I would highly recommend One Week Bath. I was looking for a contractor that was a full service, one stop shop and this is exactly what OWB offers. Not to mention their time frame for completing the project was a fraction of what other contractors estimated. I remodeled 2 bathrooms back to back with OWB (total gut jobs on both) and it took less than a month combined (they moved and rebuilt walls for one of the bathrooms). Moreover, just because it is quick does not mean you end up with a cheap flip. The quality of of products used is top notch and you are guided through your options. Other contractors I met with offered to give me measurements of what I would need (i.e. tile, vanity, fixtures, lighting, toilets, shower doors, etc) but I had to go out and find and purchase these things on my own. I lacked the time and experience to do this. OWB took all the guesswork out of the equation. During our initial meeting, we picked out everything right then and there (they can bring samples to you as well as choose things online). No one ever tried to sell me on something and Matt was very helpful in making the biggest impact within my budget. Prior to our initial meeting, the owner Matt suggested I look through their photo gallery on their websites and write down which bathrooms fit my style so we could be on the same page. This was great if you have a vision of what you want and if you have no idea! I was happy to see that they had done many bathrooms in the style I was aiming for. I felt like I was dealing with someone who was experienced and also excited to take on the project. I even came with some pictures of a certain flooring that I wanted and they searched until they found it, not wanting me to compromise or sell me on something else. They are busy (which probably speaks to their high customer satisfaction) so the remodels started a couple of months later. However, in the interim I could contact their design assistant with any questions or changes and communication was fast and easy. They come will all the materials needed for your project and they showed up on time every day. They are very customer service oriented because they were very accommodating to what I needed and even to minor changes I had during the process. You have a project manager there every day and then Brian oversees all the remodels happening. When the bathrooms were completed, Brian did a final walk through to see if anything needed tweaking (some things I pointed out, some things he pointed out) and it was handled promptly. Overall, I am super happy with my gorgeous bathrooms. Matt and Brian are great guys who really want to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. Brian even said he wanted to make sure I was 100% happy, not just 99%. I think that speaks volumes about the company and if any one wants to avoid the horror stories you hear about contractors, go with OWB!

Our experience with One Week Bath was tremendous, from the first phone consultation with the owner Matt, through the planning meeting, walk through, actual work, and follow up post job, was all top of the line. We were quoted 6 days to complete the job as we had included a few extra things to do and they finished in 6 days. Crews were very courteous, professional and hardworking. On site supervisor was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for any request. The finished product turned out as good or better than we could have imagined. This company is very customer focused with any minor follow up work, easily and happily taken care of. We also were recently visited by the owner, Matt, who came by months later to check on the finished product himself and even spotted a very minor issue that we couldn't see and had it taken care of the next day. I would highly recommend using this company and we have already discussed the possiblity of having them do another bathroom and possibly our kitchen at a later date.

One Week Bath does not live up to its name. When the design/sales team came to my condo there were a lot of promises of how quickly and easily things go, how their teams work so well together and how the number of bathrooms they do allows them to be efficient. There was a lot of anxiety when I mentioned wanting to wait for other bids (certainly they did not want to leave without their sale) but we eventually agreed on a price. In fairness, they did say the job could take 1 additional day based on the needs. The next step was scheduling and they could not start the job for 2 months which was disappointing. The week before the job started they notified me they would have to start the following Tuesday instead of on the scheduled Monday and offered a $200 credit for the inconvenience. While the work was going on my place was covered in a heavy layer of dust. My keys were left in a lockbox for access and one of the workers lost them at Home Depot (he had them replaced but this was not ok), it took them 2 additional days instead of the one (again they offered a $200 credit) but even then it was not finished. Existing cabinets that were to have been changed out to white had not been done, there was a lot of grout still in the shower, the shower door needed adjustments and my place was left quite dusty and dirty. I met my contact, Brian, who mentioned the problem with the existing cabinets and we agreed to just paint them to match the color instead of switching them (they adjusted the price for this) and he agreed they would clean up the grout and finish the shower door. So even after a week plus 2 days, "one week bath" was not complete. By the time they ultimately came back to finish it was a month from when they had started. Brian was nice but often times took more than a day to respond to inquiries. The team that did the work were nice but between the keys and dirtiness I did not feel were respectful of my place. In the end, One Week Bath did not live up to expectations. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

OWB spent time with me picking out fixtures, and found me the style of soaking bath I wanted. I decided to go with them, even though their price was higher, I did not have to do anything other than pick what I wanted. Not once did I have to go to a hardware store to pick up plumbing supplies or anything else, which is what I think would have happened with the other two bids I got for the job. At the outset what seemed like a simple job turned into an unexpected addition of foundational work. When OWB demoed my bathroom, they found that the floor and footing were far below what was acceptable, even in 1936, when the house was built. To OWB's credit, instead of abandoning me until I could find someone to complete the footing and concrete pad work, they found someone for me who was excellent, and who I ended up using for the room addition construction and concrete patio addition. During the entire job, OWB was extremely responsive, and was able to adjust their schedule to accommodate the additional time needed to complete the foundation work. I couldn't be happier with the bathroom. The quality of the work, and the team that did the work was extremely professional. I would definitely recommend them.

The response from the main office was inadequate.
Description of Work: This provider obstructed my driveway parking in the red area cleared marked no parking. When a called up the company to complain they defended the illegal parking and refused to apologize. This reflects poorly on their general attitude.
The crew (Terry, Robert and Oscar) was fantastic - professional, extremely competent, and friendly. They were the best installers I have ever encountered. Everything went exactly according to plan and schedule. Matt, the owner/designer, has a great knack for understanding what the client is envisioning, and turning it into a reality. I have already hired them to do a full remodel of my second bathroom.
Description of Work: "Refreshed" my full bathroom. Installed new vanity, counter, sink, faucet fixtures, light fixture, medicine cabinet, mirror and toilet. Installed new baseboards and painted. Re-glazed tile and bathtub, installed new shower fixtures and tub enclosure door.
The workers were polite, respectful, and extremely careful to minimize mess. They cleaned up completely at the end of each work day. They were always prompt. All questions were answered quickly and honestly. Indecision on my part as to design choices were handled with patience and humor. I am extremely happy with the results.
Description of Work: Lengthy design consultation with Matt (the owner) and Jennifer (his designer) to decide what fixtures to order and where to put them.Bathroom remodel included demo of built in tub and sink/cabinet unit and removal of old toilet, wall tile, linoleum flooring and built in medicine cabinet. Installment of new tub, new toilet, new sink cabinet, sconces, ceiling fan/heater/light combo, new wall tile, new built in medicine cabinet and new paint.
My bathroom remodels were such a positive and stress free experience that I hired Matt and his team to remodel my kitchen. They were patient and supportive during the planning and design model. I had little experience in remodeling and everything was explained step by step. My kitchen is fantastic and I am so happy. Everything was within budget and according to the timeframe they agreed upon. Again - the workers were sweet, thoughtful, very tidy and extremely professional. There was one tiny little thing with the framework around one cabinet that I was not completely satisfied with. Matt came out personally to inspect it and the very next day one of his crew was there to make everything right! I was so pleased. I love ONE WEEK BATH and I wish I had more kitchens and bathrooms for them to remodel. I recommend OWB and Matt Plaskoff without reservation! You can't go wrong with this guy!!
Description of Work: My experience with Matt and his entire team, start to finish, was nothing short of amazing! Everyone was courteous, knowledgable, professional and kind. I never felt pressured into any decision or to spending more than I could afford. The quality of the craftsmanship and attention to detail was superlative. I needed both of my bathrooms completely remodeled and I was thrilled with the process and the final product. The workmen came on time, cleaned up before they left and even made sure my dogs had treats (with my permission) during the day while I was at work. Both bathrooms are really gorgeous. Family and friends are full of compliments. Everything was completed within the promised timeframe and budget. I am totally delighted!

He refunded me my $1,000 and I hired another remodeler at a much lower cost, did not have to pay for materials in advance.
Description of Work: On April 26, 2012 I spent 4 hours looking through Matt Plaskoff's catalogs while his assistant typed on his laptop. He charged me $1,000 (not for design layout or printout, just agreement that he would return with contract if hired) based on his catalogs and not on my preferences and would ask for 40% down for materials advance, 35% more would be due when work would begin in July, and 25% upon completion. According to Contractors' State License Board agent Jackie Anderson, Mr. Plaskoff violated Business and Professions Codes 7159.5a3 and 7159.5a5. She requested that he make the necessary changes in his business practice because under California law it is illegal for a contractor to ask advance for more than $1,000 or 10% of cost, whichever is less, or for materials not delivered or work not yet performed.

Matt and his company did a full master bathroom remodel for us. Overall we are very happy with One Week Bath and would (and have) recommended this company to others. The workers were extremely conscientious and clean. The quality is excellent and they are honoring their warranty. Thumbs up.
Description of Work: Full bathroom remodel including steam shower.
When I called the office I was given a website to look at and choose 3 bath room designs that appealed to me. I also filled put a questionnaire to determine many facets of the job to be done. Next Matt came out and we chose the exact materials I wanted and we determined the price, the start date and all the details. On the first day workers arrived early ready to start work--they came every day at the same time and left each day at 5--they always cleaned up before they left at the end of the day. They had a small trailer on the premises with all the materials needed. My project was a bathroom which included new cabinets, tub, sinks, toilet tile on walls, floor and painting. New lights wall and ceiling and fan as well. It was completed on time left clean and well done by 6 days from start date. The extra day was due to my request of extra work being done going into a closet off the bathroom. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!~
Description of Work: I would recommend this company - it was quick 6 days--completed as asked -the owner had a workman come back out to paint a door side that had been not completed when he found out--owner cane out himself to do a follow up look when job was completed--had no problems whatsoever in dealing with this company to get work done as desired.

It ended up being a lot more work than they had thought. They did not charge me anything over what they originally quoted me. They were working with walls that weren’t true and not at right angles. It was fantastic. They were really good. I loved them. They will do a re-inspection later on where they will fix anything that would need fixed and they will address any concerns immediately. I had concerns about the fact that I had an elderly cat that has asthma and I also have asthma. They put a zipper plastic piece over the door to make sure the dust was not getting out to the rest of the house.

It was not perfect, but pretty good. They were pretty fast. They did it about as fast as they said they were going to. There was a little bit of unevenness on the counter, which they admitted to. Instead of making it even, they covered the gaps with white wash which only looked normal for a month or two.

We chose the materials and designed the backsplash. I imported the tiles from Sicily. They put in new floors and an island. They worked on the cabinets and widened the kitchen by taking half a wall out between our kitchen and den. We have pull out drawers in the island and in all the lower cabinets. It is beautiful. They did a really great job. It turned out to be everything we dreamed about and everything we had put into the planning. We have one more bathroom for them to do. You get what you pay for and they delivered exactly what we wanted. They are the best construction company we have ever encountered. They had 90% of the work completed in three weeks. The other things that needed to be completed were things that we caused to be slow; appliances, draw pulls, etc.
Description of Work: Two years ago they redid a bathroom. We were so thrilled with it that we asked them to redo our kitchen last year.

We loved the one-stop shop and "speed through planning and coordination" principles behind One Week Bath. I worked with Teresa in the office to give very detailed project specs and a design wish list for the 8' x 7' space via a survey tool and phone interview. The ball park estimate was $30,000 - $35,000 for complete remodel including design, labor, permits and materials, and about a two-week time frame. Teresa was very responsive and gracious in her responses, interactions and customer service. We had gotten about 5 quotes from various contractors who did our neighbors' bathrooms and from Angie's List, and this price range came in on the very high end. We end-up going with another Angie's List vendor that is well-reviewed, for a lot less, albeit with a three-week time frame. If we are ever in a position where price would not matter so much, we would consider One Week Bath for a job, because the bathrooms that they do look amazing, and I have to admit - buying/sourcing materials on our own, and finding out that they do not coordinate/work well in sync with each other in our current remodel IS a big hassle.
Description of Work: Obtained an estimate to completely redo a family bathroom - tear down to studs, moving toilet, converting from single sink to double sinks, and consolidating two windows into one larger one.

About a year ago, I hired OWB to redo our 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms had a lot of specialty items that I wanted installed, such as a freestanding copper bathtub. I was worried that they wouldn't be able order and install this type of thing, but I was wrong! They ordered and did a great job of installing everything I had on my list ( it was a long one). Needless to say ,both of the bathrooms turned out beautifully, and the whole process of working with Matt Plaskoff and his team was one of the best experiences ever! Brian, the project manager was great, and always right there when I had a question or a concern. They even have a great design team that helps you decide where everthing should go. We were so impressed that we hired them to remodel out kitchen a year later! I had heard so many horror stories about kitchen remodels that I was a bit nervous. Well, the kitchen is done, and is absolutely gorgeous! Without any drama! I'm so happy we hired Matt and his wonderful team, it is obvious to me that they really care about the quality of service they give to their customers. They go above and beyond all of my expectations. I will be hiring them again if there is anything else to remodel!
Description of Work: Complete remodel of our kitchen, with a small laundry room addition. Also 2 bathroom remodels about a year ago.
Having gone through TWO major bathroom remodels with OneWeekBath (OWB), I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, unless they love aggravation, delays and promises not kept. While OWB ultimately can (and did) deliver a beautiful bathroom, in order to get to that end product, I had to put up with the following problems before the project was done: * False and misleading promises; * Delay after delay (with no rational reason, other than they repeatedly underestimated the time it will take) * Phone calls, texts, and e-mails that went unanswered for days; * One excuse after another for their mistakes and delays (and rarely an acknowledgment that anything was their fault...it always seemed to be someone else who was the cause, with OWB defending themselves, rather than admitting their mistakes) * Weeks of headaches during construction; * Damaged property (including broken tiles and cracked walls in the neighboring room during the demolition (which was never fixed properly), and also construction debris dropped through the bathroom floor, into the garage, and onto my new car -- causing more than $2,500 in damage); * Very poor responsiveness from OWB management, including no replies for days (or weeks) on resolving problems (allegedly while they "thought about things"); * Multiple mistakes made during the construction (requiring significant portions of the work to be done over again, or someone to come out and fix it) ; * Reneging on promises (including an e-mail promise of a $200/day credit for the late completion date, which was later repudiated by OWB's owner Matt); * Multiple Building and Safety inspections that failed because OWB chose not to follow applicable Code, and hid problems from the inspector (including most recently increasing the size of the tub access panel -- at the Inspector's order -- but instead, they simply hid the access panel under a larger cover plate...and they got caught, causing the final inspection to fail them again, and ordered them to be fined) Having used OWB's services now for two separate jobs, I know that the problems we had on the first job (Dad's bathroom) were not an exception or aberration....it simply seems to be the way that the owner (Matt Plaskoff) and his company work, and thus not surprisingly, we experienced problem after problem during our own bathroom remodel as well. The problems we first had with OWB at our father's house were so serious at times that I could not actually believe they were happening: * finishing 50% later than promised; * workers who damaged Dad's property (but tried to hide that fact from us); * OWB's failure to order the correct cabinets on time (and not telling us until the day before completion), forcing them to install an ugly temporary cabinet instead (and then having to come back AGAIN in a few weeks to replace it with the correct cabinet) * spraying of heavy-duty chemicals without any advanced notice to us (and without turning off the air conditioning, which spread the fumes throughout the rest of the house). After these problems at our dad's, we considered canceling our bathroom remodel with OWB (but we had been assured by the owner, Matt Plaskoff, that this was an abberation and he would "stay on top of things" so that we wouldn't have similar problems. It was also too late from a contractual perspective, and we would have had to pay too much to get out of the contract -- so we were stuck dealing with OWB and all the same problems we had on the first job. You should note that OWB has a "gimmick" that they can complete an entire bathroom in just one week ). Unfortunately, based on what they told me, I don't think they've finished a bathroom within one week in many years...our Dad's bathroom was scheduled ro be 8 business days, yet it took 12 days to finish (which doesn't include weekends and thus means it was over three weeks). Our Master Bathroom was supposed to be done in three weeks, but it took 4 full weeks to be usable, and still required multiple re-vitis by OWB to finish things up. Throughout the process, when problems with the Project Manager Brian's oversight got out of hand, I contacted the owner Matt, and was assured that he "got it" and would get on top of things. I think that major underlying issue is that OWB, and it's owner Matt, seem to view the "project" to be all-important (not the clients' individual needs), and they don't seem to understand that there are actual people who are their customers (and who are paying a significant premium for their supposedly "fast" service and who are living through the mistakes and misleading promises of the staff). Based on my experience, they seem to think that -- as long as their people are hustling to get the "project" done -- then it doesn't matter what the customer really thinks or if his problems are getting the attention they deserve.. How wrong I was for believing OWB's owner!!!...I was lulled into a false sense of security that the initial problems with our father's bathroom were aberrations and that he would be looking out for me. Bottom line with OneWeekBath: only hire them if you like to pay people lots of money to be unresponsive, mislead you, break your personal property, and give you endless headaches. On the other hand, if you want contractors that will listen to you and stand behind what they create, then find someone other than One Week Bath (there are too many other good contractors out there to waste your money on these guys gimmick of fast responsive remodelers. I don't think they've completed a bath in One Week in many years.
Description of Work: We contracted with OneWeekBath to completely remodel: (a) our father's bathroom (to make it more accessible for seniors/reduced mobility); and (b) our own Master Bathroom (to add a bathtub, relocate shower, and create new walk-in closet) including gutting the place down to the studs, and rebuilding everything.

Response from One Week Bath
This client was referred to us by one of our favorite repeat clients. We were initially called out to design and build a bathroom for this client and after our initial call; I personally went to his home with my design assistant to do the design. We spent over four hours designing, specifying and pricing the remodel. When we were done, he said he wanted to wait and he would be back in touch when he was ready. Some time passed and his Dad, had had some terrible falls. It was clear to him that he needed someone to come in and convert his Dad’s unsafe and less functional tub-shower bathroom into a more functional shower only situation. We met at his Dad's home and spent over 4 hours designing and pricing the project. When we were done, I even gave his Dad a small discount as he was referred by one of our clients – his son. We were really excited about creating a more usable space for him. The project was complicated and we explained to them that it would take us 8 working days. This is what we agreed to and signed off on (a common occurrence for bathrooms that require special features or do not conform to our standard one-week turn around). We organized the project, ordered the materials and scheduled for the installation date. As promised, we showed up with our crew and our materials and began the project. We were asked to communicate through our client's assistant, and we did so. During construction, we did have some issues. The first was that a utility cabinet that we had thought was delivered was not. This cabinet was not integral to the use of the bathroom as it was not part of the sink area but nevertheless, we did make a mistake and so we purchased, at our expense, a temporary cabinet to install until the actual one ordered came in. We subsequently installed the correct cabinet once the job was finished. The chemicals that were sprayed were simply a texture and primer that we use on almost every bathroom and we know to be safe for interior use. Other things not mentioned in the review were: 1) We accidentally broke a pedestal sink taking it out (it unfortunately happens) and so we paid for and installed an approved alternate. No cost to the owner. 2) We did finish 2 days late, and paid the client the promised $200 per day 3) We installed additional grab bars at no charge to the client 4) We installed a protective line and film on the shower door after the project was complete per the client’s request. Although there were some issues on the project, the quality was outstanding, it passed final inspection and although we ran late by 2 days (and paid for it) we were still able to accomplish in 10 days what most builders take 4-6 weeks to accomplish. After his father's bathroom was complete, the client then asked that I come back and redesign his bathroom as he was interested in having us to that. I personally worked with him to insure all details. After one meeting at our office and another 4 hour meeting at the home, we agreed on a design and price. As a matter of information, this bathroom was a very large (over 200 square feet) steam shower bathroom with a sauna and closet in it. The goal was to create a new walk in closet accessible off of the master bathroom, remove the sauna, move the shower across the room and add a large soaking tub. This is the type of project that most contractors would take 8 + weeks to do. Time was important to our client and we agreed we could do this in 15 working days including the wall reconfiguration. One of the important parameters in our system is that all decisions must be made prior to construction. This is the reason we take the time to painstakingly go through all details with the client. It is true that this bathroom ran over by 3 days but we contend that the reason for this is a change to the tub that the client made during construction. When I designed the bathroom with our client, I actually measured his body sitting on the floor so that I could make the best tub recommendation for the space. I also invited him to our warehouse to sit in a tub of similar model. The tub he sat in was a 5’ tub not a 6’ tub as he had ordered. I explained that the tub would be 4” wider and 12” longer and he agreed that that would work for him. When the tub arrived, he did not like it. This was a huge challenge for us as we were currently deep into the project. Brian, our VP of Ops, worked with the client for several days and even over the weekend to determine a tub that would work and that we could get without huge job delays. I got involved and we were able to have a custom tub made (we paid the rush charge out of our pocket) and delivered to the site prior to completion. The challenge was that the deck had to be reconfigured to accommodate it, putting us behind. Our agreement is clear and signed by all that if a change is made during construction (also outlined on our change order form), the promise to finish on time is negated. Even though this was signed by all, and we did finish 3 days late on a 3 week project we still gave the client a 4 day credit of $800 against his final invoice. We absolutely did not renege on our promise. In fact, we paid more than what was agreed upon. Also in our agreement, is a specific note that heavy glass custom frameless shower doors can take from 1-2 weeks to get due to the fact that they must be measured from the finished tile. Brian was able to, even with limitations on site access, get the door measured AND installed within 3 days of completion. In regards to property damage, there was some damage to the car that was in the garage below the bathroom we were remodeling. We should have asked him to move the car out but did not expect that an access panel, not installed by us, would come lose and fall on his car. We took responsibility and paid nearly $3,000 for car repair and rental car. The damage to the adjacent bathroom was not due to our work. We explained to the client that the floor was originally laid improperly and would continue to have tiles popping until it was completely removed and replaced. Again this was not a bathroom that we were working in or occupying, this issue was due to something beyond our control. In regards to inspections, the first inspection was failed due to the fact that the inspector could not test the home’s smoke detectors without setting off the alarm. In addition, we had to purchase and install one required unit due to a lack of required smoke detectors in the client's home. We went out of our way to purchase and install this and work around the alarm system (at no cost to the client even though our agreement indicated we were not responsible for these). The tub access door was installed incorrectly (the drywall was not cut large enough) by one of our installers and we were not fined but had to pay an additional trip charge for the re-inspection. We did this at our cost. When a client says we don’t put the client’s needs first, it’s simply not true. It would have been easier and less expensive to find a stock tub or say “sorry, that’s what you ordered”. It would have been easier and less expensive to install the shower door in the 1-2 weeks as promised in the agreement. It would have been easier and less expensive to stick to the agreement and not pay $800 for being 3 days late. It would have been easier and less expensive for us to let our client handle his own smoke detectors and come back for an inspection when they were installed. We all care very much about our clients and what we do. I can’t say that we’ve never made mistakes. We are all human. However, we have never walked away from responsibility and are always striving for a solution that meets out client’s needs. One Week Bath is NOT a gimmick. We are very pleased when we encounter a bathroom that fits our base model. In the past, we had turned down projects that would take even a day longer and certainly, a project like this one, but clients asked us to provide the service and were very pleased that we could do in 6 or 7 or 8 days what other would take 4-5 times as long to do. We offer the service to fill a need and quite frankly, after nearly 1,800 bathrooms built, this is a surprising ending to an otherwise successful beautiful project. Thank You, Matthew D. They gave a quote on the phone and said they didn't need to come and see the bathroom. They also didn't seem amenable to working with what I wanted to leave--they just wanted to do a total renovation. I was able to find a contractor to work with what I wanted to leave in place, at less than half the cost quoted by One Week Bath.
Description of Work: None, did not use them.

The pricing was a little high possibly but worth it. They did a great job. They were very service oriented and flexible. They did quality work. If you want somebody that will accommodate customer's desires without complaining that would be One Week Bath. They were very good at following up. They were very accommodating with changes or whatever needs to be done.

We got what every homeowner prays for and almost never receives. ADVANCE PLANNING: Matt and his team (Brian & Lisa) came to our home and during a two hour session showed us a broad selection of bathroom materials. First we sorted out the budget and then we worked through many combinations of floor tiles, shower tiles, toilet, tub and shower combinations, accents, fixtures, cabinets (types of wood, colors, etc.), fittings and paint colors until we got the look we wanted. MATERIALS ASSEMBLY: All materials that would be necessary to remodel the bathroom were pre-assembled at One Week Bath?s warehouse before the job began. No loose ends. No ?we have to wait for the part? B.S. PROJECT: We needed some ceiling demo and coved ceiling plaster work done as well as move some plumbing which added a couple of days to the project. They quoted 8 working days, finished in 7. The crew supervised by Brian was the same crew every day, so everyone knew the project and his place in it. They were on time, every time. They set up a trailer with tools and materials, a dumpster and port potty in the street in front of our home without inconveniencing any of our neighbors. They were extremely protective of our possessions, floors, walls, doorways, etc. Every day they set up protective dust barriers and floor coverings and every night they took everything down and cleaned so you would never know they had been there if you didn't look in the bathroom. Every day, they made sure our house was immaculate inside and out as well as around the dumpster (which our neighbors even commented on). We got absolutely everything we hoped for, so much so that they will begin remodeling our kitchen this Monday, November 8th.
Description of Work: Remove, relocate and replace 1940's tub, shower, toilet, vanity, sink, floor and tiles.

We were so happy to be a part of your bathroom transformation. Thank you for the glowing remarks. We wish you years and years of enjoyment with your new bathroom. Gratefully, Matt Plaskoff, President
They started on the day they promised to start on and guaranteed the project would take 8 days. The project actually took 10 days, but in their contract, they reimburse $200/day for every day overdue. So we were discounted $400. They cleaned up after themselves every night and were responsive to concerns throughout the project. I would definitely use them again and recommended them to friends who have been very happy with their work, as well. Their pricing is a little high from the other estimates I received, but it's really well worth it because of the customer service and absolute efficiency of their operation. Plus they do really good work. We've had other construction projects with other contractors that seemed to drag on and on, but OWB really works like a well-oiled machine...and that SO made it worth it.
Description of Work: Complete master bathroom remodel. We gutted the room, down to the studs. OWB demo'ed and installed everything new...plumbing, electrical, custom flooring and tile work, solid wood shaker style cabinets, black granite counters, chrome Kohler fixtures, white Kohler under-mounted sinks and comfort height toilet, custom recessed medicine cabinets (that look like hanging picture mirrors), crown molding, repainting, and additional recessed lighting. They modified one cabinet to accommodate our kitty litter box so that it was hidden from view...they even put in a custom kitty door! They replaced a toilet and sink for us in another bathroom for cost, which was very nice.

Excellent. Matt, the owner, helped walk us through the design process. He guided us through the process of choosing tile, cabinetry, paint, fixtures and various details of the new bathroom. He brought all tile, paint, and cabinetry samples to us--no running around needed to be done by us! Demolition and construction started exactly on schedule and the job was completed a day earlier than promised. Final cost exactly as estimated. The team Matt chose to do the job were professional, punctual every day, considerate of our family's schedule and needs, polite, and neat. They cleaned up every day, leaving our master bedroom livable during the remodel. The final product is beautiful. The whole experience was great. We can't wait to get One Week Bath back to remodel our two other bathrooms.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of master bathroom and dressing area. Demolished existing shower and bath, removed sinks and cabinets, modified wall that separated the bathroom from the extra sink and dressing area, sealed original door to walk-in closet and cut new door opening and installed door at opposite end, built new wall to create large walk-in shower, cut opening and installed new bathroom door, installed claw foot tub, painted, tiled, installed new toilet, sinks, bathroom cabinets, fixtures. They completely changed the footprint of the original master bath.
