timeline did not meet my request

The driver spent the entire time trashing LA and **liberals** as he moved, but was otherwise a nice guy. He crashed our truck and broke some of our things. The replacement driver called to tell us he was cut off, but the orig. driver told me on the phone he fell asleep and drifted off the road. We found half our stuff was broken or missing, some of it turned up at other customers houses. The guy at the head office still insisted we pay the premium price for having an overweight load, but instead of charging us an extra $1k he gave us a deal and only charged an extra $500 for delivering almost half of our items. At least the move came with insurance. The drivers took off with our move paperwork and after 3 weeks have yet to mail it to us.

The guy gave me a quote for $180 to send one man and a truck. When the truck arrived, there were two men instead of one. After the movie was finished, they asked for $350, the rate for 2 men!!! The supervisor on the phone threatened to load the stuff back and return it if I dont pay. After haggling with him for 10 minutes, he offered $225. So the quote I got for 3 hours was $170, and I ended up paying $225, all because of their dishonest and shady practices. Do NOT how these guys are here! Update 9/7/2021: I received a call from them to rectify the situation, and they offered to pay me back $50 to honor the original quote I got. I am waiting for the payment and will update the review when I receive it. Update 9/16/2021: I havent yet gotten the money they promised, so I am updating the review again. These guys dont respect their word at all!!

Kobe Moving is best service provider, I have moved my 2 bedroom apartment. They are very professional, response and service is very quick and fast. No need to worry about safety and security. Overall i am very happy with service.
