Leak Free Plumbing and Rooter

I called on Tuesday evening, and they scheduled an appointment for first thing on Wednesday morning. Plumber arrived on time, was very courteous, and solved the problem.

We would use them again. They were friendly, professional, and took care of all my concerns.

Everything is holding up pretty well. They had a small problem, but it seemed to resolve itself. I would recommend them.

We called them Saturday morning and luckily they were in the neighborhood and offered to come by within an hour. They were professional, polite, and educational. They answered a lot of our questions about a possible bathroom remodel. Also, they even wore shoe booties before entering the home, which was highly appreciated since it was wet outside from the rain. Overall, very pleased and appreciated their honesty and professionalism.

They were both very polite, professional, and pleasant. They put paper booties on over their shoes before entering the house which surprised me, as no other plumber had ever done so. They were extremely honest and were concerned with keeping our costs contained. They were very punctual and finished the job quickly - in about an hour or perhaps less - and efficiently. I have their business card on my refrigerator and will be calling them the next time I need a plumber.

Everything went very well. I thought the price was a little high, but based on the fact that the services were done at night and on an emergency basis, fair. I would recommend this company to others. I will use them again if we have future plumbing problems.

The entire process was easy and affordable. I called Leak Free on 12/21 and they were here first thing in the morning 12/22. They took a quick look at the problem, determined that the pressure regulator was indeed bad and got right to work fixing it. It took them less than an hour and in addition to replacing the regulator and they also did some maintenence that they didn't charge for (tightened some pipes, replaced a leaking hose faucet). Overal it was a great experience. Leak Free was prompt, professional, and courteous. The did the job quickly.And the best part, they charged $100 less than a company I hired to do the same job for another unit four months ago.

We had a couple of plumbing issues with the kitchen sink draining and a low water pressure in both toilets. After looking for a reputable plumbing company in the Angie's List, we stumbled upon a company that unfortunately didn't provide services in our area. However, they highly recommended the Leak Free Plumbing and Rooter company, so we called them up and set up an appointment for the same day. They came on time, fixed our kitchen sink, replaced a couple of parts in our toilets and also got us two shower heads as ours were old and low functional. Their pricing felt fair and they also gave us a 10% discount as Angie's List members. We were very satisfied with the work that was done in our house and would definitely use this company again should we have any plumbing issues in the future.

They arrived that 8:00 the next morning to make sure I could take a hot shower by the afternoon. I highly recommend them.

These were plumbing issues at our rental property in CA, so we had to deal with them from long distance. I talked with Ashot over the phone. He arranged with my tenant to see the condition of the leaky faucets, loose toilet, and clogged kitchen drain. He gave me a fairly reasonable estimate. Though I was not so happy with the total, it was at the lower end of what I got from several other plumbers. And since he was quick to give me the estimate by e-mail, and seemed to have a no-nonsense manner, I gave the go-ahead. In order to give a report for Angie's List, I had to wait till we could make the trip to CA this past Friday to see the repairs he did. We and the renter were totally satisfied with the work Ashot did.

They arrived exactly on time. I was impressed that they wore shoe covers in the house. They offered me two options, one which would not have left me with a turn off valve for the water on my fridge if I had a problem in the future. However it was a less expensive option than the one I choose. One of the plumbers had to crawl under my house to find where the hook up would be and to replace a rusted pipe. The entire time that they were at the house , they were pleasant, had great sense of humor , and stayed very professional. The job took about 2 hours and required some replacement parts. I would definitely use them again.

We called the Leak Free Plumbing because we had a great experience working with them in the past. This time we had 3 plumbing issues to address. Our shower spouted a little water from the shower head and the faucet but would not switch to one or the other. They came in to access the situation, determined that the diverter was broken, showed and explained to me what the problem is. Our options were to either replace the entire fixture or to try and obtain a replacement diverter. They recommended looking for a replacement part. The very next day they called me to say that they talked to several parts suppliers and found that our diverter should be covered by the lifetime warranty on the fixture. We called the manufacturer and when the part arrived it looked different then the diverter the plumbers showed me. I MMS-ed them a photo and they called me promptly and said that it was indeed a wrong one. I called the manufacturer again and this time they send us the right one (as we discovered through the MMS process). Leak Free plumbers came in and installed the new diverter. Since the fixture is faulted, we talked through keeping it in the shower mode to prevent breaks in the diverter in the near future. Then they replaced the pump and the flapper in the toilet that has been running for several months. The final issue was the spray in the drop-in-tub. The 18x18 marble tile that covered the access to the faucet and spray "guts" was required extremely careful cutting out. The plumbers suggested that they can cut it out and then we will only have to have someone install a new piece (which was so much easier to do on our own then the small demolition that was required). They dismantled the tile and cleaned everything around it. Then they figured out that the spray was stuck being rusted due to little use on our part. They made sure that it was cleaned and working. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the meticulous attention to detail, determination to make sure things worked perfectly, wonderfully clean work environment (they wore protective booties when they came into the house), friendliness and fairness. All throughout the repairs Leak Free plumbers walked us through each and every step. They were very conscientious of my money, making sure that I don't have to pay more for any fixture that can be fixed instead of replaced. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

I experienced significant water damage to my home due to the faulty installation of an AC condensation pipe, which ended up draining water directly to the base of my slab/foundation, finding its way into my kitchen and unfortunately under my hardwood floors. With my previous plumber unable to determine the leak, I contacted Ashot and his brother. In total, they spent almost 2.5 hrs diagnosing the problem, and coming to my home on two separation occasions on the same day, until they were able to discover the source of the leak; information that I immediately relayed my insurance company. Because they were unable to fix the pipe at that time due to the impending review needed by my insurance company, they actually insisted on not charging me. I ultimately hired them back to repair the pipe, and reinstall my dishwasher that had been removed to address the water intrusion. I honestly can't say enough about these guys. They were very professional, honest, did a thorough job of repairs and clean-up, and billed me an amount that I thought was extremely reasonable. I now have a new plumber......I called these guys because of the all of the positive reviews, and they were all spot-on!

He was there all day fixing my pipes and drains. The drains had holes and were leaking through the ceiling. I had used drain-o and he replaced all of the pipes. He cleaned up everything beautifully. He was so nice. I would highly recommend him. I trust him so I'm giving him my house keys because he is replacing all of my pipes and am trusting him with my entire plumbing system while I will be gone. I'm extremely pleased with how honest and professional he is.

Excellent and efficient work. They took into consideration what I has said and, instead of just trying to fix it - they solved it. They ran a large snake from outside (beyond the reach of the snake I had) the house to the sewer line. One of the brothers crawled under the house to look for leaks. Good team work. I had a second problem - a leaky facet with a very slow drip under the sink. They said my best bet would be to replace the faucet. They did not have a quality one in their truck so, while one of the brothers (Aram) was dismantling the faucet, the other (Ashot) and I went shopping to a hardware store. He helped with my selection options, we drove back, got everything installed - checked and double checked everything. There was no attempt to up-sell me or any such silliness. I usually never hire a plumber and take care of most things in the house (including replacing the garbage disposal, shower valves, etc). These brothers saved me so much time and I am so impressed with their efficiency, the joy and pride they have for their work - I will definitely hire and recommend them to anyone.

The plumbers were prompt, professional, and efficient, with excellent customer service skills. They inspected my whole house plumbing, to determine the problems, and then gave me a written estimate for each task that needed to be done, so I could pick and choose what I wanted to have done. The prices were so reasonable that I opted to have it all done!

The main line in our house was backed up. We called Asher to come out and give us a diagnosis and quote. He said he could come out in an hour. He was early! He diagnosed the problem, snaked the drain and pulled out a large handful of roots! He also ran a camera down the line to check the condition of the line. He noted that there needs to be a repair at the tie in from the house's ABS piping and the city's clay. He charge $135 for the clean out which I though was a bit on the high side but not out of the realm. He was thorough and kind. I didn't get the feeling I was being upsold or pressured. I will definitely hire him to do the repair!

Hard to say how it could have gone better. I chose Leakproof plumbing because of their excellent reviews on Angie's list and I can say now that those reviews were not an exaggeration.

I'm glad that I have met such pleasant, professional, clean (they cover their boots with booties when they walk inside the house) and fair and honest about the price and the cost plumbers. I will use them with all my plumbing needs again and definitely will recomend them to others. Thank you Ashot and Aram.

I originally called them out to fix a drip upstairs that many other plumbers had tried to correct and failed. One hour later, faucet fixed. About a month later I called them to clear a drain that another company had tried to fix twice, shortly the water was running freely once again. The best.

First of all, let me say that I was amazed by the professionalism of this company. I called them the day before and the next day they were there right on time. The brothers, Aslot and Aram came right on time. Before they came in they put on booties (as not to scratch my wooden floors - right then they impressed me). After I explained what the problem was ( water constantly running in the toilet tank) they proceeded to explain what needed to be done. They do not charge by the visit, but a flat rate, so they took their time and made sure that everything was functioning correctly and to both our satisfaction. After they left a sound was coming from the tank of the toiler, I called Aslot and he said that the sound would go away and if it didn't he would return and change the piece. I told him I would call him the next day if it ocurred again-- it didn't but in the afternoon I received a call from Aslot asking me about the noise. I was truly amazed that he took the time to call back and ck up on his job, very few people do that now a days. I had another plumber quote $500.00 for this job. Aslot charged $140.00 for a perfect job-- What else can I say!

These guys are awesome! Honest, hardworking, caring, ontime, and extremely competent. I have dealt with a lot of contractors in my life, and you don't find them like this anymore. They came to my house on a Sunday to look at the problem and charged me nothing, told me what was wrong and explained to me why it had occurred. Leak Free is two brothers, both have a wonderful work attitude and ethic. They showed up when they said they would, and completed the job in the time they said it would take, did a great job, and charged much less than I had been quoted by other (not so honest) plumbers. I highly recommend Leak Free. They restored my belief in contractors.

Ashot fixed the leak and replaced our old drain pipes in our crawl space. The job was done on time and for a reasonable price. While they were here working on that job, they also noticed a leak in the garage that no one else had noticed. We had them back to diagnose and fix that. It turned out that the plumber who had installed a new upstairs toilet in 2005 had done it in what Ashot called a "mickey mouse" way, with 3 layers of wax, instead of a proper fitting. The leak ruined a box of valuable old pictures in the garage. We are very grateful to have found Ashot and his brother and "Leak Free". We've decided to have them come every 6 months to check out our plumbing. We highly recommend this company. We feel that Ashot is honest, fair and hard working.

The job went very well. They came out and gave me an estimate, which was less than I expected. (I got another estimate from another company which was about the same, so I knew it was fair, not "too low". I called them to schedule the job for about a week later. As I said above, the work was very well done, without incident, damage to garden/lawn, etc. The even tested all the faucets shower, etc before finishing, to be sure no crud had crept into the system from the old galvanized pipes.
