We both felt very comfortable with Alex and the options provided. Ultimately we settled on a compact system with a separate drinking water filtration system. It was installed within a week and both Alex and the person doing the install spent time ensuring it was working as intended. We could not be happier to have soft water for the home and separate drinking water for our main kitchen. Really great job by Alex and team. We had a subsequent issue (about 2 months after install) with the drinking water filtration system, Alex was quick to follow-up and had a service person at our home later that day who was able to identified and correct the issue (we had a faulty filter).

These guys did a great job! Alex, Paul, Edward were professional, showed up on time, really knew their stuff and installation went off without a hitch. I thought about doing it myself with an Amazon or Home Depot system but didn't want to screw up something we consume so I figured it was safer and better to leave it to professionals. Kinetico is the premier water filtration and water softener system out there. We obtained a quote from Culligan as well but the Culligan representative actually didn't know as much as the Kinetico guys. In fact, some of the facts the Culligan guy told us were incorrect from what I understood from my own research. In contrast, Alex showed up with videos, brochures, tests, and personalized local water information (he pulled up our municipal water data). He knew his stuff. He showed us what was in the water in our community and tailored our system to our current water situation needs. Plus, there was no hassle or pressure to purchase. Edward has years of experience and told us frankly what he recommended - which wasn't always the most expensive option. He presented the facts and let us decide. I appreciated his honesty. Kinetico's reputation and quality speaks for itself. I liked how their water softeners function on mechanical pressure and not on a computer system (less moving parts and longer lifespan) and their drinking filtration system is the best out there - consumer reports ranked Kinetico's RO system #1. For my wife and I, we felt good water was really important to our health and what Kinetico offered was top of the line that was well worth the price. So, we started with Kinetico in Feb 2015 and we couldn't be happier! Paul installed our system (RO water filtration and water softener with chloramine guard) and he did a perfect job. No problems. You could tell he took pride in his work and took his time. I would be so lucky to get the same service from other contractors! Since then, we have been very happy - our water is soft and our drinking water tastes awesome! We are very happy with Kinetico and highly recommend them!
