Description of Work: Repair refrigerator cooling system and replace parts. When the part replaced was not working, they refunded the money and recommended a new refrigerator since it's not cost efficient to continue the repair.

Description of Work: Lerman Appliances performed great service for us. We asked them to come and service our appliances (washer, dryer, stove and dishwasher). There are several different makes from different years. They checked and fixed and cleaned hoses, connections and more. And suggested ways to correct problems rather than charging more to replace. We are very happy with them and will always use them for future needs. Very trustworthy.

Description of Work: Ilya came out to the house on time, and professional & courteous. He did his analysis on our Viking hood, and told me that they needed to order parts. The parts were back-ordered for almost 6 weeks, which was frustrating, but Lerman stayed on top of it, and gave me updates to my email inquiries. When the parts arrived, they were installed well, and I'm happy with the outcome. I would totally use them again.

Description of Work: They came and estimated the repair for our ice machine, dishwasher and Wolff double ovens. It took a long while for the parts to come in, and the first time they came they only did a bit of the work. They did come back a few weeks later and repaired everything. We are very happy with the repairs. The labor charges seemed a bit high considering that they weren't at our house for very long, but everything was done well and they were very nice, polite, etc.

Description of Work: Needed work done on our range. The door hinge didn't work, one of the burners didn't light and the fan would not go off. Vitaly came to do the work. He was able to fix the door hinge without any parts. That was a big cost savings. He also noticed a switch was in the wrong position and that took care of the fan. No charge for that. However, he needed to order a new ignitor assembly for the burners. | |He told me the labor for the hinge repair was $130 and that the total for everything would be around $450. He asked that I give him $250 now and the balance when the work was finished. I was OK with that. A few weeks later he came back with the new ignitor. When he installed it, it didn't solve the problem because there was something else wrong that would require a lot of additional work. I didn't want to spend any more on this range and decided to leave that one burner the way it is and light it with a match. Vitaly was OK with that and said that he'd refund me the $120 difference. I told him that I was willing to pay for his time but he insisted that he'd refund the extra amount I gave him. I did have to remind them after a month without getting a check but they promptly sent me the refund within a few days after the reminder. | |I've used Lerman several times in the past and think they do a good job at a fair price. Wouldn't hesitate to call them back for the next appliance problem.

Description of Work: iNSTALLED MY NEW OVEN. They were on time, neat and professional. And they took the old oven away at no extra charge.

Description of Work: They were prompt, knowledgeable and equipped with the parts necessary. I thought the cost was reasonable for what they did and I will use them again whenever I have an appliance in need of repair.

Description of Work: DID A 20 POINT AIR CONDITIONING TUNE-UP. QUITE SATISFIED WITH HIS SERVICE AND FOR BRINGING US UP TO DATE ON THE CONDITION OF OUR AIR CONDITIONER. WE WILL PROBABLY BE CALLING ON HIM WHEN AND IF OUR A.C. STOP WORKING. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE. MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS CHECKED AND TOOK THE TIME TO TELL US WHAT WE CAN EXPECT IN THE FUTURE.
