Great - I as not sure whether or not my 17-year old washer was worth repairing or not. A service all told me quickly that the cost of the repair would be almost as great as purchasing a new machine.

Excellent!!!! I can't say enough great things about this company, especially the technician, Ilya who came out to do the replacement. Extremely knowledgable, skilled and conscientious, it was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. It's a family business, with Polina in the office and Vitali, the owner, it was such a pleasure to know an honest company, that strives to do their best for their customers. I will call them for all my appliance needs!!

It went very well, he came three times, always on time, clean and really nice. It just takes time to troubleshoot and then wait to see if it works, so the three times was perfectly reasonable, and it was all within a week, which was awesome, especially since it was Fourth of July week!I would highly recommend Barry.

Great to have a working dishwasher again! I purchased a high-end Kitchen Aid dishwasher from Pacific Sales two years ago. I had previously called Lerman to repair my washing machine and refrigerator. At that time, I told the repairman that the top rack in my dishwasher was falling off its rails and I had already replaced the plastic parts holding it in place myself. This second plastic set also broke. The rack was so low that the blade didn't spin and the dishwasher was effectively only a dishdryer. He told me to order metal replacement parts. I did so and then called for Lerman to install. The repairman was on time, very knowledgeable, extremely thorough and very polite.

Basic problem, drain line was clogged. Told me ice maker needed replacement. I'm not sure that was true. Paid for new ice maker, cleaned out drain line and removed debris from coils. Tech was polite and efficient. I was not informed a veteran's discount was available. I could have shown proof had I been properly informed.

Called Monday morning as the refrigerator temp was dropping on the week-end. Said someone would come between 11-1p. He arrived shortly after 11 and quickly knew the problem. Had to get the part which they did have at the shop and returned later in the day and completed the job. The refrigerator is 13 years old and worried that I would have to get a new one, but the control board is still available! Lucky me! Plus he defrosted the fridge during the installation for a small fee.

The service was very good. They sent a very good man to do this job. He's an electronic engineer and he does an excellent job.

Michael, the technician, arrived within the first fifteen minutes of a 4 hour window. He figured out the problem quickly, had the part on his truck, installed it and our washer was back online in less than twenty minutes. Michael explained the problem and how to avoid its recurrence. He was pleasant and professional.

The service technician was very helpful in his explanation of the problem of my washing machine. Unfortunately the cost of the part was priced high enough that the technician recommended that I should consider purchasing a new washer, which I agreed with. I will definitely call them again and also recommend them to my friends.

The workman came and took apart the front of the machine and he filled it to see where it was leaking. Of course it didn't leak then. He couldn't see what the matter was. It leaked after he left and I got another washer because this one was 25 years old.

The representative came on time and was able to diagnose the issue immediately after I explained the issue.

Lerman was fantastic. We asked someone to come out and look at our washing machine. Before even scheduling a visit, they asked us to send them a video of the issue. Just from the video, they were able to diagnose the problem and save us a visit. Impressive and efficient customer service. Would happily call them again for any appliance repair needs.

Really well , the technician arrived on time , initially could not get it to stick , but eventually still figured out what was the problem . Ordered replacement part , came back another day with replacement part and installed it . Very professional . Would definitely recommend.
