+ -1 moreVery unhappy with my experience. Quoted me one price then completely changed it after I showed up to get my car. He made go buy the material myself as well. When I asked him how he got his labor price, he completely made up the numbers: "my guys worked on your car for four weeks at $75 an hour". When I told him that comes to $13,500, he didn't know what to say. Lied to me constantly and gave me poor quality work as well. Look at the zipper that was installed on each seat. How does a custom upholsterer give this kind of a job?

Description of Work: Morro Auto Interiors replaced the leather upholstery on the middle console armrest of my 2008 Acura RDX.

Morro has done two additional jobs for us on the same product and we just wanted to report that the quality of his work is consistently excellent. You should see what he can do with auto interiors! Wow! Every time we visit his shop we see amazing cars that are in for major interior work, right next to pieces of furniture waiting to be upholstered! Great guy, great work, reasonable prices.
Description of Work: Upholstery for two prototypes of a piece of fitness equipment with a curved, cushioned top.

+ -1 moreMorro's did an excellent job for us, especially since this was a tiny order compared to the major work they generally do on auto interiors. They came up for a way to tailor the upholstered top we needed which was far nicer than what we had envisioned, at a very fair price.
Description of Work: Morro's was recommended to us by another Angie's List favorite of ours, Heartwood Industries, a woodworking shop with whom we have done business. Heartwood had prototyped a new fitness product for us which needed a cushioned and upholstered top.
