Larry did a fabulous job. He reupholstered the bar with a tuck and roll style, added new foam and padding. It looks beautiful!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Let me just say upfront that Larry is not just an upholsterer- he is a craftsman of the highest order. I have been dealing in antique furniture for 25 years - so I’ve seen a lot of upholstery work . The pieces that I had Larry do are my own personal pieces that I’ve had for many years - two antique Art Deco club chairs I bought in France and a pair of 1920’s Spanish revival settees . As they are my own pieces I spared no expense on the fabric - so I knew they whoever did this job had to be good . I have very high expeditions and Larry went above them. He understood exactly what was needed for each piece and his attention to detail was meticulous. In fact , he brought out details I hadn’t Helen thought of . If you want the best do not hesitate to call on Larry .

AMAZING!!! Larry did a beautiful job building and installing custom wood valences to conceal motorized blinds for our home in Santa Monica. I gave Larry a sample and for a reasonable price he crafted 2 exact copies, including flawless paint application. He also did a perfect no-hassle installation which completed the finished look in our living room, kitchen and master bedroom. I was unable to find anyone else who even wanted to do this job. I now can't imagine trusting anyone other than Larry with my quality home projects. Do yourself a favor and hire Larry immediately!

For over 20 years I have been doing extraordinary projects with Larry. He has without fail gone above and beyond every time in his workmanship, artistry, patience with changes, in his fairness and understanding. My house is gorgeous because of Larry’s custom furniture. He custom built a very large double chaise sectional in the English roll arm style and covered it in grey cotton velvet. It is the center of my home and family life. I inherited from my mother 6 French antique chairs untouched for 75 years. They were each unique one from the other and a total mess. Larry refinished each carved chair down to the natural wood, reinforced each joint so now a large man can comfortably sit, built the seat/box springs from scratch, and then recovered each one in a different linen combination. These chairs are extremely special to me and Larry, with his extensive knowledge and skill, brought these chairs back to life. They are stunning! Larry has gone above and beyond; he once stored a pair of slipper chairs for 9 years until we finally found our home! He built the English roll arm in record time bc our family was dealing with a major illness and we needed the big sofa, he delivered all the French chairs exactly on time for the wedding of our oldest son. Larry will talk with you and work with you through your creative process. Most important, Larry is just a kind person. He cared about me and he cares about his work. I am grateful every day for him and his excellent work.
