What we thought was a simple blockage turned out to be something much worse. At all times Leak Free Plumbing and Rooter kept us informed of our options and worked hard to solve the problem.

I called and discussed the plumbing problem, he told me will call in ten minutes to schedule the service visit, but, he never called me back. I waited and he wasted my time. Poor professional manners to say the least!

This review is for work done since 2012 which is the first time I used Leak Free when I found them through another website- I was not an Angie's List member back then . In summer of 2012 I was a homeowner with a plumbing problem and a single female at that... so what do I do ? search the internet... called a couple of the top rated Plumbers in my area & choose Leak Free Plumbing & Rooter. Not only did they provide the best knowledge as to what the problem was and what had to be done they also gave me the best price.. I'm very fortunate to have found this company, a true treasure for anyone with a plumbing problem. HONEST, RELIABLE, GREAT SERVICE ( with a smile at that) . I have used them regularly for other issues at other properties and they never miss a beat.. same great service, same great pricing, honest, reliable. every single time. If you're reading this review, you must have a plumbing problem, call them , you definitely won't be disappointed . :)

After they insisted that the A/C overflow issue was not a plumbing issue many times on the phone, I called an A/C repair company. They came to my apartment and saw that the overflow issue was indeed a plumbing blockage and for liability issues they could not fix the problem since it had nothing to do with my A/C unit. I called Leak Free Plumbing again and explained what the A/C repair man said and Ashot reluctantly came to my apartment to check out the problem. While he was unhooking the pipes, he continued to tell me it was not a plumbing issue but an A/C issue. Once he opened the pipes however he saw the pipes were clogged and therefore it WAS something he could fix. He did a quick unclogging of the pipe and the overflow issue was resolved. However, a few weeks later, my sink started draining very slowly. I tried drain cleaning fluids and then finally gave up and called Ashot to ask him for his thoughts. He said he needed to come and snake the drain to resolve it. Needless to say, I am going to find a new plumber. It's quite a racket they have going if they think they can just keep fixing one thing only to have to come back a month or so later to fix something else that they caused. I am VERY disappointed, especially since they did such good work a few years ago or so for me. Ashot also kept reminding me while he was in my apartment working on the overflow issue that I gave me a bad rating on Angie's List. I showed him my original review from a few years ago which said they were excellent in every other aspect but that I thought their pricing was a bit too high. When I called him again today to try to get his thoughts on fixing the slow draining, he again reminded me about my previous "bad review" and said I was too harsh about them. I hope their other customers have better results than I did and that he won't disrespect them the way he has done to me.

I would recommend the services provided by Leak Free Plumbing and Rooter to all my family and friends. Aram was prompt, professional and provided quality services with very competitive pricing. Our mainline was clogged with tree roots and he was able to identify the problem right away and fixed it on the spot. If you have a plumbing emergency, Aram would be the first guy you should call! A+++ services!!!

I always enjoy working with Leak Free (though I'm typically bummed when I have to call them because something has gone wrong in my house!) They are always on time and are flexible with my schedule. I think they are competitive in price (though I don't honestly have that much knowledge of plumbing costs. However for our first large project, we did receive several bids, and I believe they were one of the lowest). They always give me options if I can potentially save money by having them fix rather than replace (for example), and they take their time in educating me on what they're doing. I always appreciate their patience! I'd happily recommend them.

They were knowledgeable, cooperative and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a good job.

Called at 8pm. Ash came at 8:30. Quoted me a price on the phone and stuck to it. Was friendly, professional and courteous. Best if all, he answered his own phone. Gave me the Angie's discount. Done in less than an hour.

Ash was friendly, professional, punctual, knowledgable and incredibly helpful. All 3 vendors came in with the same price as well - so he was on par there too. Unfortunately, in the end, I finally managed to get the AC company's insurance to cover all the damage they caused. And they chose to go with another vendor instead. But if I have any other plumbing issues, I wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

They did great work. They are very reliable and timely. They are very honest.

My regular plumber charged me $2000 to drill an access into my driveway and after rooting twice, wanted another $4500 to replace the entire main line. I called Leak Free for a second opinion and I only wished they were my first call! I left work to meet them at my house and they were already there and working! They offered a free estimate, showed me the camera in the pipe (not as gross as I feared!) and explained the history of the materials and what really needed to be done. They explained things respectfully and I really felt assured they'd get the job done and I could finally use my appliances again! In the end, they only charged me $1300 for what the other plumber had quoted $4500 and I'm confident, with what they explained, that I'll be safe for another 10-15 years.

My Guest bathroom is dual sinks. After trying to clear the clog we determined we could open the wall up to get to the pipes or Aram would go under the house. Since the wall option meant having to move a custom office setup, Aram went under the house. He cut the pile cleared the clogged and we were up and running in no time. The best plumber I have had!

My water heater broke & was leaking all over the garage. I called for help & Ash thankfully was able to send someone out within 2 hrs. They were professional & did not pressure me into purchasing anything extra, though I did opt for the recommended drip pan, piping, & up-dated earthquake straps. They did a great job at a reasonable price. They also cleaned up & hauled away the old tank. I would definitely call on them again for any needed plumbing issues.

I got them from Angie's List. It went great. They did it in a day, and it was reasonably priced compared to everyone else. They did a couple of other things for me without charging me for it. It was quick and painless. I didn’t even really notice them. They cleaned up after themselves. They were there one day and gone the next. With regard to price, it was better than other competitors. I have also referred them to someone else.

I called them and Ash answered immediately. He said that he was going to come within an hour, but he came within a half hour. He immediately went to work and detected the problem. He told me the approximate costs and what the exact problems were step by step. He also gave me an estimate for a tankless water heater and explained all of the details of how one is installed and the maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He fully cared about my needs. I have dealt with many contractors and maintenance people over the years as I have managed federal facilities and company facilities being the head of operations. I was very impressed with Ash and his knowledge. I would highly recommend this company for any projects.

Answered all my questions on the phone, even to the point of saying he'd talk me through it if I wanted to fix it myself. He showed up a half hour after my call, walked us through the process, fixed the leak and replaced the parts. Low cost, great service, professional and friendly!

I'm the president/manager of a small condo community and Leak Free have become my go-to guys for all of my plumbing needs. The show up quick, get the work done fast, do a fantastic job, and charge very reasonable prices. In this case we were having problems with the sprinkler heads in our common area popping off. The sprinkler repair guys told us the problem was that our water pressure was too high. They surmised that the line's pressure regulator went bad. I called Leak Free and Aosh was here in less than three hours and had the job done in less than 20 minutes. As always he was courteous, professional, and did fantastic work. I highly recommend Leak Free Plumbing and Rooter. They're excellent contractors. You can trust them to get the job done and never have to worry about getting ripped off.

i now know my sewage problem and have an idea of costs to repair it correctly. they are also helping me find a rare part for my shower.

We ended up not needing the service. We called the provider and based off our discussion he confirmed we already had the valve installed. He did not come out to do the service because it was unnecessary. He was very responsive and helpful.

Preparing to move into a newly purchased short sale townhouse. Needed to replace my old toilets with efficient ones. Also wanted to replace my twist shutoff that did not work properly with a quick shutoff on the main line. Called them up and was able to get an appointment quickly. Came out on time and went right to work. Also discovered the pressure relief valve was bad and there was some problems with the pipe. I now have 3 efficient toilets installed. My main line is also safer having a quick shutoff valve that actually works and working pressure relief valve (the pressure regulator tested ok, but is not new).

The plumber showed up on time, was very professional and stood by his estimate. He was kind, informative and very helpful. I can't wait to use him again.

Fast response. Super courteous. Arrived when they said they would. Scoped my sewerline which I knew was bad. Gave me a bid that was competitive with the others I received. They were able to dig up the line because it was close to the surface of the yard - which worked for me. It took them a half day longer because the earth was so hard. He explained everything to me. Gave a great warranty. I would use them again.

Aosh, from Leak Free Plumbing came out and gave me a Quote for doing the plumbing for a bathroom addition I was doing, to begin with he was the lowest bid for the project of 4 different other contractors that I contacted on Angies list. Aosh was prompt and to the point. He came when he said he was going to come and his work was very professional and neat. I was very impressed with his work and his general manner of business. I have other plumbing projects and will now use only him. I recommend him highly. this recommendation it entirely my origination.
