I think Tracy is a good tile person but his time management is problematic. He spent a really long time working on my bathroom, with some days only being half days and a couple of days where he could not come. The problem came towards the end of the job where he had offered to fix some drywall work that another provider had done. I did pay him for this service but as the job was winding up the wall was still rough and wavy. When I pressed to get this done he told me he was only one person and that he had another job to start, insinuating he had done me a favor by doing this. I had to remind him I was a paying customer and that he was obligated to finish the job. A position I really don't want to be in and shouldn't have had to have been in. He returned to fix the wall but left before I could see the work and unfortunately the wall was still pitted and wavy with another area he was supposed to sand left unfinished. There are also a couple of wavy cut tiles in the bathroom which is well, not ideal. It left a really bad impression and was unprofessional so I would not hire Tracy again.
Description of Work: This company demoed my guest bath then refloated the walls and tiled walls and floor. (approximately 95 square feet of wall and 50 sq feet of floor).

Tracy removed and installed a new porcelain backsplash in my kitchen. As always he did an amazing job and was a pleasure to have in the house.

I'm beginning to think there's no limit to Tracy's sills. He re-did my master bathroom last year handling all demo, tiling, etc. and I thought he might now a mason or stucco company but said he could do that as well. The planter box is beautiful and the smooth trowel finish he did is spot on. I looked into other stucco companies and what I paid for the whole job including the masonry would have just barely paid for the stucco job elsewhere.
Description of Work: Tracy built a two foot high planter bed, did a smooth trowel stucco finish on the wall (24' long) and re-stucco'd my back wall (50' long and 5' high).

Tracy is the first tradesman to work on my house that was constantly on time which may not sound like much but it was so nice to know there was someone reliable working on my house. He did a fantastic job, was always very friendly, made great suggestions and most importantly did a great job tiling my bathroom. I would definitely recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Tracy demo'd my master bathroom, rebuilt my shower dam, waterproofed the walls, created a pony wall, installed my new vanity, tiled the shower and floor (bathroom is 9 x 11).
