On arrival, plumber said that it would be an additional $200.00 each for the two installations, which I declined to pay. The plumber left, no work was performed.

g Tony was clean, courteous and honorable. I had to call him back for a minor repair and he was prompt and made good on the repair. I also called him again several months later for something else and he responded and did not charge me. I highly recommend his service. I will definitely use him again.

Tony was great. He showed up on time and was very professional. He quoted me $167.00 over the phone and replaced my under sink hotwater system, including the faucet. While he was was under there he found a leaking line from another appliance and replaced it. He even took a look at my Grohe broken faucet, told me it had a lifetime warranty and said I could call them for a replacement. He left everything clean and dry and still charged me exactly what he quoted me on the phone $167.00 I'm having him come back and flush out my tankless water heater. Great job, Tony.

This is my second time using National Plumbing. My experience was so good the first time, I called him back to re-plumb under my kitchen sink and install a new garbage disposal. As before, he was right on time. His estimate was fair. He was very professional, efficient and neat. I would definitely use his services again.

I originally called Tony to add a new water line/bib to the side yard of our house. But between the time he came out to quote and the actual job date, my husband noticed that our crawl space had an abundance amount of lint. I called Tony to see if he could repair or replace our dryer vent as well . When he came to the house to do the original job, Tony gave me an estimate for a new hard dryer vent for the crawl space. This was a huge fire hazard. I am so happy with the work Tony and Jose did. I can now dry my clothes and not worry of a fire.

The first visit was for a tankless water heater cleaning. Unfortunately, this revealed a problem with my system as it had been installed by another plumber. Tony and Armen were able to diagnose and correct this rather complex problem, and my system now works flawlessly. The second visit was a more routine call to clean a drain and replace a shower cartridge. Again, all done with superior skill; and I might add, with a very good level of communication and courtesy.

I told the whole story in the section where I was asked to detail services performed, but am now being asked to tell the story again in this section, so I'm going to fudge and say "refer to the section above" and hope I get away with it!

We have a split level house and normally after snaking the kitchen the bathroom sink downstairs fills up with water. I had checked the sink while Tony was cleaning out the pipe and all was clear. After Tony left I went downstairs and saw that the sink had filled with black gunk. I called the office and they had Tony call me right back. Within ten minutes He was back with a smile on his face and very cheerful. The problem was quickly solved. Tony did a great job and I would highly recommend him.

It went great. Tony and his crew got here right on time and got right to work. They dug out excavation pits at both ends of the pipe installation and were careful about saving grass and keeping the dirt on a tarp. Tony explained everything and showed me exactly what they were doing. When the old pip was fully exposed, they removed a section for me see how full of roots it was. The new pipe went in with nary a hitch. We were very happy with Tony and his crew and would be happy to have him handle out future plumbing needs.

I have worked with Tony over the past few months having him taking care of a few plumbing jobs and he earned my business by being on time and available. I needed a new sewer line installed at my home and Tony's bid was very competitive. He has a great knowledge of plumbing and is very fair on pricing. He took care of the sewer line replacement job in one day. He is very thorough and explains the process. I will be calling him again in the future for any plumbing problems. I highly recommend his services.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and answered my questions. The area was as clean when he left as when he came to do the work. I would not hesitate to call again for a plumbing problem.

I called to set an appointment and it was easy to get a time I wanted. Tony came on time and was very courteous and professional. He looked at my tankless and saw I was missing the service ports for my maintenance. He even showed me a diagram of what it should look like and I was disappointed that my installer (some other company) didn't do that. Tony said he would fix it for a what i considered a reasonable price. (I forgot the cost so I did not include it in this review) Tony got to work and the whole maintenance process seemed easy to do myself if I had all the equipment. He had a pump in a bucket with a biodegradable solution cleaner in a bucket to circulate through the hoses. The maintenance took about an hour and he was out of there. During that time he was good guy to talk to about any other problems I had with plumbing and his take on it. I'd definitely use him again and for other plumbing needs. He even handed out a nice emergency contact phone list fridge sticker for other types of emergencies.

Tony is great...very professional, punctual, & does superior work. This is the second time I've had him work on my house in the last month. I will definitely use him again.

Tony and his team did an A+ job. I had a serious leak in the bathroom with old and brittle pipe running throughout the house. Tony offered to repair the leak, but due to the poor quality pipe, he recommended repiping the whole house. He did not pressure me whatsoever as to which way to go, which I really appreciated. Ultimately, I decided to go with the repipe. He gave me a quote for both PEX and copper, again with no pressure. I chose copper and he used the higher grade L type without me even having to ask for it. Other plumbers told me it would take 6 days to do a repipe job. Tony and his team did it in one day! More importantly, they did a very neat job, with minimal cuts to the drywall and everything they did was done with intelligence, courtesy, and fairness. Tony even let me borrow two blower fans to dry out the area where the leak occurred. I would definitely recommend National Plumbing to anyone who needs an honest, fair, and highly competent plumber.

It's never a happy day when there's a plumbing problem, but at least we have Angie's List. I chose National Plumbing due to the extremely favorable reviews, and my expectations were met and then some. I called the answering service to make an appointment. Tony called back right away and gave me a basic estimate on the work I needed. On the day of the appointment, Tony arrived on time. He very politely introduced himself and presented his card as he entered our home. He put on shoe protectors (a very nice touch!) and then checked out the bathroom.He confirmed the estimate and then got to work. He worked quickly and very cleanly--easily the most fastidious plumber I've ever met. He completed the clearing of the lavatory drain and the valve stem replacement quickly, but ran into some difficulty with the bathtub drain. However, he kept at it. He finally discovered that one of the pipes under the house had such a severe curve that the snake would not fit through. He recommended that to fully fix the problem, that the pipe had to be replaced. He even took a picture of it with his cell phone, to show me what was wrong. He gave me an estimate for that work, but we both agreed we would wait on that work. During his visit, he noticed that one of the pipes near the water shut-off valve outside the house was leaking. I told him it always leaked, but I didn't know why. Turns out the pressure regulator that controls the pressure throughout the house, was bad! The pressure was 3 times what it should be. He gave me an estimate on that work, I agreed and he also completed it the same day. Unfortunately, the snaking of the bathtub drain didn't work, so Tony came back again about a week later and replaced the pipe under the house, and also replaced the overflow and drain on the bathtub. He brought a helper for that job. He very generously credited the cost of the previous snaking so the price was very manageable. The bathtub now drains beautifully and plus we have a new overflow and drain too! I can say that I would not hesitate to call Tony back should the need arise. He is courteous, clean, competent, honest and very professional in every way. He shows up when scheduled, and responds quickly to phone calls (through his service). Lastly, he also offers a warranty (varies on the type of job), so you know that if something happens, he will stand behind his work. Thanks Tony, for the great work!!

He was prompt, efficient and told me of a gas leak that I should get fixed by the Gas Company ASAP. I was happy with the services and I would use him again for plumbing if the need arose. I was glad to make the acquaintance of this nice tradesman.

Couldn't be any happier with his professionalism, punctuality, & sweet demeanor. He explained everything & showed the before & after results of his workmanship. He was very neat & clean & left the kitchen in a tidy fashion - He even wore shoe booties! My old plumber just got replaced by Tony Sarkisyan.

Tony arrived on time to fix our sewer problem. Very professional, knowledgable, friendly. Spoke to us about the problem in layment's term. Problem solved. We plan to have our pipes replaced, they are the original clay from 1060's, at the end of the month

Tony and his crew showed up at the time stated. His crew went to work and replaced old pipes with new copper pipe along with relocation of irrigation equipment so that it looked nice. Tony and his people were very courtious and worked efficinetly. At the completion of the work, Tony explained in detial all of the work that was performed. I recommend him to other people and have used him for other work. His prices are fair and the work is excellent.

I've used National Plumbing before and have always been extremely satisfied. Tony and Arman, my service technicians were SO PROFESSIONAL. They honored the estimate for fixing the bath drain even though it eventually required many hours underneath my house in the crawl space to fix. They are extremely neat and always clean up after their work.This company always accommodates a rush call without extra charge and I can't recommend them enough.
