Diagnosed freezer issue and offered a couple of different solutions

Ilya was great with helping diagnose the reasons each problem was happening. The company gave me an appointment within a few days of my initial call. He came out and we discussed what I thought the problems were and he explained why they were happening. Everything turned out to be exactly what her said the problem would most likely be. He gave me a complete estimate. When I asked about the initial visit "coupon" for Lerman to come out, they accepted it readily and even helped explain how to make sure I did it right and ensure that they received it. Very aware and helpful in his diagnosis and explanation of what should be done.

They were on time for the inspection; they diagnosed the problem, ordered the piece and repaired it within a week.

Considered all the options. Part replacement was not going to be cost-effective. Repair person gave us our options on how to fix/replace. Purchased an Angie's List Coupon for diagnosis

Both times, I got very prompt service and the cost of service work was clearly discussed before work completed, They have excellent and knowledgeable staff. Will use them when again...and again.

Ilya quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate on the parts and labor to replace the hinges (alas nothing on a Wolf stove is inexpensive!). They ordered the parts from the manufacturer and put in the new parts soon after they arrived. Everything was prompt and professional. We've had them handle our appliance repairs before and will continue to be repeat customers the next time something needs servicing.

Very well. This is the second time we've used Lermans and both times they gave very exceptional and professional service. They arrived on time and worked quickly to assess the issue. The technician came right away--fixed the problem by replacing a switch of some kind-think it was a relay switch. Extremely nice and very skilled. Answered all my questions and very helpful. I had purchased a coupon for a service call, and the cost of coupon was deducted from the very reasonable bill, Would not hesitate to call them again.

I am a landlord. I always use Lerman Appliances. They have great deals and are honest and reliable. Never any problems.

They are both repaired. I may have to call back on the washer because it is making the noise again even though I am using a lighter load.

Pretty good results. Freezer is cold. A few things left not perfect Freezer light was spotty and now is off, and the filter light was reset so we don't have accurate filter change info. Minor issues.

Both repairmen who came out were very helpful and knowledgeable. They first thought the machine could be fixed, and ordered parts, but then I made the mistake of trying to do one more load of laundry and broke it completely. The person I spoke to on the phone at their office was so nice and helpful and made sure to communicate all my concerns to the repairmen. They still came out a second time to see if the machine could be salvaged, and when they saw the circuit board was damaged were very honest and told me my options. I decided to get a new machine, but I appreciated their honesty and would definitely use them again.

Washer Gasket was changed. Dryer had a dryer sheet stuck in the blower. it was removed and cleaned. Sergei, the service technician was personable and professional. He knows what he's doing. I clearly will use them and Sergei again. Thank you.

I have had good luck using Lerman Appliances. Due to a Jenn-Air design flaw, this was the third time Ilya repaired the doors on my double-door frig/freezer. It's not their fault the plastic parts fail as often as they do, and I'm not ready to get a new frig, so I wait until the closure problem gets bad enough and call Lerman. Ilya arrives on time with the parts and does a good and careful job. He is both personable and knowledgeable. This time he told me they are now able to do factory authorized service on Samsung appliances. If I need work on my washer-dryer, I will call them as well.

Had to come back to fix it again but under warranty and no additional charge.

Terrible! They never could get the right oven part after multiple trips to my home! It still does not work properly. The Microwave shorted out a month after repair!

I purchased diagnostic service with a coupon. The technician showed up within the promised time. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide estimate for the fix.

It went well. Mr. Vitally Lerman answered our call, diagnosed the problem over the phone when I described the problem, and used the model number of our 19-year-old range to determine the part needed. He made an appointment for the following day, came at the time promised with the part needed, checked the oven to make sure that was the cause of the problem (oven was barely heating and took 1.5 hours to reach four degrees below the desired temperature), determined that he was correct, and replaced the part quickly and efficiently.

Repairman was prompt and completed work quickly. This was annual check-up and cleaning of coils.
