he did some work on my door, I'm still having the same issues with my door.

Description of Work: I found this company on Angie's List and would recommend them highly. My job was to replace weather stripping on the sides of my garage door. It sounds simple but my door has a difference of 3'' clearance on one side and 1'' clearance on the other. Pacific found a solution, installed a new special product and fixed the off balance nature of my door.
