First contacted them in early May to host my company's email and simple eight-page website. That was fine, but they did have difficulty responding to emails and phone calls. Later they agreed to do a project to update my website. They started and I paid a 1/3 deposit on July 26, 2010. I was promised that the project would be completed in a few days.Through constant delays, missing their sef-emposed deadlines, not reponding to emails and phone calls, and an attitude that there is no issue, they only did a part revision with extensive errors. The last time they communicated with me was on September 21, 2010 when they promised job completion on October 1, 2010. After that promise, no further work or communication was received from anyone at MJM. Since then I have secure my website and design through another service that was completed in less than 72 hours.I am seeking to have my deposit to MJM returned through legal means.

The person that came was very professional and efficient. I would use them again.

He was extremely professional and pleasant. He didn't try to sell me anything, but advised me of what I could do in the future. He wasn't pushy at all. He has a standard price of $99.99 to come to your house, but I felt that was a bargain compared to other places I'd called! I would hire him again in a heartbeat. My computer now works like a charm!
