I called Attic Insulation Labs and spoke to Val, I was offered a free inspection, I accepted her offer and she got me on their schedule for a couple of days after. The inspection meeting with Oliver went well, he was knowledgeable and made me feel very confident they can get the job done right. Initially I was thinking about getting my old blown in insulation topped off with new but, following Oliver's inspection, I decided to go with a complete change out of the insulation. His price was fair comparing to others. Their crew completed the work within one day and did a very nice and clean job. I'm happy to recommend them as I received a triple a service from start to end.

After hearing some strange scurrying noises from my attic, I decided to get up the ladders and take a look. To my horror, I found that I had rats in the attic! I couldn’t sleep for days at the thought of what was up there, so I figured it was time to call up some attic cleaning and rodent proofing companies. I called a few different companies in the area, but the customer service and straight-up professionalism of Attic Insulation Labs influenced me to use them over the others… and I’m glad I did! They visually inspected and assessed the work for free and told me how they were going to clean and rodent proof the attic, pointing the holes and cavities out to me where the rats were coming from. It was satisfying to see exactly how they were going to stop the rats in my attic. On the day of the job they performed a thorough and meticulous attic cleaning in addition to the rodent proofing, getting rid of any rat droppings, as well as dust, dirt, debris, and other nasty things that an attic accumulates over time I guess! Great thorough service – highly recommended.

They did a great job at the attic insulation removal. I needed my batts insulation removing for years and I wanted it replacing with blown in insulation. Luckily I found out that Attic Insulation Labs has experience with batts insulation and blown in insulation, so I was very happy and they were perfect for the job. The batts insulation removal went well and they quickly carried out the blown in insulation installation. They told me that inbetween they sprayed my attic with a sanitizer spray which kills bacteria and they also rodent-proofed my attic by filling in any holes with wire mesh and expanding foam. These guys went above and beyond what I expected and I now know that my attic is gonna be clean and warm for years and years now. Also they were very cheap and affordable, especially when there providing such a good service with all the cleaning and rodent proofing as well.

After I rang these guys up and got a quote for my attic cleaning I liked the price straight away and hired them. they were some of the most professional guys ive ever hired and they made sure that they did a very good job with attic cleaning. Attic Insulation Labs sanitized my attic and stopped the rats in the attic from being able to come back. Now my attic is clean and will stay clean for a long time, and its all thanks to these hard working guys. I’m too old to clean an entire attic by myself these days, which is why I hired these guys to help. Now I tell all my friends to hire them if they need their attics cleaning too. I hope these fellas continue to do well for many years to come!

We hired Attic Insulation Labs for an attic insulation replacement job in our house. They completed their work very quickly and they were a very polite bunch of guys. They used plastic sheets to keep our attic and house clean during their work, being careful not to get any dust, dirt, or insulation on our belonging. They turned up with a large vacuum cleaner for the insulation removal, which seemed to be a very quick process. After that they got started on the insulation replacement, with a crew of 4 making the whole job very speedy and efficient. They didn’t take long at all, and we’re all very happy with the work they produced. Our house feels warm and cozy once again, and we now know that our attic is well-insulated and free from rodents or debris. I would recommend Attic Insulation Labs to anyone who needs their attic insulation replacing!

If you’re looking for an attic cleaning company which is cheap and affordable, I would definitely recommend Attic Insulation Labs. I’ve had problems with rats and rodents in my attic for many years and I needed someone to sort them out before things got out of hand. One of my friends had a similar problem and she recommended this company to me, saying that they were the best attic cleaning company she had worked with. She wasn’t wrong! They turned up with a bunch equipment to get rid of the rats in my attic, cleaning it up and getting it back to normal again. They plugged up all the holes in my attic, so the rats can’t come back to haunt me again!! The service was nice and cheap, but the job has still been great. I recommend Attic Insulation Labs to anyone who needs their attic cleaning thoroughly!

Due to my work schedule and other commitments, I have very limited flexibility and availability when it comes to getting work done. As a result, I needed to find an attic cleaning company which adapted to my busy schedule. Attic Insulation Labs was that company! They were brilliant at adapting to my schedule – I wish every company went out of their way to be convenient as these guys did! The team completed their attic cleaning job very quickly and efficiently, and now I can rest assured that my attic won’t have any more problems with rats, rodents, or pests for the foreseeable future. The crew cleaned up after themselves and made sure that they didn’t track any dirt through my house… something I was relieved to see! This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time – recommend!

They were professional, courteous and clean. They worked very quickly (especially in this heat) and did a great job. And, they are easy to schedule and friendly.

Crew arrived at 8:00AM as promised, (5 people) it took them 7 hours to complete the work (my attic is 1600 SF) . They covered the house completely to contain the dusty work. i am very impressed by their quality of work and overall customer service. highly recommended

Moses from LABS gave us a very compatitive quote. We decided to hire him and are very happy with our decision. He did a very good, thorough and detailed work on our attic. We had the attic cleaned, old insulation removed, rodent proofing and new cellulose blown-in insulation put in. We are very pleased with their service.

It went great ! The cleaning took about 3 hours, and the installation another 4. (1900 SF attic ) I had a good chat with the formen, apparently LABS is taking care of their employees really well, which actually reflects pretty clearly on the quality of the work. The process was painless and I'm already booking them again for my old man's house. Good job guys !

Attic Insulation by LABS did all the insulation work on my new construction home (walls, ceilings, floors, etc). They have done a great job in advising us on the different types of insulation materials that can be used in our type of construction, they were quick and thorough on the installation and passed their part of the building inspection on the first run and with no problems. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of new insulation.

I have a cleaning company and had real trouble with the attic cleaning at Edinburgh . My vacuumes couldn't handle the mess up there , so I hired a professional . LABS were super helpful on the phone , and the next day the job was done , took about 3 hours . I think the owner even hired them to redo the insulation . I really enjoyed working with them, hence this review !

I've had a very good experience hiring Attic Insulation by LABS to clean my attic, rodent proof it and replace the old cellulose insulation with R-38 fiberglass insulation. Their technician I was working with was Greg. He was very nice, polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. After inspecting the attic he laid down the options, quoted me for each option and gave me enough information to make an educated decision. Their quoted price for the service and type of insulation I decided to go with was equal to two other quotes I got, my decision to hire them over other companies I received a quote from was mostly due to their customer service and Greg's professionalism which, for me, is a sign of good work ethics. The work itself took about 7 hours and was done up to my expectation. Greg and his crew were on time, covered and protected my property before starting work, did a thorough cleaning and installed R-38 insulation in all the areas exactly as we agreed. I am a very happy client and would gladly recommend them to anyone. Less
