Did great followup and checked for additional problems at location.

Projects have involved plumbing. They were quick to respond, very polite and fair in price. They sent the same plumber for second job; I like continuity especially because Patrick is very nice about answering all of my questions and doesn't seem to mind if I watch what he does. He seems very knowledgeable. The only thing is that I needed a job involving a contractor (they said they do other jobs too) and the person they sent didn't seem to know much about how to solve problem.

Beware! Do NOT use Overland Plumbing. Ever! They are both incompetent and dishonest. We called to have Overland install a bathroom faucet set. The plumber came, installed the faucet set, and said we also needed a new water pressure regulator and that our regulator should be moved. He said the regulator cost $700 and the labor to install and move it was another $600. I told him $700 seemed really high for a regulator, but he said he would bring me the receipt. When I paid him and asked for the receipt, he said he hadnt gotten one but I could call Ferguson Plumbing Supply to confirm the price. He also said he hadnt moved the regulator but would come back and do it later (even though I had already paid him for it). After he left, I discovered he had installed the faucet handles backwards (which meant they rotated 360 degrees without stopping), and he hadnt installed the new drain stopper at all; he had left the old drain stopper in, even though it didnt work with the new faucet set. I also called Ferguson Plumbing Supply with the part number for the regulator and found out it would cost me $200 to buy (and Im sure plumbers get a discount). We called the owner of Overland Plumbing, Isaac, to complain, and he sent another plumber who managed to fix the faucet problems in two visits, but only after having to go through the first plumbers truck to find the missing drain stopper that he had taken with him. The second plumber also installed a new union on our water pressure regulator so it didnt need to be moved. Isaac said he would check into the overcharge for the regulator and get back to me. I followed up with him multiple times over the next three months, and he repeatedly said he was looking into it. At one point he sent me a list of parts the first plumber had supposedly purchased to replace and move our water regulator and said that explained the $700 charge. I sent him a picture of our water regulator and asked him to come to our house to show me where the parts on the list had been used. At that point Isaac admitted none of the parts had been used at our house and said he would send me a check for $500 (the overcharge for the regulator). Two weeks later when I hadnt received the check I followed up with him yet again. This time he said the second plumber had installed a new part (the union) that cost $150, the labor for the installation was $150, and therefore that was a $600 value (figure that out), so he didnt owe me anything. I have never posted a negative review of anyone before, but my experience with Overland Plumbing was so bad that I thought it important to post this review so others dont have the same problems that I did.

They did not know how to fix the problem. They made an excuse not to do the job. Thank goodness they did not have have price to come out

Had them switch out a broken spigot for a new one. Bought the part for me and installed it with no problems.

$150 to reset a garbage disposal. I was not able to make it turn on the bottom with the key. The flat part of a metal can top was stuck inside. The plumber got it out and restarted.

They came out on time. Our house is old so nothing is easy but the gentlemen was so friendly and worked very hard to make our plumbing g problems go away.

Have already recommended them to a neighbor! Reached out on a Sunday and heard back within an hour, scheduling an appointment for the next day. Prior to my scheduled time, they reached out again, offering me an earlier appointment, which was ideal. The tech (Tyler) called shortly before arriving to confirm when he'd be there. He quickly identified the issue with a pinhole leak in the copper pipe, replaced the corroded section, and explained why it had happened (use of improper/cheap materials by a previous plumbing installer). Tyler also explained another issue that should be repaired in the near future on the hot water heater, which has galvanized pipe connected to copper, which apparently corrodes. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and cleaned up thoroughly before departing. In addition, I found the cost of the repair to be very reasonable. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Replaced water heater supply pipe, using compatible materials--previous installer had used different materials that resulted in electrolytic corrosion. Service was reasonably prompt and courteous, explanations clear and enlightening. Pilot light went out after service, repairman came back to relight, and explain how to relight.

Fixed a leaking sprinkler pipe and replaced a garbage dispossal. He arrived quickly. Didn't hesitate when he found my problem outside in the dirt. He new how to proceed was knowledgeable and did the job. I found their prices to be reasonable and will use them again and also recommend them. After using other plumbing services and feeling over charged this was a nice surprise.
