Description of Work: The service man diagnosed the problem, wrote up the parts and labor quote. Since the parts and labor was going to be ~$400, because of the nature of the refrigerator, there is no guarantee the problem will not resurface after the repair. We decided not to repair our refrigerator. The repair person from Lerman was very professional and efficient in every way.

Description of Work: They replaced a panel on my oven.

Description of Work: Buttons on microwave weren't working. Made a minor fix to the problem and informed us that we will need to replace the touchpad eventually.

Description of Work: Fixed my dishwasher which was not draining correctly. Found the issue within minutes and as it was an easy fix, only charged a nominal rate.

Description of Work: I initially called to have the washing machine repaired, it had stopped working and made a terrible noise. When the repair man arrived, he turned on the machine and it worked just fine! He then checked the dryer at my request and found that a switch needed to be fixed and he ordered the part; told me to call if the machine started causing more problems. Later in the day the machine started acting up again and I called to report the incident. When he arrived with the part for the dryer a few days later, he found out what was wrong with the machine, again ordered the part and returned later and fixed the machine..whew! It is now working fine, the service was great and the repair man was a gem. The washer and dryer are 10 years old and I was afraid the cost to repair them would be too much but I didn't want to buy a new w/d. With the price of the labor and parts, all worked out well.

Description of Work: the dishwasher repair guy came. he was very knowledgeable and honest about our situation. he gave us all the information we needed to decide whether or not to repair or buy something better. some would have convinced use to repair for the money, but he really was honest and informative. i found him trustworthy and appreciated his disposition. i would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Brought a 10 year old washer back to life, and gave us the choice to fix an element that was not necessary for the operation of the machine. The owner personally came to our residence to verify the work and do additional work himself.
