I loved working with Golan and his crew. They were professional, courteous and did excellent work. They covered finished work while they completed the project. They completed the project on schedule and on budget. The crew cleaned up every day and on job completion. I was completed satisfied.

Golan and his team, were great! Very friendly, considerate, arriving early everyday and super fast at getting things done. However what I really want to call out as exceptional, is that we had various surprises during the project, things no one was expecting to find when we started the remodeling. This is where Golan really exceeded expectations, he was helpful in explaining things, coming up with plans for the team to tackle these new side projects, and help us solve a major water leak in an outer wall, all seamlessly and with minimal pain as a new house owner. Definitely looking forward to working with ING and Golan again in the future when we start our next home improvement project.

I cannot speak highly enough! Danino was phenomenal! He is extremely knowledgeable and because of him we have actually done a couple of projects with water proofing and refacing the stucco on the side of the house. Level of professionalism was top notch and also chatting with Andrew when coordinating visits and project start was great! We will be using them again for the majority of our home projects. When it comes to house or condo or commercial construction, ING Construction should be your first choice. ING construction are quick, efficient, clean, high quality work you just wouldnâ t get with anyone else. We pass their name to everyone whoâ s looking for construction work to their home dwelling. A little historyâ ¦ My parents in Glendale, CA had a cold call 2009 when they needed to redo their bathroom to their 1927 Mission Revival house. Because of the excellent work my parents requested there services again in 2010 to renovate the whole house. In 2021 my husband and I needed the ceiling removed in our condo unit to see the termite damage. (Luckily it was very minimal.) and while it was open, put in recess lighting inside. We sold the condo this year (2022) and bought a house. Where we, once again, called ING Construction to do what the house inspector fixes were needed to the 1979 house up to code. We had a drain place in the back. New dedicated gas line to tankless water tank plus earthquake shut off valve to gas meter. Added bathroom fan vents to vent the moisture out. New vent pipe to the washing machine in the garage. New roof to the house plus adding solar, as well. They were extremely fast, and the quality is unmeasurable. We will always use them in the near future. (as in next year painting our house exterior as well as removing the popcorn off the living room ceiling. Besides the year after in remodeling our two bathrooms.)

The great care and excellent workmanship that was put into each task resulted in a beautiful master bath with an awesome walk-in shower! Our experience with ING Construction completely exceeded our expectations. We met with Golan and instantly felt comfortable moving forward with our home project. Golan was very accommodating to our needs. He was always available and eliminated any stress that typically comes with a home project. He said the project would take 3-4 weeks so I figured it would take 6 weeks and it only took 2 weeks. We were thrilled with the timing! The crews that came to our house were so professional and polite. We feel fortunate that we have a trusted construction company that we can call on for our future projects. We highly recommend ING for anyone looking to do a home project big or small.

Perception of hidden prices and lack of providing clarity around work.

Golan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything clearly and stay on top of all the work inspecting all the work as it was done. I highly recommend this company and specially Golan David Danino.

We met with Golan and were extremely impressed with his detailed description of desired work to complete a bathroom that would meet the needs of a "senior" couple. Work started almost immediately and was completed in less than 3 weeks. The end result was a modern bathroom with features that would ensure a safe and secure shower/bathroom. We feel so fortunate to have selected the BEST company to update our bathroom.

I contacted ING construction what turned out to be 8 months before the work actually started. Golan meet with me and gave my wife and I a very detailed and comprehensive quote. He made us feel very safe that our money would be spent wisely and that we would 100% satisfied with the outcome. After a long delay with city permits and paper work Golan and ING construction where still ready to help us add our bathroom and closet. The project took a little longer then projected but what construction job doesn t and all the issues that popped up, my wife and I were immediately informed about. They always gave us the best option and were looking out for not only our best interest but also our budget. The bathroom and closet came out better then we ever imagined and even after when all was said and done Golan and his team were happy to come back and help with other home projects. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks me about home improvement projects. Can not thank them enough!

I met with Golan in December of 2018. I was looking to turn the house into a Duplex. Golan has a keen understanding of L.A.'s complex rules, regulations, and fees. There are a ton of Inspections that must happen as well as a complex set of codes. Also, there must be a Civil Engineering and Architect to do the drawings. Having a Company that could do all this for me was the one of the things that first attracted me to ING Construction. Golan and his team knows the market and they know what people want. I let Golan take the lead in the design aspect. Golan loved it and picked out an interior that had a great modern look and flare. He made other suggestions (such as sliding doors and etc.) that would grab the attention of people who wanted to live there. A concern I had to was doing the job right, where the house is built to last and will not be needing serious maintenance every few years. Golan had an eye for high quality while working with my budget. Golan is very personable and will establish a personally relationship. He and his team are organized, they call you back quickly and they stay ahead of issues (and if there are issues, they handle them efficiently). Golan's team also helped with repairs in the main house (gutters, piping, and etc.) Basically, anything that has a house needs, Golan and his team can handle for you. It's now all complete, the people living there are very happy with their place and I have solid peace of mind. He comes strongly recommended by me.

If you are looking for an honest contractor that does great work, look no further than ING Construction. We hired them to build a recreation room onto our detached garage, which came out amazing. 4 years later, we had them come back and turn that rec room and part of the garage into a legal ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). 3 of our neighbors have now used ING Construction for their projects. I do not think that you can find a better recommendation than that.

By far the best company I've had work on my home. Golan was a pleasure to work with; honest, dependable, deeply concerned with quality. The work was top-notch and ING accommodated our very specific requests. In the end, the room we envisioned our garage to turn into became a reality beyond our imagination. Extremely glad I found ING; I'll be requesting quotes for any future projects on our home.

Golan was very "hands on", if he called me and I didn't return his call within 24-48 hours, he would call me back and that is exactly the type of person I needed to work with. He was always aware of the budget and always made suggestions to benefit me. Very good experience.

Golan, the I.N.G. crew, and all the specialists with whom we worked were great. Ours wasn't a huge job, and it took us a while (just before the holidays!) to figure out how much we wanted to tackle, but Golan was the perfect balance of attentive and patient. The initial estimates we received were logical and fair, and the only changes to the costs of the project came after clear and careful communication and agreement. Probably the most impressive moment of our experience came when we were out to dinner late on a Monday night, miles away from home, unaware of the rain that had started falling near our house. Golan was all over it, though: he called me on my cell until I answered (noisy restaurant), then personally hurried over to our house to make sure the exposed construction in progress was properly covered and protected. Ours wasn't a huge job, so (understandably) we weren't a high priority for some of the subcontractors, but Golan got them all coming and going in sequence, dodging the unpredictable LA winter rains, with almost no hiccups. The work they did looks great -- including sections where you can't tell any work was done, at all -- and as a cherry on top of the completed job, they even managed to find stone tiles that matched those from years ago that had fallen off a column out front. I would definitely reach out to Golan and ING again for future projects.

I am so happy with my remodeled garage. Golan and his great crew of professionals did exactly what they said they would, in less time than they said it would take, for the price we agreed on. Great care was taken with every aspect of the job and the workmanship was superb. What I especially liked was that each person that worked on the job made thoughtful suggestions for things that hadn't occurred to me like placement for electrical and plumbing fittings that would make our lives easier down the road.

We had an office/warehouses renovated over the course of two sessions. There were walls broken down and rooms rebuilt including electrical and painting. Everyone we worked with was professional and did a great job. Golan was always available and stopped by often to make sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend ING Construction for all types of work.

I had a very small garage storage space remodel job but ING treated me like any other client. I had great communication with the office for scheduling as well as with Golan about the specifics of the job. I got it scheduled quickly and the job was completed faster than I was originally told. Nice crew too. I'd recommend them and hope to have them back for another job sometime.
