I contracted with them again and was disappointed. The gentleman who came out painted the bedroom and bathroom....and trim. We never spoke about the trim. Yet he painted the white trim the same color as the walls. It was frusterating for the inconvenience and that he did not offer to re-paint the trim.

The people from Kim Brothers are very personable and inexpensive. They cleaned up after themselves. They are definitely not designer painters but they do a good job. I would highly recommend them to anyone; you would definitely get your money's worth.

Price was in the middle for estimates received. Work took MUCH longer than expected. Since it was not for our primary home, the round trip to check on them was almost 100 miles. Made about 15 trips. The 5 day paint job took 7 weeks. The ceiling had to be redone 3x because of problems. Painted wrong color for railings with enamel and did not prep it right so it peeled off-had to be redone. Had to have constant monitoring as they did not do things as requested and it is was in writing. For example, since we were replacing the carpet, we asked them to cut away the old carpet about 1'' away from the wall in able to paint the entire molding. Boundary between the ceiling and walls were very sloppy with paint often globbed 1'' away from edge. Workers became sloppy and paint was everywhere. Had to demand a clean up of splattered paint on appliances, floor, windows. The place was a mess. Sent invoices that work was done and it wasn't even near completed. Had wrong start date.
