SINGLE THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Men arrived late. Took multiple breaks. Guys were disappearing all the time. 2 employees were doing drugs in their cars. Broke one-of-a-kind picture frames. Dropped televisions in the middle of the street and left them there over their lunch break. Attempted to cover up destroyed mirrors. Lost hardware to furniture so it could never be assembled again. Damaged multiple walls and our front door. There was infighting drama amongst the group. Lost 2 men for hours as a result. The move was put on hold for over 2.5 hours. Was told the claims adjuster would be sent out. No claims adjuster came nor have I ever been contacted again. The original quote was for 2 trucks, 4 men, 10-12 hours and not to exceed a cost of $2700. Ended up only needing 1 truck as I did 1/3 of the move myself before the full move which I was told would reduce the overall cost of the move as a result--It did now. Ended up being billed $800 over the quote, for half the manpower and a 19+ hour move that was never fully completed. Not to mention that I was busting my butt for over 24 hours straight to help save time and money. The owner/estimator Felix was completely dishonest with me, berated me on the phone, and tried to deceive me about the total cost of the move. We ultimately settled for the original FULL quote because I just wanted them to get the hell off my property. DO NOT USE KOBE MOVING FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN HAULING TRASH TO THE DUMP.

They arrived early, packed everything with great care and loaded all my belongings onto the vans with caution. I wasn’t sure if the truck was too small but they fit everything into it quite comfortably.

The crew arrived early and was ready to go. All my stuff was packed up neat and stored away in the truck for the long haul. After arriving at my new residents the crew took the time placing the boxes in each specified room. You won't be shortchanged. I can't recommend this service enough!

I used them for a very small movement of a bed, settee, and chest of draws. The crew turned up within the scheduled timeframe, and it is a good job for us. They were polite and efficient. I really had an excellent experience with this company. I will always use this company for my future moves!
