Great responsiveness and communications, thorough estimate, and excellent service cleaning attic and installing new insulation.

The whole process from quotation to final product was flawless. I wasn't stressed. I definitely felt I was in the hands of pros and it all went smoothly. They cleaned everything up and voila! the job was done. So smooth.

They had a day open earlier than our appointment so we jumped right in! They covered everything in their way and cleaned up beautifully. House feels less damp- which was one of our big problems! We have a 70 year old home with no insulation anywhere- and now we have it in our attic!! Life is Good !!

Amazing work crew. Setup a protective barrier in the house from front door to attic to contain everything as they removed the all the dirty & ratty +20 yrs old insulation. Once the attic was all cleaned out, they put in all new fluffy pink insulation. So happy now! Since the front door was open most of the day as they worked the house temp got up to almost 90 without the air conditioning running so a little toasty for me but I can not complain as these guys worked in full on protective gear in triple digit attic temps. Cannot say say how appreciative and impressed I was by the work crew and the crew chief making sure the guys were taking breaks from the heat, getting water, etc. Total respect watching someone taking care of their people as well as getting the job done on time!

In July 2024 I hired Insulation Labs to add more insulation to our attic. They showed up on time with a truck full of insulation, and a few hours later they had put all of it inside our attic. They did a good job up there. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. One thing that distinguished Insulation Labs from some other outfits is that they did not try to up-sell us with services we didnâ t need.

We had a radiant barrier and new attic insulation installed. I got multiple quotes and the price was very competitive. They did a great job sealing off the attic space and cleaning out the old insulation., and did a wonderful job on the new install. They made sure everything was working when they were done and took before and after pictures so I could see their detailed work. I highly recommend.

UPDATE 7/9/24: The crew did a great job prepping the path to the attic access, cleaning out the old insulation, and installing the new insulation. I interviewed several companies before I decided on Insulation Labs and Iâ m glad that I chose them. From the first meeting with Ray until the completion of the job, their work was excellent and professional. All of the work was completed exactly as promised. Even their clean up was impressive. If you donâ t feel like getting up into your attic (or even if you do) to inspect the work, they take detailed before and after shots to show you their work. The installation was done just a little over a week ago. Since then, we have had an atmospheric river of heavy rains and cold weather. I no longer need to leave the heater on as long as I did before because the heat stays in the house not the attic as it did before the new insulation.

I priced out 3 vendors. This was by far the best priced and apples to apples. They got it done quickly.

The sales person was good at explaining everything and took lots of pictures of the attic so I could see what was going to be done. They promised that they show you everything while itâ s being performed and after which is not true. You have to climb up there if you want to inspect the project they also do not have a special machine that keeps the dust free overall the work was done fast and clean.
