Description of Work: Vitali is my hero. He diagnosed the issue quickly, made the repair and gave me a money back guarantee. Refrigerator works like new.

Description of Work: He gave us a written estimate that confirmed what the issue was with our oven causing it to need to be replaced by American Home Shield.

Description of Work: Service for a washer problem. Came shortly after promised time window , but called ahead to notify. Couldn't identify the problem on first call. Things seemed ok. Same problem returned, so a return was scheduled promptly, and the problem was identified as hoses were switched during a move of the washer, causing the machine to refuse to rinse with hot water. No parts used, and no charge for second visit.

Description of Work: My old dryer was squeaking badly, I called, they came out and fixed the problem I have forgotten the actual price but it was good. the Guy was very friendly, I was out on the road and spoke to him on the phone and had a housemate let him on the house she was impressed with the efficiency of the work. I would recommend them and use them again,

Description of Work: My dryer was broken. The service man took the dryer completely apart, tested for faulty parts and recommended replacement of several. He replaced the faulty parts, put the dryer back together, and my dryer works better than ever now. In addition, he answered all of my questions and was quite knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with this service.

Description of Work: Came to diagnose an intermittent minor leak with my washing machine. Wasn't actually able to recreate the problem, but did check things thoroughly. Did a great job explaining the different possibilities and what to look out for. Although he couldn't replicate the problem, the problem never reocurred after he left.

Description of Work: They redid the computer board on our washing machine. The service man was knowledgeable, on time, neat and they did a great job.

Description of Work: The part was no longer made by the manufacturer but they found a way to send it in for refurbishment. My DCS double wall ovens were fixed perfectly by Lermans. They were prompt and professional. The only delay was getting the part back from the manufacturer.
