I worked with Matt, the owner of the company, to design my bathroom. He brought samples of tile, vanity styles, hardware etc. and I selected what I wanted. We scheduled the work date several months out to allow for them to order all the materials. A few days before the job started the electrician came out to do the necessary wiring. The first morning of the job, and every day thereafter, the friendly and professional crew came out. They taped off other areas of the house and floor to protect from construction dust. They finished the job one day ahead of their original nine day schedule. Everyone who sees my new bathroom thinks it's beautiful and the quality of everything is superb.

A designer from One Week Bath came to my home with samples and ideas for remodeling my master bathroom. Within 3 hours the bathroom was completely designed from top to bottom (tile flooring, custom wood cabinets, counter top, sink, claw-footed tub, fixtures, faucets, paint colors...). A fair budget was agreed upon and a contract was signed. It was understood that due to the particulars of this bathroom - the job would take an extra week to complete. Everything was ordered and 5 weeks later the work began. The job was completed exactly as contracted - on time and on budget. It was an absolutely positive experience from start to finish. The work was done with care and precision. The workmen were courteous and delightful to work with. The fact that this remodel took only 2 weeks rather than possibly 3 months or more can not be measured. And, the bathroom is beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend using One Week Bath.

Design consultation was excellent and they had a wide selection of fittings, appliances, etc. Work was well done and they NOMINALLY completed within their 1 week schedule. The schedule was less important to us, which was fortunate since the whole process took more than 2 months. They failed to notice that the standard mounting height for the shower diverter valve was too high for my wife to reach. Finding, obtaining and installing the replacement took the rest of the time. They also had a problem with getting the city permit due to miscommunication which also took 2 months to resolve. The bathroom looks great and everything works well now. Their self-imposed 1 week schedule imposes a very heavy load on their craftsmen which increases the chances of things going wrong. The work was actually completed on Sunday evening by an exhausted, very hard-working staff member; he deserves better.

They have not done work yet, but so far I am very pleased with them. They were very up front about the work that they could not due, which was electrical. We really appreciated their honesty.

This was a bad experience from start to finish. We paid a premium to get it done fast only to have it take as long as a custom bath -- and it is definitely not custom quality. Number one problem with the company -- no quality control. We are still trying to get a final sign-off on the job but cannot get a call back. Would not recommend.

Just make sure your "one week" doesn't end on a holiday weekend. My "one week" ended on July 4 weekend, and workers left me with a bulbless, non-operative light fixture and no handles on the sink. When I contacted the supervisor, who was out of town and knew nothing of this, he advised where I might go buy the special light bulbs myself. I bought them, only to find there was no electricity going to the fixture. The port-a-potty remained in my front yard over a week after the "one week" ended. The design was bad, the sink cabinet off center. The designer, who morphed from a dream to a nightmare, disappeared from the company soon after my "one week." All these things were fixed, but it took months. It seems that while they will fix things, I was a low priority after my week was over. It has been eight months since my "one week," and there is still finish work not completed. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. WE HAD A VERY GOOD REPORT WITH THEM. EVERYBODY WAS HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY WERE ALL VERY NICE, VERY COURTEOUS, AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY WERE BUSY AT THE TIME. WE HAD TO WAIT ON CERTAIN THINGS TO COME IN, BUT THAT'S NORMAL.
