Description of Work: Repaired washing machine. Scheduling was not available immediately, but they were very courteous and scheduled a technician to visit within a few days of my call. The technician Ilya was very professional, efficient, on time, and clearly explained the problems and the recommended solution. Repair required ordering parts from the manufacturer (very old machine), so it didn't happen the same day, but it was a quick and painless process overall.

Description of Work: Lerman Appliances recondition my clothes dryer after a lint fire. Then they showed me how to avoid that danger in the future -- how to avoid a lint fire. Really, I thought there would be no way to save the dryer, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. So, I was pleasantly surprised they got it working again; it's been over two years now that THAT dryer is still operating perfectly after Lerman's repair. Then, when they could have come out to my place again and collect a minimum service charge from us when our washer went out, they asked me some basic questions about the appliances disfunction and advised me not to have them come out, but instead to buy a new washer. Additionally, they recommended certain features of new washers to stay away from. Very professional! Very trustworthy!

Description of Work: The serviceman from Lerman diagnosed our broken dryer as having a burnt out motor. He provided a detailed cost estimate for repair. We chose instead to get a new dryer.
