Job included: Digging 3'x3' area Exposing 4" sewer clay pipe Cutting and installing ABS plastic clean out Additional job: Cleaned Main sewer line from the tree roots with hydro jet technology from the cast iron and clay connection all the way to the city connection. warranty for clean out installation and hydro jetting the sewer line included.

Description of Work: Leak free came out to my home to fix an old leaky shower and he noticed my water pressure was too high. Ashot fixed both in one hour for$350. Very professional and friendly. I will call them again! Very very happy !

Description of Work: We were having water heater problems and I was worried. When I called Leak free I think I spoke with Aram. I was so appreciative. He squeezed me into his day that day. And even after I incorrectly told him the wrong size of our water heater he and another man who came with him were still very kind. They went and took the heater back and got the right size and installed it. They were very professional and they even fixed the earthquake straps that were previously put on funky. What a relief to find such a great company.

Description of Work: Checked apparent leak in back yard, gave excellent advice re:sprinklers. I'm having him come back to check under the house for a different leak problem (it was scheduled for yesterday but I had to post pone). He is thorough, caring and, most important , knowledgeable and willing to crawl under the house!!! I recommend him without reservation! I will use him every time I need a plumber.

Description of Work: I had a leak under my kitchen sink. About 3 weeks ago I contacted a plumber & although he stated that the leak was fixed, the leak came back, or was never really repaired properly. The faucet also needed replacing. The gentleman from Leak Free Plumbing immediately was able to spot the problem & repaired it very satisfactorily. I will definitely use Leak Free Plumbing again & highly recommend them.

Description of Work: This guy is great! We had water coming through the ceiling so we assumed we had a broken pipe. He came within a little over an hour on a Sunday. He had to crawl around our attic and cut out the wet ceiling to get to the problem area. he finally figured out it was our air conditioning leaking. He only charged a small charge and no premium for Sunday. I will definitely call him again.

Description of Work: They installed a new toilet because my guess toilet was constantly running. They quoted me a fair price so I went for it. They were very nice gentlemen. However, I discovered that the new toilet was also running water constantly. I called them, and they came outright away AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. He stated that it was unusual for this new toilet to have such a problem.Alls well that ends well.

Description of Work: Honest, punctual, reasonably priced, responsive and goes the extra mile. What more could you ask for? Leak Free first came out to snake my sewer pipe. Later, I had him back to create an extension for an inaccessible clean-out which previous plumbers said was impossible. Aram did it no problem and, I was finally able to scope the entirety of my sewer line. They returned for routine maintenance of my 4 water heaters. And, this is what I mean by going the extra mile: While in the basement, he somehow noticed a leak in the crawl space about 40 feet from where he was working. To identify the cause, he crawled under my building while I turned on everything. When he located the leak, I went inside and he knocked on the spot from underneath. Turned out the leak was coming from some deteriorated grout in the shower. Another time he replaced a leaky pressure valve. I've had a long, tough run finding a good honest plumber.
