Tony and his crew did a first rate job. Couldn't be happier.

Tony arrived on time with his assistant, checked out all of our plumbing problems, and gave us quotes on how much it would cost to fix each one. We agreed on a time for him to come back and make all of the repairs, and when I later had to change the time he was very accommodating. Tony arrived on time to do the work and he worked quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was doing to me, told me why he was making the choices that he was making, and in every case the item that he fixed worked as well or better than before. He found several small things while working that needed small adjustments and/or fixing and he dealt with them without extra charges. Tony is extremely knowledgable, skilled, and experienced. He is a great communicator, his prices are fair, and he takes pride in his work--HE would not be satisfied if any of the fixtures upon which he worked was not in 100% perfect operating order when he was done. I will never use another plumber and I have been telling all of my friends about National Plumbing.

According to my wife, he showed up on time, checked the sink, then checked the main sink, couldn't find any problem with either of them, was very polite and charged her $35 service charge, about a third of what our normal plumber would charge. Even without having fixed anything, we'd definitely call him again.

He was very knowledgeable about what was needed and did a great job.

Tony was great. During our initial phone conversation I explained what I thought the problem was and what I wanted him to quote on. When Tony arrived he actually looked at where the problem was and told us he would not recommend my suggested solution. He told us two things. The current toilet we have us broken (none of the other plumbers we had at the house even checked the toilet.) He recommended a new toilet instead of the 20k job we had been told was necessary. Based on his candor and professionalism, we will definitely do business with Tony and National Plumbing.

We had been using another plumber for many years. He was becoming very expensive & always told us how hard the job was going to be not matter what it was. I found Tony on Angie's list. He came out the very next day to give me a estimate to re pipe a bathroom. The job was done in the next couple of days. I have had Tony out at my house at least 3 more times. I would recommend him very highly!

I called the plumber on the phone and told him what I needed an estimate for and he agreed to come out and do the estimate. When he showed up, I again told him what I needed the estimate for and he said he didn't have the proper equipment to do it.

There isn't a bad thing to say about this vendor. Response time was prompt and repairs were offered to be done at the same time as the quote. I was interested in purchasing a tankless water heater for a rental unit, but once we discussed the plans, I was offered a cheaper solution and one that was as efficient as my original plan. I will definitely use National Plumbing as my preferred plumber for this property going forward.

It went extraordinarily well. It was really complicated work and when I cam home at 9pm at night he was still working. He put little booties on when he came in to my house. The guy really is amazing.

Have had a longstanding problem with tree-roots growing into a sewer line, that has needed to be cleaned every year or two. Noticed a drain backup on this particular day, and contacted a 'drain cleaning expert' who was advertising locally for a $49.00 service. This 'expert' came around noon on Friday 9/6/13, attempted to clear the drain using video camera and rooter, pronounced the sewer line "COLLAPSED", and proposed immediate excavation of our front hillside, including digging a big hole into my driveway, as the ONLY POSSIBLE SOLUTION to this EMERGENCY SITUATION, at a cost of $2500 to $3000. I called Tony, having used his service a few years before, and AM I GLAD I DID!! Here's how it went. #1. He came out that very afternoon---on a super hot (at least 100 degrees) Friday at 6pm--didn't charge a premium for the lateness of the call either. #2 He quickly and carefully ran his own assessment with video camera and rooter---found tree roots blocking the line, removed them to open the drain, and then gave us several options to think about for continued management of this problem for the future. NO COLLAPSED PIPE. NO GIANT HOLE IN MY DRIVEWAY OR EXCAVATION OF MY HILLSIDE. Options included yearly cleanouts as we were doing, vs hydro-jetting with a longer warranty period, vs various options for removal of a portion of the old line and insertion of an inner sleeve to keep the line open guaranteed for 15 years. Non of these options had to be done immediately, but could be scheduled in advance, at our convenience. He also provided us with a DVD of the before and after video he took, so that we had absolute proof of the status of the drain problem on that day. Today--2 1/2 weeks later--the drain is working fine and we are making plans for a more long-lasting solution to be done under controlled circumstances, THANK YOU TONY---WE'LL BE IN TOUCH SOON---YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!

I got this company from Angie's List and they guy that came out was excellent. I was very impressed with him.

We found that the people who put in our sewer line following the earthquake did not bury the line low enough. Tony put in the line correctly and even connected it to our sprinkler system in the back. He was organized, neat, courteous, well-mannered, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Everyone he brought with him was very professional also, and I would highly recommend them.

He was very responsive (I called him on Saturday and he came out on Monday evening) and did the work himself with a helper. He was pleasant, friendly, helpful, and gave me choices on what work I wanted done. I also thought his price was reasonable.

He was great. I thought he was very knowledgeable and gave me good recommendations on what my options were. He was good at explaining the different options and I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me. he also worked cleanly and wore booties.

I bought the coupon which specified 1/2" pipe and, of course, I had 3/4" service so I had to pay more. Nevertheless, the work was done quickly, cleanly and to my satisfaction.

There's nothing I didn't like about them. They were thourough, curteous, gave accurate estimate, and did excellent work. He made sure that we received one of the top of line water heaters and had excellent product knowledge.

Tony was very professional and punctual. We are very happy with the work he did and his work ethic. We will use him again.

Waste of time find someone else

Excellent. He came on time. Was friendly, knowledgable and quoted me the discounted price advertised on Angie's website. He fixed the drain and it now works great.

They showed up on time. And they had accurate quotes. I had to call the guy back to take care of something else, and he came back and didn't even charge me. Very friendly, straightforward, and professional.

Tony arrived on time, between 1-2pm on Saturday as agreed. He spent time assessing the issue, making sure that the pipe I showed him that needed the regulator installed was indeed the correct one. It was a smaller diameter then usual (1/2" instead of 3/4"). When confirmed, he quoted the price, which was reasonable, and asked if we can schedule the time the following week for him or one of his techs to come out and do it. Then he decided to check his truck, see if he might have the parts needed. It's just so happened that he did. He then proceeded to do the work, and completed it in about an hour. I also asked for his advise about the problem with the sink faucet that I have, and he provided options for that as well. Tony was very professional, knowledgeable, on time and on budget. I don't hesitate to recommend him highly to anyone in the need of an honest and skilled plumber.
