After receiving a few estimates for insulation removal and the replacement I hired another contractor for the job. They were cheaper than Abraham's bid and promised to get it done in a day. They ended up not showing to the job, not returning any of my calls or emails and never called back. I called Abraham from Attic Insulation Labs and he was very helpful, he got me his crew out a couple of days after and got the job done to perfection within one day. His customer service was perfect and his workers were professional. I did end up paying them more but I understand that most likely the other company's bid was probably too low anyway. I'm very happy with Abraham's service and the work Attic Insulation Labs did for me.

The work that this company did at my house went well and without any problem. Adam gave me a good price for the replacement of all the insulation at the attic due to so many old problems that I had including some holes that caused small animals to get in. The work that they did took 1 day and the workers came over on time and did the work without any complains or changes of prices. I'm happy with them and I do recommend them.

I am one of the lucky ones with the recent fires, my house only sustained smoke damage, not a fun thing but at least it didn't burn down. As part of the restoration I had the insulation replacement done by Attic Insulation Labs. Their team was very helpful and ensured that the job will be done in a single day and up to code. Their techncian Dor was very polite and patient with me, making sure that I understand everything and provided me with a detailed quote for the insurance company. From past experience I know that some contractors can be a bit patronizing when they explain things to people and also they dislike dealing with insurance claims but Dor and Attic Inaulation Labs were completely non board, helpful and ended doing an outstanding job that, in my humble opinion, was done above standards. If needed, I will definitely use them again.

Abraham walked me through the attic cleaning process, explained about the different types of insulation and gave me a detailed proposal. He was my last bid, out of three I got, and the one I liked the most, so I decided to go with him. His crew got the job done very nicely and professionally, they arrived on time, covered the floors and created a contained hallway from the front door of my house to the attic access. They spent a full day on cleaning my attic and putting in the new insulation. Jose, the foreman, was really nice and friendly and all of his coworkers were very friendly and professional as well. I had a very good experience with Attic Insulation Labs, Abraham, and his workers.

Eden, the technician who came to my house, was helpful and polite. He explained to me the attic cleaning process and other aspects of the insulation installation work. He gave me a nice explanation about the different types of insulation which may also work for me, as well as what R-value is, how it works with different insulation and what kind of R-value I should be aiming for considering the size of my house and the weather in my area. At the end of the consultation meeting he drew up a formal proposal which allowed me to review the project before handing over my hard-earned cash. I called him a few days later to schedule the job and, after it was completed, very successfully if I may add, Eden called to follow up and make sure it was done up to my expectations. I wish more companies were this thorough and thoughtful!

In my experience, though rarely, sometimes you find a company that provides you with the customer service you deserve, no games, no cutting corners. For me Attic Insulation Labs was that company! From my initial phone call to the end of my attic project, they took care of every aspect of the work throughout the entire process. I couldn't be at home that day and requested photos to be sent to me before, during and after the job. I was promissed they will and that the house will stay as clean as a whistle. They did it all as promised, their workers constantly sent me photos during that day of work and didn't make any mess in or around the house. I'm sure it was somewhat dirty outside but they swept it all and when, when I got back home, there were no leftovers. Their office followed up the day after to make sure everything is ok on my end and to confirm I received all the photos and the DWP rebate package. They really went above and beyond to assure the work is done to my requirements. I really appreciate honesty, transparency and above all good customer service, which I got. And so I recommend Attic Insulation Labs to everyone who has rodent problems in their attic or needs to replace their old insulation.

After reading their reviews here it might sound like a cliché, but this company made me feel very comfortable when I was having my attic insulation installation carried out. They ensured that I was taken care of throughout the entire process and made sure that I felt happy with the way the insulation installation was being organized. Most contractors around here are quite casual and informal with their customers, but a little professionalism and customer service goes a long way in my eyes! The guys over at Attic Insulation Labs were friendly, courteous, and total experts in their field. I’ve never felt as comfortable with a contractor as I did with the team at Attic Insulation Labs. One thing I really appreciated was how tidy and clean they were. They formed a sort of plastic tunnel thing through my house/attic which stopped them from getting my home filthy while the insulation installation was going on. I really appreciated this and it made me realize that all contractors should be doing this sort of thing! Nonetheless, the team at Attic Insulation Labs were amazing and I can confidently recommend them to friends, family, and strangers reading this on the internet alike!

My attic insulation was going bad and I needed to get it removed because it was starting to make the top floor of my house smell. My friend recommend Attic Insulation Labs to me from the time she had rats in the attic and she used their attic cleaning service. I called and said I wanted their attic insulation removal service and they were very nice to me on the phone. They sent out a nice man to look at my attic and he was very good at explaining to me how they would do the attic insulation removal process. I had the blown in insulation in my attic so the removal was not easy but the technicians did it anyway and they did it very well for a very affordable price. They didn't make a mess in my house which I liked because companies have done work in my attic before and made a big mess everywhere but not Insulation Labs!!! The project was very affordable and the customer service was very good I think it is a good idea to hire these guys if you need an attic insulation removal like me or something similar like that.

Oliver from Attic Insulation Labs was the technician who came to my house. He was thorough on his inspection and very detailed on his explanation of the process and type of insulation materials to be used. He did give me a quote but was not pushy at all. He was my last estimate and by far the most professional of them all. I approved his proposal a couple of days later and scheduled the job for the following weekend. The attic cleaning and insulation team they sent over was a crew of 4 guys, Marcus was the foreman and he did an outstanding job managing it. They cleaned the attic so well I was surprised it's even possible. The rodent proofing and air leak seal were done and I got to inspect it all prior to them proceeding with the insulation and air ducts installation. They finished the work within one day and everything looks and feels great. My HVAC airflow is unbelievably better now that the new air ducts are installed and I'm sure the new fiberglass insulation is doing it's job much better than the old blown in. Indeed a great job done by professionals.

I called the Insulation Lab's office the day after installation to let them know I had a constant `electrical sound' coming from the attic which I thought might be the the newly installed fan. They sent out a qualified electrician who discovered it was a `short' in the low-voltage wiring connected to the fan. He repaired it at no cost to me .

Co-workers of mine had used Attic Insulation Labs and added them to our company registry. I usually refrain from dealing with contractors however, after reading their online reviews and seeing how many people praised them for their customer service, I was inclined to give them a chance. Now that the service was done I can honestly say that it can't get any better. Their amazing and knowledgeable team was professional all along, I can now see where their good reputation stems from. Their team looks after you from the get-go, arranging a free inspection when you call them up on the phone, providing you with a written proposal at the end of the inspection and no pushiness at all. I really appreciate it when a sales guy doesn't pressure you with sales tactics. Oliver just turned up, did his inspection, told me what needs to be done and how much it will cost, and then left me with a written quote I can compare with others and gave me the time I meed to make up my own mind. I was also very pleased with his quote, it was mid range and gave me all the services I needed for a reasonable price. All in all I'm a one happy customer and will recommend them to anyone.

Before I hired Attic Insulation Labs their office worker, Valerie (very nice lady), offered to send their technician and inspect my attic for free. I was having some remodeling work done on my house and needed the attic insulation replacement done asap. I was mainly interested with having a thorough attic cleaning to remove my old blow-in insulation and replace it with new insulation blankets. I was worried about how much it would cost and how long it would take, so they offered to provide me with a free inspection whereby one of their technicians came over to my house and inspected the attic, assessing how long the job would take, how much it would cost, and would it would consist of. Their technician Dor (also a very nice guy), who did the inspection, walked me through their process, materials, time frame and cost of the work upfront, which meant that there wasn't any nasty hidden charges down the road. I really liked that! The detailed proposal he gave me after the inspection made me feel very at ease, it was reasonably priced and had everything we spoke about written down. I did take a couple more quotes from other insulation contractors but no one else could top off third level of professionalism. I signed on the paperwork and had them in a few days later. Their crew was as professional, thorough and detailed as I was promised and expected they will be. Sometimes when you talk to a contractor, you can just tell when they know their stuff and are very knowledgeable about their craft. This describes Attic Insulation Labs very accurately - they can tell you everything you want to know about your attic and its maintenance. When we were having an insulation removal job done, we pestered the technician with a bunch of questions about the insulation removal project and what it would entail. Luckily, the team were very patient with us and answered all of our questions with due diligence, explaining everything about the attic insulation removal process in the simplest terms possible! We were having our blown in insulation removed, which meant that there was a lot of debris that could've messed up our house. Luckily, these technicians created a sort of plastic tunnel inside our hallway which allowed them to traverse our house and attic while keeping everything spotless. I was concerned that my house would be in a terrible state after having the insulation removal done, but I couldn't have been more wrong. No only that they covered so well but, after the job was done, they took the time to clean up after themselves indoors and outdoors. I'm very happy with my choice to hire them.

Gosh, where do I even start? I've had a bunch of bad experiences with attic cleaning companies who did my other properties, it's not easy being a property manager with a selection of houses to maintain and having to screen out the good contractors off of all the bad ones. She wasn't wrong at all, I've used them for three of the houses I manage and I couldn't be happier. It doesn't matter if the house has batts insulation or blown in insulation, dead rodents, rodent droppings, old roofing debris, they always turn up and do a thorough job no matter what the scenario may be. Their attic cleaning and insulation crew consistently turned up on time and did an excellent job. They're not the cheapest but they charged me exactly what they said they would, no changes on the day of the work, they don't rip you off with a bunch of hidden fees or unexpected fees. From me they get 10 out of 10 for a stellar customer service and a brilliant attic cleaning service. Recommended!

These fellas are the best I have ever had to work on my house. I ordered their attic insulation installation for some batt insulation I bought and they did a great job putting it in and fitting it properly. They were very nice and they made sure that they did not make my house messy which I really really like. You know how some companies can turn up and make your house into a mess.. well not these fellas! The batt insulation installation was very good and now my house is much warmer and our energy bills are going down due to our efficiency now with the batt insulation that Attic Insulation Labs installed for us. I recommend them to all my buddies and neighbors and would recommend them to anyone reading this review. They were professional and very affordable which is hard to find in this area!!! Customer service was very good and you can tell that the guys really know their stuff really well and they had some of the most impressive tools I have ever seen in 50 years!

Attic Insulation Labs is one of the best companies I've worked with, period. On a recent venture into my attic, I noticed that my blown in insulation was getting a little bit outdated and worn looking. I quickly called Attic Insulation Labs (who were recommended by a friend and a couple neighbors) who said that they would sort out a full attic insulation replacement for me as soon as possible. We agreed on a time and price which we were both happy with and then sealed the deal! They replaced my old blown in insulation with new batts insulation, making my house much warmer and more energy efficient in the process. Hired these fellas for attic insulation replacement a week ago and can already feel the difference in the house. The house is much cooler now during the day. The attic in my home is quite unusually shaped and pretty tight fit, something which seemed to put a lot of attic insulation companies off when I asked them to give me a quote for attic cleaning blown in insulation installing. Their insulation installation was effective and great, their crew was very professional and made sure to use cellulose blown in insulation which would get into every tight little corner and fill it up with insulation. As I said, my attic is a very awkward shape, but the guys used their expertise and equipment to make sure that my attic was properly insulated nonetheless! Everyone I had the chance to work with at Attic Insulation Labs seem to know the business quite well and all of them have very good customer service skills. Luckily the AIL crew were available very soon, other insulation contractors who came to inspect my attic were scheduled two weeks out, and were able to satize and rodent-proof my attic in a matter of mere hours. Thanks to Attic Insulation Labs attic cleaning service, my attic is now spotless, the rats are all gone, and my rodent-proofed attic is impervious to rodents! I'm so happy with the brilliant work these guys have done and I was also very pleased with their price! The workers also cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of my belongings, something which can't be said for a worryingly large number of contractors!
