Description of Work: We had a leak from the main water line to the house under the concrete of our driveway. We were totally stressed out because other plumbers were suggesting tearing up the whole driveway and replacing everything for about $3500. Instead, Leak Free Plumbers took a calm approach, explained the situation in detail and we both troubleshot what our best options were. They helped me discover the cause of a leak which thankfully did not require a complete redo of the main supply line. They also took the time to show me how the prior supply line was done incorrectly and how this will be a project for the future. Needless to say it was very stressful circumstance but it was such a relief to have friendly, calm, professional and HONEST plumbers. These guys are the best!

Description of Work: I had a leak under the bathroom sink which turned out to be a broken plastic ring on the exit pipe. Ash came and promptly fixed the problem, replacing the broken piece with a stronger metal one. He was courteous and professional and I will definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Technician came and checked all our outdoor drains and sump pump (it's a four unit condominium building). He was on time, efficient, knowledgable and friendly. Super affordable. Will use them again for sure.

Then I attempted to make an appointment for the clean out service but the provider was not able to get to me home for 4-5 days. The sewer was completely backed up though, so I needed to turn to someone else for the rooting. I kept the coupon thinking, "well, I have recently needed to do a clean out once a year or so, so I'll just use them next time." When next time came, I called Leak Free and the man told me that they could not honor it any longer and that I would have to go to Angie's List for the refund, since they do not receive the money from Angie's unless they have completed the job. So now I am asking, with appreciation, if you will give me a refund for the $100 coupon. Thank you so much. Peter Breitmayer

Description of Work: I contacted Leak-free on June 12, 2015, to get another estimate for the replacement of our main sewer line. Steve and Aram came to our home the next day and performed a camera inspection of the entire line. Consistent with another company, we needed replacement of the line from the clean out to the sidewalk. We elected to re-line the sewer line from the property line to the city sewer, even though the pipe was in good shape, since the area was going to be dug up. | |The permit was obtained and early the next week, and using trenchless technology the sewer line was replaced from the clean out all the way to the city sewer. Two days later, the city inspector signed off on the work and the two holes filled in. Steve went into the crawlspace to assure us that the pipes under the house were properly done by the subcontractor during a remodel early in the year. | |We were pleased with the experience with Steve and Aram. They provided a written warranty for the work, which is transferable to new owners if we sell.

Description of Work: I was concerned my water heater wasnt up to code and not venting properly. They came out while I was at work and checked the connections. Told me everything looked good and that I should just cut the drywall an inch wider around the venting piping. Will definitely use them when I have any plumbing problems in the future.

Well, no I see reading what the negative write up stated about the 2 brothers...so on you can read, IT WAS ALL TRUE! They start out on first visit well. Once you start using them all the issue that persons wrote up all come to light. It is true how you want to make sure you get one of the brothers not the other, but all in all the company I will NEVER use again & will never refer any business at all. I find that since they have on AngiesList the business has grown & they now found the miracle of business just being on the list
