The guy was great. He was very nice and very thorough. However I did not go with them because the price was too high. I really like the guy. He was very friendly and seems like very professional. I really like him and I would have gone with him but I got a lower quote for the same amount of work with a different company. I would call him again for a bid.

The process from booking to the actual service went very smooth. Our technician was Michael Koskey. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgable and patient while addressing all my questions. He was able to explain things in a way that made it easy to understand. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

They never emailed me a copy. I kept on trying to reach them to get the price before the seven days. The lady i spoke with was never able to give me accurate information. She did not even know that i needed the permit. I called twice to see if they could give me the information and they never returned the call.

All was nicely done. Great technician. Good experience.

They arrived on time, and explained everything to me. They even took out the filter. I didn't even know there was a filter because you can't see it! You have to clean it, and change it, and it had been two years so I needed one! I was very pleased.

After installation, corrections were needed on the airflow in the vent, and they sent people to do the work right away. This is a reliable company.

My apartment management sucks! When I first moved into my apartment, the landlord ensured me that no matter what happened I would always be covered and they would hire the best company to fix any problems I had. When my heater/ac unit completely died on me in the middle of winter I let my landlord know. He told me to contact the manager. I contacted the manager and for weeks they kept making promises that they were going to take care of. Meanwhile, I waited. My heater still worked but it wasn't working like before. It would take a very long time to heat my tiny apartment. After almost a month of waiting, FINALLY my landlord called a company. They were very nice and professional and fixed my heater within half an hour. I was so happy I could finally make some hot cocoa and sit my my imaginary fireplace and read a book lol jk. I was really happy though. The next morning I woke up and saw my heater wasn't on at night which was unusual because I left it on auto. I then realized my heater stopped working. Furious I called my landlord and let him know of the situation. He said he couldn't do anything at the moment and I was so mad I just decided to call a company on my own. My friend had recently used JMS A/C & Heating and was very happy with their work. I gave them a call and was transferred to appointment department where they asked me a few simple questions, gave me a price and set up an appointment. The day of my appointment I got a call from their office and they let me know their technician Raymond was on the way. Raymond arrived within the time frame they had suggested. He was very professional and he knew a lot about these systems since he answered my questions. I'm sort of an annoying person when it comes to these types of things because I have no idea how A/Cs work. Even my body repair man hates me secretly because I always ask the same questions. I'm a girl you can't blame me! Can you? After about 45 minutes Raymond was done. In the beginning he told me it was going to be hard to repair because the previous technician messed with the wires and did some weird mumbo jumbo. Raymond was using A/C terminology and I had no idea what he was talking about. I kept nodding and agreeing though. He suggested I replace it but he first wanted to see if he could fix the problem and he did! Yay! It's been a little over a month since Raymond fixed my heater and knock on wood it's been working perfectly fine. I've never met any of the other technicians but I can tell you that Raymond is great. He is very well educated and you can tell he has passion for what he does. I'm usually bad at remembering names but he was so helpful that I can never forget him Raymond if you ever read this please don't freak out I'm just complimenting you lol.Luckily for me, my landlord compensated me for what I had spent. Ever since them I believe he used JMS's services a few times himself. Very professional company and I will definitely use them in the future.

This was my 1st experience with JMS Air Conditioning & Heating and it started out badly because I was scheduled for a service window of 9am - Noon, and no one from the office called to let me know that the appointment would be delayed. The tech (Michael Edward) arrived late in the afternoon and began the work. Michael was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant, and I will request him to return for future servicing of my HVAC system. He reviewed the results of his technical review of the system & its functioning and explained technical aspects in ways that I could clearly understand, while addressing all questions and concerns that I had. As previously mentioned, he also helped me to evaluate options for improving the air quality in my home and installed the air purification system in the same visit. Overall, I am pleased with my experience with JMS Air Conditioning & Heating.

This was the first project we had done on the fixer-upper home we had just purchased. Has-Mat team came in first and removed all the old asbestos. Job was done well with quality materials used. When I brought up any issues/concerns,i was listened to with professionalism and given options. All issues/concerns were resolved. Owner is a very personable and honest man.
